Chick-fil-A is always reliable when it comes to the food, the service, cleanliness, etc. I don't know why it has such low reviews. I just went to peak breakfast time and it was smooth sailing. I wanna share the wonderful Christmas gift for me from Chick-fil-A (14020 Lunar Drive), my wallet with a lot of important things inside of it. That day, I accompanied my daughter and her schoolmates to Disney land's candlelight performance and left my wallet in the restroom of Chick-fil-A (14020 Lunar Drive). When I left the restaurant and had head Disney land for more than 2 hours. I found that I lose my wallet. I felt desperate because there were a lot of my personal things there besides money. When I was struggling to call the costmer service and friends, I got a call from a staff, Andrea Ruschell, one of Chick-fil-A's staffs, who told me that they found my wallet and made sure my personal information cautiously. Finally, They mailed my wallet back my home and paid all the mail fee for me. During the holy holiday season, I would like to share the blessed story with you all. Cant say enough about this location. They completely have mastered the art of customer service. The drive thru experience is the best I have ever seen. If there is a long line, no worries it moves in just a few minutes....how so they do that? Its chik fil a magic of course.....or something like that but whoe cares awesome. From the warm smiles, to the fast lines, to the perfect food it's all good. Never do they complaint if you want extra condiments or napkins. Customer happiness is their goal. I don't even like Chick-fil-A but the kids do, so I go get them it sometimes but, this particular Chick-fil-A doesn't have parking, and the drive-thru line at this one is ridiculous. Prior to Chick-Fil-A or Chick-Fizzie *as my boy Daym Drops (YouTuber) would say, I'd never used that term or thought to use it. Upon hearing it I'd think, "Does everyone say this?" It's a genuine and authentic sentiment used by all the employees. At this particular location, the best time to come is 6a, which is when they open. I'd advise using the curbside option any other time. Don't get me wrong, you go to Chick-Fil-A for the full experience. However, that lunch rush makes you second guess yourself. So do yourself a favor and pull in for curbside. There's nothing more that needs to be said about the food. I'd just bore you with all the different adjectives that perfectly highlights its award winning menu. So, take a moment, think about breakfast through dinner and input .... here! ... I do have a secret though. If you want the most for your dollar, purchase a kids meal. Hear me out, I'm biased towards nuggets, so if you prefer a sandwich this won't apply to you. Get the 6pc nugget, opt the fry for the Mac n Cheese (whose making this in the back?), instead of a toy get the ice cream treat with strawberries and a Arnold Palmer .. The UberEats app did not give me the ability to pick a sauce for a 30 count nugget meal (you'd think the store would provide an assortment seeing as none could be requested; preventative measures) so I sent a message to my driver to make sure he asked for at least 4 or 5 BBQ sauces.. this is after I called the store to ensure that it would be in the bag before he arrived giving my name and what was ordered. All of that preemptive planning only to not get my sauces, cold food, and an incorrect beverage. I utilized Uber Eats because I am staying in a hotel and don't have access to a car so what would have been a 5 minute drive to the restaurant would altogether be a 40 minute walk (there and back)... for sauce. I usually have the best service at this location and the food is always fresh. Unfortunately today I was in their lunch crowd and the line was moving pretty slowly through drive through. Customer service is great but when I got home my 12 piece nuggets were way over cooked and I was extremely disappointed and the fries were on the skimpy side.Hopefully things will change. For a quick delicious inexpensive breakfast, I come here maybe 2-3 times a week for the chicken minis. If I was you I don't ever bother with the drive through line. It intimidating . That line is always wrapped around the place. But once inside you'll see that NO ONE WANTS to come in. Perfect for me. Oh Wait So I always called the employees of Chic fil a Angels sent from above, their always soooo super happy. That positive energy is contagious!. I really hate to give any Chick-Fil-A a not so good rating because it is my favourite fast food chain and they are known for their outstanding customer service. But... here it is... only 2 stars. I've actually had a problem with this Chick-Fil-A since they first opened and here are the reasons: 1) Tiny pieces of chicken on the buns. Always. Compare it to other Chick Fil