Me and a friend made our way here to find the drive through was extremely long. Then, we decided to park at the Walmart parking lot and proceed to walk. There was no line in the restaurant but people scattered around waiting for their food. We literally waited 30 minutes for our food. Considering the cost of food, long wait is expected. Not sure if it's the busy season or the way they make their food, the fries were nasty. They were dry and hard, not just one piece but the whole tray. Salt packets were provided. Burger... ugh. I had better In-N-Out Burgers in Texas than this these in California. For God Sakes... In-N-Out Burger is originally from California. But the quality is in below my expectations.

We definitely expected a long wait in the line to place our order but we certainly didn't expect to have to wait 25 minutes when they told me to pull over to the side and that they would bring my order out to me. Meanwhile several cars are going by getting their orders and leaving..I had to go knock on the glass door for somebody to come to me and ask where is my order and the person who answered the door said let me go get a manager for you, but before that happened the manager spoke on an intercom that I can hear outside in a very very rude tone and said "we're waiting on your extra crispy chicken" but it was the way she said it over the intercom instead of coming to the door to talk to me. Not only that, but when we got the food it wasn't even crispy it was like KFC original recipe texture and it was cold!!! I asked for my bread to be grilled on both sides It wasn't... so either they got mad that I was knocking on the door and gave me some crappy food or this is just how the service is here on a regular. The customer service there was absolutely horrible and it wasn't worth that long drive because our food was not that great. It is as cold AND My order was incorrect.
