Reviewed: Nov 12, 2024 I placed an order this morning through the digital app with a special offer linked through my Walmart+ app for Burger King. I added in 3 whoppers for the family. I did not pay attention to the total at check out. When I arrived and picked it up, it was only showing two that I ordered. The employee who brought it to me vehicle talked to the manager on her microphone. She said the manager would take care if it. She came back and said they would take care of the third even though it showed 2. They were fresh and hot since it was right before lunch started. I simply wanted to thank the store for making this simple, and for their graciousness of giving me the 3rd whopper. read more

I usually come to this Burger King because the food and service are always great. Unfortunately, tonight was a different experience. I ordered a frozen Coke and what I received was nothing like it usually is. There was also a car in front of me that sat at the window for about 10 minutes before finally getting their drinks and moved up. The employees working tonight were unprofessional. Good service. We order our food online and it was done in the estimated time. The bathrooms where clean and the restaurant was impeccable. The staff was courteous and friendly with my family and kids. read more

I was in town for work and decided to get some quick burgers to go. I did the online order pick up. I ordered the double whopper, small fries and large onion rings. I prepaid for the order. A car in front of me in the drive through line drove off . I am guessing it was because it took them forever to make the food. I finally arrived at the drive through window where the employee was confused. I explained to her that the customer in front of me had drove off and I was the next order in line. She wasn't able to pull up my order and had the order in her hand. She then attempted to charge me again for the food. I was like like wtf. I explained to her that I had already prepaid for it online. Before I got to the window, I had already advised them that I was here to pickup an online order so I am unsure what the confusion was. The employee finally handed me my bag of food with no napkins or onion ring sauce. She never even asked if I needed any sauces. I then requested for napkins, ketchup, and onion ring sauce. Customer service here is horrible. No apology or anything. I guess I am just used to the Chick Fil A kinda customer service. Undercover boss definitely needs to come to this location to get the employees right here. I highly don't recommend this location. Try another fast food in the area. read more

I got Food Poisoning 3 hours after eating there. Bought the ghost whopper. Bought through the drive through.

On my way to meet my dad and I had a taste for Burger King's French Toast Sticks. I wasn't certain if they still sold them bc there hasn't been any advertising lately. Low and behold they're still available in 3 or 5 count. I ordered 3 count with Orange juice. Total $2.34..... Not bad for a quick breakfast on the run :) I went thru the drive thru so I really can't give a review on the inside of the restaurant. The cashier was nice and there was no long line. The parking lot was fairly full. Some customers were standing around talking outside . I will stop again if I'm in the area. read more

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was someone constantly cleaning the drink area and tables. The food was average Burger King fair and the wait was reasonable. read more

Great stop on our five hour drive to let our daughter play in the play place! It was clean and the staff friendly. They did not have a diaper changing table and the food was just okay. Fries were great! Would stop again just for the play place! read more

Not pet friendly!! Traveling thru from Arkansas and asked for the smallest cup so I can water my companion ... not only was she RUDE but said " nothing is free here" I charge for packets ....so IF YOU HAVE 11 cents I'll give you a cup... IF.... uhhhh not if ... I'm not a beggar or society's version of a hobo, I just asked for a cup. Try n hire people that are courteous. It's not serious, just a cup. I received the most wonderful service at the drive thru. The lady was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I ordered a whopper with cheese and fries for the first time in many years. It was delicious and fresh! That meal was excellent so I told my co-workers about it. Thanks for a great experience. read more

Came into an empty store around 8pm, placed order while constantly being asked "is that all" (mind you there's 5 people in our party) Waited 25 minutes on "fresh" food to be cooked...nothing came out hot like fresh food should, was all barely warm when we got it, employees were rude to other customers who ordered after us. Drive thru customers were served before dining room customers were. Just overall ridiculous customer service. By far my least favorite Burger King stop. read more

We are regular drive thru customers. They've only gotten our order wrong once. That's a pretty great track record! We come through when we have busy schedules and have no time to cook! This is the only place that the whole family can agree on! read more

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The menu was so tiny and nondescript, that I needed to know what was in 2 of the salads. The cashier had no idea about the food that was offered. We waited 20 minutes for our "fast food" order. Halfway through that time, the staff had to call us back to ask what meat I wanted on my "Chicken Club Salad." Really? Since the order was predictably incorrect, we had to waste more time and trips to the counter. My husband's Whopper order was also incorrect, but one more trip to the counter would've drove us to ask for our money back. read more

The worst place every when the manager is aloud to talk about customers to her employees and down grade anyone she wants. Oh and she doesn't care about allergies either. So burger king when I bite into an onion and my throat closed even I asked for it not to be on my burger.it will be your managers fault. read more

Though the food is substantially better than McDonalds, I'm not sure the service is. The issue is the people, not the food. The people they hire there, though a significant step up from McDonalds, are still not much better. They can't seem to distinguish between "dr.pepper" and "diet coke". Also they can't tell the difference between pickles and no pickles. Or they just don't listen at all, an ignore your request for lettuce all together, and then say the infamous phrase "I thought you said....". That is the problem right there, YOU THOUGHT! They shouldn't think, they aren't good at it. If you want it "your way" you might be better off doing it yourself, rather than asking this people to do it. They are one step up from having Down's syndrome, although the sad excuse for a live body they have wasting space and oxygen McDonald's are several steps down from Down's syndrome. read more

This Is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I pull up in the drive-through and got to the speaker and they asked me to hold on I waited for over five minutes and then drive up to the window. They had one car pulled a head waiting on food and nobody else just shows how sorry they are they had a line wrapped around the building on a Sunday morning and was doing this. The playground here is nice and large which gives the kids option's. As restaurant's are starting to get rid of playground's this is a great thing! We love the covered eating area outside because it keeps it cooler for the parent's. I have not seen this at most other outside play area's. The dining room is nice and clean with a modern feel. Horrible service today. Drive thru female told us we needed to pull up and wait for more fries to come out. Ten min later after not receiving them, I walked in and they acted as if they didn't know we were waiting. I had to practically beg them to help me. It won't let me give negative stars so this is what I am stuck with. This Burger King is so BAD I don't know which was worse, the food or the service. I said "thank you" about six times with no response at all. The person in the drive thru after taking our order didn't even tell us to drive around. They didn't talk to us at all!! I kept saying "thank you" every time she gave us something trying to get the person to say something and she would say nothing. My husband wanted to drive away before we paid and we should have. We only ordered two milk shakes and a whopper jr. When driving off, the girl finally spoke and said "have a nice night" I almost fell out that she finally spoke to us. As we drove off I noticed the milk shakes looked like water. I took one sip and said " something is wrong with this and I am not drinking this". We went to the Hardee's and got a shake and took the Burger Kings back for a refund. When I went in and took it back, the girl called the manager and told her they were going to have to take the milkshake machine down because they were like water. I said there is something else wrong with them, they taste bad. After some discussion, the manager said something about when they came in that morning there had been something wrong. SO THEY INTENTIONALLY SOLD ME BAD MILK SHAKES. I was furious. Yes, they gave me a refund, but I am still sick this morning since the one sip I took last night. I had a doctors appointment today which I had to cancel because I was too sick to go to because of the bad food this place served me. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE. FOOD POISONING IS NO JOKE. And when you do it intentionally, it is a crime. So in looking back, I think the food is worse than the service. DON'T GO THERE, EVER !!!!!!
