What a disappointment this turned out to be. I had finished my day and just wanted to grab some food to take home with me. I should have went elsewhere, but because this was in the plaza I was already at I decided to give it a go. Getting in here was a nightmare when I had stopped. It looked like one of their competitors to get in here just to get to the drive thru. Finally got to the menu and placed my order. Took some time to get it. Not sure why, as this is supposed to be fast food, it felt like they were making each order from scratch as they were coming in. Finally get my order and make my way home. The actually go my order right, but it felt like they threw it together. Like, literally threw it together. The sandwiches were a mess. Then the condiments were heavy to a side and not throughout the sandwich. Fries were cold, as if they had sat there under an underperforming heat lamp. I asked for a large wrap combo, she charged me for a MEDIUM fry , LARGE drink instead of just upgrading to a large. Had a mobile order and went through the drive through for it, was told that they never received the order and had to go inside. Proceeded to go inside for the order and was told twice now, "we don't have the order". Both the manager and cashier told me they don't have the order. Guess what, they had the mobile order waiting on the pick up table the whole time. Wasting my time when they could've checked. I had to go inside and find my order myself. The absolute worst Wendy's. I ordered two kids meals, one with chicken nuggets and one with a cheese burger. When they came out the one came out with just fries and nothing else in the bag. I ordered a number four and got a fish sandwich. Waited longer than expected for the kids cheeseburger and then it came out as a kids fish sandwich. This Wendy's was empty when we stopped at about 18:30. First impression was it looked clean. I used the ladies room which is only for 1 person and was pretty clean. There was plenty tp & floor appeared clean. 3/5 only because it only accommodated 1person at a time. Next went to the counter to order a large sprite and I was ignored several times before finally getting waited on by a young man wearing his pants so low I'm not sure why he bothered to wear them! Seriously if working with the public in family place at least dress like you care! Short stay....big issue. Drove down from NY, closest this to me and only thing open. I arrive around 11PM and expected to get service before they close. I made sure to check the hours of operation before going through the drive-thru, they "close" at 1AM. Pull up the the window and they motioned they were closed. Suggestion: change your hours of operation on ALL SITES!!! Next day, I get there before they close and use the drive-thru. I place my order and pull up to the window. First issue, the bag with my chili in it clearly was spilt. Second issue, their machine couldn't print the receipt. I know things happen with machines, ok. Third and final issue, I get to my resting spot and find out my chili with cheese and onions on has cheese in it. Many small things building up to a major issue, not going there against unless it's dire. And even then, I may just starve. read more

This is my Neighbour hood Wendy's and I have been coming here for a long time usually multiple times a week. Mostly between 2pm and 5 pm. Today after a late night I came to Wendy's at 11:30 pm . All I got to say is if you want the best customer service, come at night. Shaqita (I apologize dearly if I butcher your name) is the absolute amazing person in any Wendy's I have been through, in any fast food actually . I felt welcomed and understood even when I was placing my order in the drive through . When I got to the window, she welcomed me with a smile and a great energy. My husband and I just went to this Wendy's and went in at separate times (on dog watching duty). Both of us commented about how wonderful the staff inside were. So friendly, helpful, and inviting. Went to this Wendy's about a month ago for lunch since I was in Greenbelt. Man, this Wendy's was the slowest I ever went to. The line was long; I went in for a quick lunch since I had more work to do that afternoon. It was not a quick lunch because I waited in line over 10 minutes. I didn't want Pollo Cabana (please see my 4 star review for Pollo Cabana) that day because I didn't want a heavy lunch and didn't want to spend a lot of time. While in line, I was looking at what else was over there on Yelp and saw that there was a Perfect Pita over there, but at that point I was so close to the front. The other thing that bothered me was that the person before me had a special order for her burger, and the cashier literally yelled it to the cooks so that everyone in line could hear her order. I know if I were her I would have been embarrassed. This is unprofessional plus she was bickering with another employee (also unprofessional). Because of how slow they were, I ate my food fast and what should have been a quick 15 minutes was more like a 30 minute ordeal. I would not back here. read more

They tasted as if the crew tried to "refresh" old fries. It failed. The sandwich was _supposed_ to be the #5 Peppercorn Mushroom Melt. The description for #5 is "Wendy's Peppercorn Mushroom Melt : features a quarter-pound beef patty, sauteed and fire-roasted white mushrooms, crispy-fried onions, a slice of natural Asiago cheese, and smoked peppercorn aioli, served on a toasted premium bun." I was given a hamburger patty with a soft flat/mushy bun, thrown with some mushrooms, half melted American cheese, and little fried onions pieces that resembled french fry ends. TOASTED PREMIUM,MY HIND POTS. And, that's what the fries tasted like. Authentic Hind Pots! We immediately turned around while on the highway, and returned the order to receive a refund. OK so I cannot lie, I expected the drive thru to be a long wait & it was not at all even being the 5 or 6 car back. Saturday lunch time I see the inside dining is full and head to the drive thru. I can see a big new sign saying, Bacon Mozzarella Burger, I'm human so ofcourse I got that but I wanted it with chicken. They switched the meat for chicken and when I paid the lady was so nice & fast and smiled and all. Usually a drive thru is a quick transaction so most cashiers get used to that and are not very happy especially when busy but she was. Now, my food!! After watching the drive through staff deal with tons of difficult customers yet still managed to be very kind and sweet as I pulled up, I will reccomend THIS Wendy's to anyone desiring to be treated nicely regardless of how many A-holes these folks have to deal with before you drive up!! Prince George's County Maryland is notorious for bad fast food - it seems the employees just don't care about quality or service, and the orders are never right. I went to Wendy's with my usual complicated order - it seems our family of five all want to add or subtract something from their order - and usually that means having to check the food, realize one or two items are missing, and half the sandwiches are wrong (no mustard usually ends up being extra mustard). But Wendy's got it all correct - the food was hot, it was attractive (no burgers half off the bun or half dripping in ketchup), and it was all done correctly, even the complicated sandwiches with none of that and extra this. read more

I worked at NASA GSFC for 39 years and I visited this Wendy's every week for lunch. There was always a line inside the store (they struggle to keep up with the drive through) and its still there. They recently remodeled the dining room and it's a disaster. Its smaller now (used to completely open) and uninviting with useless partitions. The last time I went 5 employees were talking and joshing while customers waited in line. Very unprofessional - seems they're there to get paid and don't care about service. No going back. read more

The drive-thru is SO slow, that it would be faster for you to stop by the Safeway on the other side of the parking lot (which is notorious for their long lines) to buy whatever you need, make it at home and eat it.
