Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes to receive a hamburger that made me sick on my stomach. A waste of my time and money.

Food was not what I ordered. Drive through speaker not working properly. Had to repeat order many times until employee got irritated. Food was incorrect, employee ignored me when I asked if she heard my order correctly. Said "your welcome" with a snotty attitude. it was dirty, the ketchup smelled sour and was chunky. They just kinda tossed the drinks at you and none of the tables were clean.

HORRIBLE! Dirty bathroom no toilet paper no one would assist did not eat there. Disgusting!

I stopped here once passing through and I must admit the food was better than the Macon locations. On that particular day, the food was hot and fresh. I was so pleased because fast food is such a let down many times. read more

I eat at Wendy's approximately 2-3 times per month. This particular time I was traveling through Georgia and ordered using the app. Arrived in the drive through and attempted to let them know I had a mobile order-speaker broken. Waited at window for order to be prepared. Double stack was cold with excessive ketchup and tasted like raw meat but was cooked all the way through. Threw it out after 3 bites. Pretzel bacon cheeseburger was also cold and tasted a little off but edible. Fries were hot and delicious and chicken nuggets were as expected. Friendly but inattentive staff. Definitely my worst experience with any Wendy's-ever. read more

The woman taking orders inside the restaurant was very curt and rude. We decided after we ordered that we also wanted cookies and were scolded for not ordering everything at the same time and then charged more because of it. A man in traditional east Indian dress tried to order and was rudely told "we don't have any of that". So he left without any food. Isn't that illegal to refuse someone service? We went through the drive through and we had to repeat our order a couple of times for the woman who was taking it because she was too busy chatting it up with one of her coworkers to listen. We get our food and parked off to the side. My chicken sandwich was wrong and I had to go back in and there were flys flying around behind the cashier and it took forever for someone to come ask what I needed with me patiently standing there. By far, this was the best customer service I have EVER received at a fast food restaurant!! Not kidding, I was greeted by multiple (at least three) employees at the drive through window, everyone with a cheerful greeting and a smile as they accepted my payment and handed me my food. I was in and out of the drive through (including the drive to and from the interstate) in less than TWO minutes, my order was correct and all the food was at the right temperature and tasted great. I even ordered my burger with specific toppings. I wish every fast food restaurant would follow the example of this Wendy's... I drive from Atlanta to South Georgia through this town regularly, and I will definitely stop by here again, due to the fantastic employee engagement with customers. I see that there have been multiple negative reviews on this restaurant, and I think management must have gotten the message because my experience was WAY different than these other people. read more

Came in here at the early evening rush. There was a line for food (to order and pick up). On the upside, my food was hot and tasted fresh. They missed up the persons order in front of me, and for whatever reason, I had gotten 2 extra orders on fries (didn't show up on receipt). The garbage bins inside were overflowing inside. Yuck! We was headed to Tybee Island for a short stay and my 6yr old daughter wanted Wendy's to eat. Usually not a problem, not our first choice, but the kids love it and we like Wendy's in general as well. So to get back on point, my wife had a spicy chicken sandwich, my daughter had a spicy chicken wrap and my son and I both had burgers. EVERYONE, had fries and drinks. Well we left, and about 25min. Later we are stopped on the side of i-16, my 6yr old is vomiting and pottying uncontrollably in the rain. We get that to subside and 2 miles later, same thing. We finally made it to a rest stop, where we could see our little girl and she was purple, broke out in hives and itching uncontrollably. So emergency room visit for my baby, my wife is still needing to go to the Dr. Due to uncontrollable watery stools, aching joints, headaches and just plain guilt, because she feels it's her fault that we didn't get to do the things that you want to do on your vacation at the beach. DON'T EAT HERE, ESPECIALLY THE TAINTED CHICKEN!!!!! Maybe I should try to Atleast get my money back I spent on the trip and the hospital bill. read more

Just when I though I'd discovered the boneyard of customer service next-door at McDonalds, Wendy's stepped up to the place and figuratively said, "hold my beer." Through the drive through (for the last time) I tried to order a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, however they were (shockingly) out of stock. I settled on a chicken nugget combo and proceeded to wait nearly 15 minutes before someone finally remembered to bring it out to my car. I'd have driven away, but I'd already paid (and discovered later that they double charged me). The fires were their usual cool temperature and caked with salt (I'm fairly confident it was ionized salt, and not their purported "sea" salt. If you're in the Forsyth area, take the extra few minutes and go next door to La Pasadita, or the Subway across the street. If it must be fast food, wait the 15 minutes it takes to get to Bass Road on I75 South and go to Chick-Fil-A. read more

The fries are always coated with salt making them nearly inedible. I've told management a few times. They blow it off. The rest of their items are fair for a Wendy's. This might sound far-fetched, but I travel a lot and have found that some specific examples of chain restaurants are significantly better than others. It's just how they're run. For example there's a Wendy's several exits down I-75 on Tom Hill/Riverside that is so much better you'd think it was a different restaurant. read more