A locations and you will be able to tell the difference. I can't count the number of times I've opened up my sandwich and had to take it back to the counter and ask for another. It's so common that when I'm at the drive-thru, I always open up my sandwich and look at it before I pull away. 2) They are ALWAYS busy. They do not handle this well at all inside the restaurant. The lines are horribly long and the employees, through friendly, are horribly slow. 3) When dining inside, they are so busy that it takes forever to get a refill on a drink. My husband is polite and will stand in a line for 10 minutes to get a refill. I, however, am rude and will walk right up to the side of the counter to get a refill. Be damned if I'm going to wait 10 minutes for a refill. :D 4) At every other Chick Fil A I have dined in, even if they are busy, they have at least one, if not two, employees walking around the dining area asking if customers need refills and offering to take their trash away for them. They don't do that here. Maybe they need to hire a couple of extra employees? Or since they are ALWAYS extremely busy, perhaps they need to put a couple of extra employees on each shift? Ok... I think those are all the gripes I have. Now for the good things. 1) If you're utilizing the drive-thru, they are super, super fast. The line can be wrapped around the building, but you will not be waiting long. Seems to me they are more concerned about the customers at the drive-thru than the customers inside. I think they need to work on this. 2) The employees are super friendly. They all still say the usual, "My pleasure." 3) The managers are super friendly and always extremely apologetic each time I have to hand then back a chicken sandwich with a puny looking piece of chicken on the bun. As I said in my opening paragraph, Chick Fil A is my favourite fast food establishment. This location is the closest to my home, so even though I have issues here, I won't stop patronizing the place because I absolutely MUST have my Chick Fil A!! Hmmm.... Maybe I should get one of the managers email addresses and send them a copy of this review? Yes... I think I may do just that. read more

Typically Chick-fil-A has the drive-through process figured out! And they are wonderful at it but this location needs some help. I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes. Not 20 minutes in line (which would be understandable) but 20 minutes at the window waiting for my order to come through and the only thing I ordered was a bottle of water and a chicken sandwich. Just to get him out the house and i can just sit in the car and enjoy the ride. Chick-fil-A has the best chicken noodle soup and i love it with crackers, salt n peppers. So the store closes at 11:00pm and we have 10 minutes to place our order before they close. I order a soup n sandwich combo with cherry coke and a chicken tender combo 4 ct for my son. I also order a large lemonade and 3 cookies for everyone can have one cookie a pc. I get my order to relieve that the order taker ordered my 13 yr old son a 4 ct kids meal. I explained that this order was wrong, my 13yr old son was ordered a 4 pc tender so i had to pay an up charge. I paid it and started passing out the food to my son and I. I've always recvd great service from this establishment, so to find that my food including my son's food was cold and not hot, i decided to call them back to let them know but here's the issue: i only get there voicemail for the store and the catering line so i leave a vm complaing about my food. I called 904-757-1430, a couple days later and still get there vm, so i leave messages yet again. Still no reply back, look how many times i call them and still no reply back. So, on june 14, I was happy when Kyle answered the phone from the store. I explained to Kyle how unprofessional it is to allow the calls to go to vm and the store not check the messages and do callback. He apologized and I was ok with them replacing my order. But here is the kicker, I called to verify that i had a replacement order in computer, but that order was for a sandwich only so Klye either lied to me or that was someone else with my last name order. Now that i sent someone to get my order, supervisor Khaljd gets rude with my person who is there to pick up my order. She's telling him that store policy is that food cant be replaced after a certain amount of time. Nevermind that I've been calling and leaving messages for a whole week. She also states that she will have Kyle call at 4:00 pm when he begin work. As you see no one calls at 4:00pm, i end up calling around 5pm so they can tell me Kyles' there but he is busy. I replied that if i were white, he would make time. In now thinking that they have no time for me but i can spend my money there and thats it. read more
