Everything is what can improve. I ordered crunchy tacos and got soggy shells i had to tear with my teeth. Well that order went straight to the trash. If you can't put quality then shut down. read more

They forgot my drink. I had to ask for it and they also forgot my 15 sauce packets. This isn't the first time this happened. It's ridiculous. They need to get some new workers in here or something. These people don't know what they're doing and they forget everything. read more

The owner doesn't allow doordashers to pick up food without hot bag and the tall dorky lookin manager is extremely rude

This establishment needs to close. Pulled up at 10:30 for our order that was placed online and once we got to the drive through we were greeted by an employee who simply just said "we're done". Keep in mind this place is supposed to be open until 1 am. After we told him they should turn their online ordering off before closing he proceeded to just call us a dumbass and walk off. This place is a joke never ordering from here again read more

Ordered from the app and after 50 minutes I just went there and had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get my food while the guy at the window spent half the time on his phone. read more

Counter people ignore you when you have a question, waited 40 min for our order through kiosk, finally got a young lady to help me said the order didn't come through like it should have from computer, waited another 20 minutes and got our order, cold and the cheese dip that came with the crave box put in bag without lid on tight and was all over the outside of the rest of the food. Based on this experience I will quite probably never dine at Taco Bell again. read more

place sucks. requires you to use a kiosk to order. then when that doesn't work, they have no idea and are actually not allowed to help you. This place sucks it really really sucks. I will never go to Taco Bell again. read more

Food is fine, normal Taco Bell food, but the manager is a complete asshole. He prioritizes drive thru orders over walk-ins and makes you wait and wait and wait for your food. If you complain, he refuses to give you your food that is already paid for. Completely unacceptable. read more

I did dine in and the person at the counter said, I can't take your order and directed me to one of two Order kiosks. He said we have no money at the counter. I think that is an excuse to get out of working the counter and forcing people to kiosk order. Sad. I won't be back. What happened to customer service. Next step is for customers to go in the back and cook their own meal. read more

This place was great! Stopped in for lunch today for the first time at this location. They got the order out so fast, I had barely paid and all 9 things we ordered were ready within a half a minute! Wow! They got everything right, no mistakes, and we had a nice quickie lunch. The cashier guy was super friendly and helpful, I appreciated that. I would definitely come back here again. read more

This is by far the worst taco bell location I've been to. The service is really slow, the food is sub par, the employees are not at all friendly and the restaurant is out dated. Definitely worth the drive to another location to avoid this place, even if it's further it will probably be quicker read more

I would put less than one star if I could. we waited in line in the drive through (walking because we were staying next door and their dining area was locked) and they refused to take our order. they locked the window, called us names, and refused to serve us. Went to Taco Bell today. Lobby was closed so we went through the drive though. Ordered at the dumb box a taco 12 pack and a drink came to $20.86. Asked for Diablo sauce 24 packs 2 for each taco. Got to the window paid and asked to make sure I got 24 packs of sauce. Got my order and 8 packs of sauce after asking once again for 24 packs. Asked for more sauce the lady got mad putting 8 sauce in a bag and sealing it with a sticker. 16 packs of sauce when asking for 24 more than 4 time. I understand it's a hard mathematical problem for someone who has to take their shoes and socks off to count over 10. Funny yet they are paying these morons $15 a hour and they can't count... Never again will I come here again. This comment is provided to you by the number 3 and the letter P.... read more

I hate to even leave 1 star; what a f'd up place this is. We ordered 9 Cravings Boxes ( $56.11 ) on the App and they tossed them all into a single bag and 5 items were missing. No sauce packets and the Nacho Fries were pitiful. Called them and got the rudest treatment. Each time I called to speak to the manager they got more rude. Even told me we didn't get them from their store ( pretty sure I know where I went to pick this crap up! ) I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow. F'ing unbelievable this place is still in business read more

It is VERY cold in here! Its 33 degrees outside, and I'm sure its 32 degrees in here. Even the soda is ice cold. And I didn't add any ice! Place is clean and the service was fast (of course I'm the only one in here) but next time I'm going to Jack In The Box just so that I can stay warm. read more

Taco Bell - There's almost no meat in the three burritos I ordered. Very disappointed. - Fast Food Near Me - Grants Pass, Oregon

Went to Taco Bell today and went in side ordered on the computer and gave me an option to pay cash, so I hit that button. Then I stood at the register for a few minutes, and no one approached me. So I waited 15 min until someone asked me if you ordered, and I said yes on the computer, and it said pay cash at the counter he asked if I paid I said no I have been waiting for 15 minutes. He then said, "You have to pay first before the order goes thru. With an attitude, someone could have said that before. I then just said to cancel the order, and I left. Didn't feel like waiting any longer . The guy that said all that was very rude. It is disappointing that it took someone that long to ask about my food. Everyone at some point behind the counter looked at me but not a word from any of them. I sat in a chair facing the people on the back counter while waiting for my food. This is the 2nd time I have tried going to the 6th Street Taco Bell in a week and disappointing both times . I hope the owner does something about the lack his employee has for customer service l, especially since the workers all want more money, like $15 an hour read more

Bad service, Chalupa shell was cold and hard not able to eat. Will not return to this grants Pass location

This place is straight cheeks. Tacos were stale af. Lady's in there being rude af. Nacho bel grande had 3 chips in it. Homeless guy smoking crack next to the drive thru. Don't come to this location, seriously. Lol Take the time to drive to the one by Walmart. I've given this location a million chances and I rarely have much to complain about because I understand that things happen, life isn't perfect and we're all just people...BUT HOLY CRAP! This location has got to be the absolute slowest fast food place I have everrrrr been to. No joke. Like, none. I can't even express into words how many times I've honestly thought about going inside to hand deliver my payment after placing a drive through order. For some reason, nobody can multi-task that works window here. Management needs to change who works window, period. There is just no other way to fix this issue. Last time I went, he took 3 orders before taking my money from me...while my window was open and it was raining. I know, roll up my window, right? I would have if he didn't walk up to the window without doing anything frantically like he had a rushing job to do and then walk away. It's mind blowingly aggravating how I believe my dog could run this store better...blindfolded and missing hind legs. Lol Foods just fine most times, btw...the service there just needs some upgrading on the definition of "fast food" ...even slow paced would help. They are fast food handi-incapable. Lmfao read more

You have to take my experience with a grain of salt since I've only come here once. My drive thru experience was fine. I ordered 3 chicken taco salads, 2 beef soft tacos, 2 chicken soft tacos, Doritos taco, and a stuffed nachos. I wrote this review because I really liked the way they make the salad. They put good pieces of chicken, and the shell was so fresh. At about $5.70 or so, it's not a bad deal. I might have just come at the right time, but the salad was so satisfying. My family enjoyed the meal. read more

Don't get the blue raspberry freezz at 6th Street taco Bell. It taste like nasty mold. It's probably because the spouts on all of their drink machines are filthy. I've worked in many different convince stores & was always taught to clean the spouts on the machines daily otherwise they will become moldy & nasty!!!!! This is a job that gets overlooked often & easily since you can't see the problem unless you remove the spouts. Not only would they give me a refund for the FOUL tasting drink but they wouldn't even throw it away for me. Extremely disappointed!!!! read more

I have never given a bad yelp review but man... this was BAD. The drive through lady was pushy and rude. I ordered two tacos, no lettuce. I received two tacos, with only meat and cheese, each being about a half inch thick. For 5$... I would not recommend. read more
