Be sure to ask for a straw, as the drive-up workers cannot remember to put one in the bag- ever!

Every time I've been to this Wendy's the service is absolutely horrible. The first time I went I waited at the order speaker for five minutes, literally, and they never took my order. I drove up to the window and said they never took my order and they looked at me like I was stupid and then said they forgot. Today when I went to give it another change, the lady in front of me had a long wait before ordering. When they took my order the woman working was very snippy and rude. I ordered a chicken BLT with no tomato. She repeated no tomato but there was still tomato on my sandwich. She asked me what kind of sauce and I said honey mustard and she croaked "WHAT?!" At the pay window she stood talking to coworkers and then proceeded to hold my bag of food and just stare at a screen for about three minutes like she had no idea what was going on. My fries were soggy. Barely any ice in my soda. I don't know why I came back here. read more

Very quiet, and clean. The staff is super friendly as well. Wendy's is not crowded (which is understandable since I go there with my grandparents at an early hour), and I somewhat like that. I always get the chicken sandwich and a chocolate frostie, and they are deeelicious! (Seriously, don't hesitate on trying something new: Fries dipped into a frostie tastes AWESOME!) read more

My first stop here. Service was superior. There was an error with my order, and manager was on top of it before it and corrected it so fast I would not have known unless I was standing at the counter directing workers to make it right. Then they dropped it and had to make it all over. The manager we so apologetic and made sure I was kept informed of what took so long. read more

This was my first ever stop at Wendy's all of these years! Their bacanator items are super tasty and must try.

Haven't had Wendy's in a while stopped here on my way to California, tried the new natural cut fries and all I can say is I'll be craving these for a long time. They taste so fresh! Fast service for lunch hour! read more

My kids' favourite fast food chain. They have a good selection of salad for grown ups unlike other fast food places.

Hmmm....where to start. First hint that we should leave and go somewhere else was the smell inside. Actually the restrooms smelled better than the food service area. A older lady had her small dog in the restaurant which was eating off one of the food serving containers set on the floor, before the lady held the dog in her lap at the table. the dog was not a service dog. Yuck! A disgusting experience all around. We will never eat at this Wendy's again! read more

I wouldn't go to this location if you want a baked potatoe or call ahead. Wendy's is known for their baked potatoes but for some reason this location always runs out. Maybe the managment should order more. Very disappointing to go a fast food restaurant and find out they ran out of a popular item and the reason you went there in the first place. read more

When we first walked in we seen one girl behind the register who was finishing up the order of a worker who had just gotten off. There were three people in front of us waiting to order. while instead of taking their order the worker gets distracted by hers and her fellow co workers conversation. Another employee comes out from the back telling the family in front of us that someone will be along to help. 30 seconds later 3 employees come in from the back. A cook a young girl with darker complexion with black hair and a slightly older lady. While the family in front of us still hasn't ordered literally every single employee there that was working all sat there talking with each other about what days the other worked and whatever else that had NOTHING to do with their job. My mouth dropped and I literally couldn't believe what I was witnessing. With 2 groups in line still needing to order the employees felt it was more important to hang out and chit chat rather then doing the very minimum their job duty requires for it to actually function. If this wasn't enough I was forced to stare at the young girl with black hair continuallyplay with her hair and run her fingers through it which is absolutely disgusting unsanitary and a violation against oregons health regulations. Finally someone notices that we are all staring at them wondering WTF so then thankfully comes over to take the family's order then everyone else caught on and started toward their station. I was thinking to myself that I didn't think I could have handled another sec without saying something and that it was going to be quick and easy from here on without any other hiccups along the way. Right after that thought passed my mind I see the older lady drop her visor in the fryer remove it with her hands and continue to her work without washing her hands or do anything!!! she just puts it back on her head. I literally had to walk away because I was afraid to see what was next. Anyway we ordered a jr bacon and a number 6 and med frosty. We're waiting about 5 min when they call our name to say they had our jr bacon ready but it would be 6 min for the rest and asked if I wanted the burger now. I politely told them no I would wait to eat with my friend but would take the frosty then instead. As to my surprise they came out with 2 large frostys and apologized for the wait. I thought that was cool so instead of completely dissing them I decided to give them a couple stars worth of credit. They really need to learn customer service and the health regulations because I seen enough violations in the 15 min I was there to shut them down and write up every employee. read more

The restaurant opened 13 minutes late. Then the lady that opened the door was rude. They didn't have the soda machine working, or the ketchup ready. Plus tons of flies that were bothering me!! Was not happy!! Food was good, but service is awful!! read more

My husband and I stopped in today to pick up an early dinner. I ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives and a apple pecan chicken salad. When I got home I ate my baked potato low and behold NO SOUR CREAM and later I ate my apple pecan salad low and behold NO PECANS. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EAT AT WENDY'S BECAUSE THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I understand mistakes being made but sometimes they can have consequences. I placed an order for a hamburger mustard and lettuce only. I specifically said NO CHEESE that I cannot have dairy. After paying $4 for this burger I quickly checked it as I always do. I got this through the drive through. It appeared to be ok. I took it home and when I took the first bite I saw that the meat was very pink and undercooked. So my wife took it and put it in the microwave to finish cooking it. After it cooled some I took another bite and felt something crunch. I took apart the burger and there was cheese UNDER the patty hidden away and had gotten partly crisp from the microwaving. So I had to toss my burger and be out $4+ dollars. So under cooked and cheese after I made it very clear I cannot have cheese. I have had 6 throat strictures done and I am always clear to point out NO Dairy. So I can no longer feel confident to eat there unless I can tear apart the burger . I think In and Out will get my business now. read more
