The woman on the phone refuses to let you speak to a manager and won't cancel orders that are an hour late from the Jersey Mike's app. She says it is a 3rd party app and to call them instead. Hey incompetent.. it's not a 3rd party app if it's the Jersey Mike's app; you have to call the store. Then she sets the phone down for 18 minutes while you can hear her in the background saying, "It's a 3rd party app.." about 100 times till you are just going to hang up. These are the incompetent people they have running the show. So I had to deal with a driver one and a half hours later and refuse the food. Finally, then I got the cancel, but never got my money back. The same girl answers every time and says there is never a manager. Bye. Originally, I wanted to get food from another establishment next door. However, that place's service was very bad. So I opted to go inside of JM and get a sub in a tub. The service was impeccable despite another rude patron who was ahead of me. That person treated the workers like dirt. Myself and other customers who observed it were appalled. However, the young men working that day were still professional and very nice. The food from JM is always good, so I left satisfied. Customers, guests, and fellow patrons: we don't have the right to treat people who work in customer service poorly. They are NOT our servants and subordinates. While the sandwich was very flavorful and in good taste the cleanliness and sanitation of this store needs some serious work. Upon walking in, it was pretty empty. Jersey Mike's Subs recently opened in the neighborhood and oddly enough it replaces the storefront of a Quiznos that moved to the neighboring town of Lanham MD over 1 year ago. The store is clean and well lit as it should be considering it's brand new. The employees were friendly, attentive, and seemed to know their craft. I usually go for Italian Subs so I decided to step out of the norm and ordered a Regular sized No. 9 Club Supreme Sub on Wheat. The sub was made to order condiments and all and very filling, On my 4th yes my 4th visit since they've opened I finally had a Hot Sub which was the No. 17 Mike's Famous Philly (cheesesteak) and was not disappointed! The sub roll was soft, steak tender, and the cheese melty. Initially I gave Jersey Mike's 3 Stars but now I have to give them 4 Stars and on my 5th visit I plan on trying one of their Chicken Cheesesteak! read more

I got the #13 Original Italian, Mike's way with extra oil, vinegar and hot peppers, the sandwich was perfectly made with freshly sliced meat, lettuce and tomatoes were also fresh. I miss real sub shops (local) that made cheesesteaks that were extremely good and filling for $10 or less. Strolled from the back area and stood at the counter then after standing there for 2 minutes asked us "You Ready?". After we payed we had to ask her for the receipt as she just walked away. Prices of subs are a little high but not a deal breaker. I probably go here more out of convienence then anything. Let's start with the fact that I ordered a Chicken Cheese steak and was given the regular cheese steak. That alone put a bad taste in my mouth. But I'm a good sport, so I tried it anyway.
