I give this Mc Donald's, the staff and the food at least five stars! I had a complicated chicken sandwich or with no bun and Moshell went above and beyond making my delicious sandwich she even put lettuce on the bottom and top so I was able to hold my bunless chicken sandwich and eat and drive! Normally it would have been way too messy but I ate with ease so thank you for accommodating my complicated order and going above and beyond! On top of being so accommodating everything tastes amazing and it was ready when I got to the second window! Speedy service, great staff and tasty food!!! read more

Never never come to this McDonald's. I've been here a number of times and it is always a disappointment. It takes FOREVER, they constantly mess up the orders, and they are rude to boot. Avoid it at all costs. I've given them about 5 second chances and they failed every time. And they apparently like to blame the customer for the delay even though that is a lie. Wow forgot how horrible our McDonald's is. Placed a mobile order before i left my house. Waited in the drive thru, no one came to the speaker, drove up to the first window, no one came, went to the second window, waited behind the other customer for 10 minutes, pulled up and no one was at the window. A lady came up, saw me, and went to the back! Then a man came up, I told him I had a mobile order, and he told me I had to come inside to order it!!! Needless to say, I left. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. No toilet paper - even 20 min after asking. Trash can overflowing. No paper towels. Upon reporting to management, was told ' it was cleaned last night but we've been too busy today ( at 11 am when they've been open for hours) to clean up yet today. Having visited this particular McDonald's a number of times, I have reached the conclusion that this is where customer service "experts" are put to pasture. Customer wait times are horrendous, especially in their drive-through (although the term drive-through is used rather loosely, as it might as well be an extension of the parking lot). The food is mediocre, at best, often it is oversalted and cold by the time it reaches the beleaguered customer. Those passing through the Forsyth area would be better served by going to either Taco Bell, or Jonah's on Johnston. read more

Today, I went to McDonalds this is the second time with in a month I have received a cold breakfast burrito ,that evidently they had taken out of the refrigerator and microwaved the food less than three seconds, awful. the potato was so hard you could use it as a hammer, So when they advertise you can get hot breakfast anytime , it's not true. Nasty and poor customer service. Go to the DQ or Burger King.... I live in the general area of this restaurant and visted it for the last time last night. I have had bad experiences in the past but thought I would give it another chance. I had a coupon from a high school basketball ticket stub I got in an adjacent county (Crawford). Placed my order and presented the coupon for my free french fries. Employee said they did not honor the coupon. Really?!?! Preprinted by McDonald's corporation for high school tickets ?!?! I've been to some pretty bad McDonalds in my travels (I'm talking to you, Sylvester and Tifton, GA) but this one is up there with the worst. Last summer when I drove down with my children, we stopped and my kids wanted food. We went inside to order, so we could stretch our legs. One of the girls at the register was very loudly telling a story how she used to work at the fast food restaurant next door (Hardees? Burger King? I can't remember now) and how they were so much better, but she got fired in some spectacular fashion. They got managed to screw up our order, which was relatively simple, but that was okay since we were inside the restaurant anyway. On Sunday, February 23rd, we stopped by at 5:10 AM. We went to the drive through, and they had the late night menu that ended at 4 AM up. Of course, my husband had to want a burger at 5 AM, and after waiting a ridiculous amount of time, someone finally asked us for our order. I gave her our order, and the woman (the manager) told us very rudely that they didn't have that menu. I said that it was the one that was posted, and she screamed at me that she hadn't had time to switch it yet. REALLY? In an hour and 10 minutes, she hadn't had time to change the menu? How long does it take? In the end, we got our food, it took a long time, the order was wrong, and the manager was a nasty skank. Like the other poster said, do yourself a favor and go to a different exit. Don't let the refurbished exterior fool you, they are no good on the inside. read more

Place Seems nice when you walk in. Recent remodel looks modern and new. But upon closer inspection, you find an extremely dirty dining area where trying to find a clean table ends up with you cleaning the table yourself. Overall, food was ok, not completely awful, but nowhere near good either. My McChicken was good and fresh, so a brownie point there. But my fries were a sad pile of limp potatoes, so, remove that brownie point as well. Service was slow, and by slow, I mean my pet snail could've cooked, wrapped, and delivered my meal quicker than the people at this restaurant. And, once it got to me, it was wrong. Twice.
