    Just left after placing a DRIVE THRU mobile order. The lady, who appeared to be a manager (her name may be Luisa, but couldn't make out name tag) said I had to come in for the order. Nope, I chose drive thru. I showed her and she said, no you have to come in, it's over there. As she points to the other side of the counter. Ha ha. I waited. A car pulled up behind me and she must have felt compelled to have me disappear. She did hand me my food and without attitude. However, I waited to ask for ketchup and as she opened the window, she gestured her hand to say no more and that was with attitude. I asked for ketchup and she nicely handed me enough to fill a bottle. The sad thing is that these breakfast potatoes are so delicious, but now I will be hesitant to visit this location during the morning. Here's What I Think...Please try the Seasoned Potatoes. They're not healthy, but yummy! Try your local Wendy's...as long as it's not this one.

    What a terrible experience to say the least. I made an order on the app yesterday 4/4/2021 and upon arrival the staff at the drive-thru intercom said my order is not in the system. I told him that I have a receipt and the notification that said my order is ready to pickup. He then said there's nothing he can do about it because my order is not showing in the system. He suggest that I park my car and wait to see if my order will eventually show up. I already waited in line and received the notification that my order is ready. I'm not sure what the hassle or confusion is about. I offered multiple times to pull up to the window to show my receipt to prove that I did indeed make a purchase and not lying to get a free meal. Again, the staff disregarded that I said there's nothing they can do about it. At this point I am convinced that the staff made an error and gave me order away to another customer. That's one reason why its not appearing in the mobile order when I arrived. So I pretty much got charged for the order in the expense of an operator error or system glitch. Even though I have a receipt its not enough for them to fix the problem and now I'll have to open a ticket on the Wendy's website. I doubt I'll hear from them. On top of that all I ordered was a small frosty and 6 piece nugget. Do they seriously think I'm lying about my mobile order just to get away with $4 worth of food?

    Too slow cold food 40 minutes wait Can't recommend at all best at McDonald or ihop. They don't speak English very well

    The dine in is supposedly open but I question that. It's always been drive through from the way I saw things during the pandemic. Every other place is open for dine in , in the area.
