Went into drive through again today. These teenagers there have no supervision during the lunch hour and little or no training. Ordered a BLT chicken sandwich meal. Little girl forgot fries and said "Oh I thought that you were ordering only the sandwich ". Didn't give me receipt and forgot to give me my change. Sandwich didn't have any tomatoes on it. Hello... BLT- bacon, lettuce and tomato. I thought that the Woman in front of me was waiting on part of her order to be delivered but instead she was screaming at her phone about something being wrong with her order. Her windows were rolled up but I could still hear her as I drove by. This place and Hardee's in general have gone downhill. Went here on our way home from Orlando. Wasn't really busy, so was a little nervous. The manager/cashier Erica was very patient with our crying 5 year old! The food came out fast even though she said it would take a little bit. She was very friend with both our children! The food was AMAZING! We do not have a Hardee's where we live so it was even bette! Oh no! I could not recommend this place. I had about two good visits here and everything else went downhill. The hash rounds were literally not cooked one time and other times cold. I stopped going here when the girl in the window hadn't given me back my card. I guess she thought I was gonna forget bc I was on an important phone conversation but no ma'am I need that. Worst experience ever yesterday. I pull up to order at drive thru and started giving my order then all of a sudden silence. Sat there for about 5 or so minutes and not a word. Stopped here on our way home from Tybee Island. A gentleman was painting the trim of the entrance when we arrived. Burger was dry and the cheese wasn't melted. The mens bathroom is disgustingly dirty and no other customers in store, service is slow and 19 yes 19 empty napkin holders. And only one size of straws so if you get the large drink like we do the straw does not work right in this size of cup. The main sitting area needs to be swept badly as well. day 31 of my nation wide tour did you know out here carl's jr is called hardee's? not only that but the stuff they got is better and bigger and cheaper? and not only that they bring you out your food. that's all fine and good. but they came by again and asked me if i needed anything else and offered to take over my drink and refill it? what am i a king? wow. they wow'ed me. that's the highlight of my day. today i think i paid 15 bucks in toll roads. man damn tolls! not only that the engine light on my car came on. i was freaking out for 3 hours hoping my car would make it to my hotel in pompano beach, florida. i made it though but i prayed my butt off. and the toll roads got me all turned around cuz i was scared cuz of the oklahoma tolls. anyways its spring break down here in florida. i forgot so the hotels are all expensive. and now my car... i was so angry i could almost curse!!!!! but i don't curse. only pretty things come out of this mouth or touch this mouth. i either say cute or eat cotton candy! but i almost said frag! if you read my 2008 list with all my travels, this reads like a story and everyone is curious to see how this trip will end. and i am curious as well as i have no idea how it will end either, i am sure it will be a surprise, i just hope it will be a good one. i surprise myself all the time. this trip reminds me of the new batman trailer i was watching on tv last night, he travels around and lives off his money to learn fighting from the greatest masters and meet all kinds of people. that's what i am doing!!! when the student is ready the master will appear... i read a few travel blogs and each one of them all hits a dark time, always cuz of financial reasons. they will be like day 80, i got no money left, i am eating bread alone, washing dishes, scared, bla bla bla. haha check them out its great drama to read online. i am certain i will hit a low point too, maybe when i take my car to the shop again it will begin. but hopefully it will be outmatched a high. either way hardee's started my day right. i can't say the same for the walmart in this town. but if this is a story, what's wrong with a good old hollywood happy ending where the hero lives and goes true a trial of tribulation and comes out gaining something great??? haha wait does that mean i am the hero of these reviews? crap i'm writing it right so why not! so its spring break down here. lets hope its so good i will have nothing to yelp about! ;P fyi - thanks for all the support to my journey. if i dont return your PM or compliment its cuz i don't have a lot of time. but i read it all and really appreciate it! so send me more!!! read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! We swung off the highway, hoping to grab a quick bite. They were not busy at all and it still took us 20 mins to get our food. The staff were incompetent, rude and really didn't care about getting our order right. I had to repeat it several times at the drive-thru because the worker didn't know where the buttons were on the machine. Then when we got to the window, she made our drink order wrong -- I saw her -- and when I told her colleague to check the drinks, he dismissed me because on paper it was correct. We then had to wait 5 mins to get our drinks actually out the window from sitting on the counter, and then waited those 15 mins more for god know's what was necessary to cook our basic order. ZERO APOLOGY or any show of remorse by the staff. The WORST customer service I've ever had!! read more

Awful and slow. I like Hardees so I gave it a few chances over maybe the first year after we moved here. It is consistently the worst. The only reason it is open is it's close to the interstate and the other restaurants get packed. If they needed repeat business they'd have to close. I go to Hardes's about 3 times a week cause I work in Macon Monday thru Friday, well this morning the new Whitney was on front counter, I must say Whitney is very very respectful and smile and greet her customers and serve them very well, I gave her a tip today because I didn't like how the cashier (Keisha) and general manager (Latrese) was talking to Whitney. Whitney had took three orders and paused the line to fix orders, then cashier and manager was being rude to her asking her "what she waiting on" and Whitney reply was "hold on let me look",and cashier and general manager got a real bad attitude with Whitney and said some rude things to her which made Whitney tear up so Whitney was walking to the restroom after everyone order was complete and they started with Whitney again. Whitney asked them what did she say wrong for them to be talking to her like that with nasty attitudes and they was nasty towards Whitney and the manager made Whitney clock out and go home just for asking a question. I don't think I will be returning to that store cause Whitney didn't do anything wrong at all Whitney gave everyone SUPERIOR customer service, and I hate she was treated like that. I asked what they names were that way I could report the right people for mistreating and being so unpleasant rude to Whitney, she was crying as she went out of the door it broke my heart to see the sweetest person with great customer service mistreated. read more
