Last night I was there placed a Order at 11:32 P.M. this was at the Drive Thru, the manager asked me to pull to the front to wait for my chicken nuggets to cook. At 11:54 with nothing brought out I went back to the window. She turned to the other employees and asked y'all didn't run his order out to him? Knowing that If anything was handed out to me now it would be COLD. So I asked for a Refund! Never heard a apology from her just a promo Refund. Since this same manager has been working at night I've noticed more of my orders have not been correct. I've been a frequent customer here for the last 3 years. 24-hour Wendy's at a gas station We dropped by here after a full day of traveling. I really wanted food from its next door neighbor, DQ, but they had just closed at 9:00p so we came here. We just wanted food since we haven't had a bite to eat all day except for the little snacks Southwest provided during flight. This Wendy's is its own restaurant inside a Pilot gas station. They have seating inside the dining area and only keeping every other table open available for seating to comply with CDC guidelines. We had the burgers to go and it came pretty fast, made fresh. I have not had Wendy's in a long time... that Dave's Hot 'n Juicy 1/4 Lb. Single was pretty good! Hubby had the Baconator. Overall, okay experience. We were just glad we were able to get some food quickly. A guy walks in.. orders five meals three of which were for kids. As I'm waiting on a 6 pc nugget three employees with no customers begin calling one at a time the persons name. This place is a joke. I rarely get what I order. I guess that comment in another review was correct you get it the way they make it not how you order it. I went yesterday and they got the order wrong called the manager and was told to come back. I came back today for them to fix their mistake and yet again had another incorrect order. Wish I could give negative stars. This store was not busy at all must have had 4 customers total inside one being an employee that had went home earlier in the day. I have a 2019 frosty key tag which gives me a free Jr frosty. I had been in the night before and ordered the same thing and even somewhat rushed the employee Jasmine took the time to get my order to me in a timely manner. Last night I went back got the same thing a large Vanilla frosty and the free one that comes with it because of the key tag. The couple in front of me had gotten their order and was gone the employee that came in had her order placed and waiting. My order was in and I was waiting. And 2 gentlemen behind had gotten their orders and had gone. The cashier that tool my order even turned and walked back to ask her manager if she could clock out.A working employee came around to place his order. By then I had been waiting for my frosty and the free one for 10 minutes by then. I could understand if they were swamped but come on not hardly busy and I'm ignored. A trained monkey could make my frosty faster than this girl. The employee that came In told the cashier gal to upgrade my Jr frosty to a small which for as long as I was there should have been a large I think, but at the moment I just wanted my order so they somewhat made up for their error but still I'm highly dissatisfied especially because I have worked in the food service industry for years before becoming a trk driver.
