A group of friends stopped here for a late lunch en route north. When you exit I-75 and head west, this is a hundred yards or so from the highway. You have to turn left across a busy 4-lane to get in, which is the only drawback. Parking seemed limited. Food quality was in the standard range. I think all the ordering kiosks were operating. The place is pretty busy with locals and interstate travelers. However, they generally kept the orders flowing well. This was an acceptable spot for a quick stop off for a fast food meal. read more

You need someone to handle the register. Some of us older people do not use the kiosk, when you do figure it out you are unable to order a SR coffee therefore your total is more. We, as well as an older gentleman behind us had to wait at least 10 minutes to order. One person started the order, another stepped up and took over. I asked for the order to be repeated and couldn't understand him. Ended up with a sandwich extra (I did pay for it) just wasn't sure what the first one had input. When manager was asked, She said they hadn't had any for a year, yet the mens restroom did have soap. The only toilet in the mens room was filthy beyond blief. This was quite possibly the slowest Mickey D's I've ever been to--we ordered and instead of getting our food right then (like normal) the cashier took our name and sent us off to wait (with everyone else). No, we didn't have any special orders--just two regular items. Also, I asked for cheese on mine and was told it comes with cheese (not according to the board, but okay). So we wait. And wait. And wait. The drive-thru seemed to be flying along, so it seems they cater to those customers first. (We should have gone through the drive-thru, but I had had to change my son's diaper so went inside.) So, still waiting. Still waiting. FIFTEEN MINUTES later we got our order! The guy before us had his order completely screwed up, so had to wait twice as long. We got to the car, back on the highway, and dug in. Yep, you guessed it, mine didn't have cheese. McDonalds has really become America's worst place to eat yet this particular one is the worst of the worst. First, they have kiosks but no table service. So, while those behind the counter talk and ignore you, you use the kiosk then ask where the table number is and, of course, there is none. Behind the counter they are thoroughly confused - I never did get my coffee - just gave up. What the heck happened to this location and this franchise? Who knows but one thing I do know - DONT EVER... EVER come to this location. They need to close it, regroup and start over. read more

This must be a recent remodel. Double cheeseburger and fries were fresh. Cleanest ladies room we have been in on vacation....no paper towels, but hand dryer worked. Customer svc was very good, cashier was really nice. The kids loved the light table....it's touch sensitive. Very cool, first time we have seen one like this. And all drinks were 1.00. Win. WORST McDonalds EVER! After getting past the employee smoking at the door, I went in to use the (very smelly) bathroom. My partner only wanted an apple pie and had to wait while the staff made some for their family members who appeared to be there for free food & conversation. He waited an inordinately long time for a simple apple pie. When he was finally able to get out of the hell hole & bring his pie to the car, it fell apart when he tried to take it out of the container. It was inedible. I had a complicated chicken sandwich or with no bun and Moshell went above and beyond making my delicious sandwich she even put lettuce on the bottom and top so I was able to hold my bunless chicken sandwich and eat and drive! Normally it would have been way too messy but I ate with ease so thank you for accommodating my complicated order and going above and beyond!
