I wanted to update and give these guys one more star. What I want to give them a special shout out for is, they kept their healthy options (grilled chicken sandwiches and salads) when so many of their competitors opportunistically used the "covid" excuse to abort all healthy options right out the window! :-( Since these guys actually allow us, their customers that keep them in business, to continue to have healthy options, this place will absolutely be my go-to fast food when I am out. I will always come here first. Take a tip Mcdonald's and Carl's Jr. you losers! read more

Fries sat on a tray for five minutes and were cold before the WRONG hamburger finished. NO air conditioning in the dining room. No paper towels in the men's restroom. I wanted to order a frosty but were told by the drive thru lady that the cashier was in the restroom and she did t know her register code. There were initially two women at the registers, one being a manager I think. They both came out of the restroom together as we passed by them to leave. We didn't need a frosty that bad I guess. Not good to leave the counter unattended. Wont be back to this location again! read more

For about the seventh three time, I've ordered Wendy's through DoorDash and didn't receive sauces for the nuggets. This seems like such a simple thing to get right. I mean, there's been other issues. A couple times I got the completely wrong order. I keep giving them a chance because I like Wendy's. But I think I'm done with this location now. It wouldn't surprise me at all if this is one of the Wendy's that closes this year. read more

Dont even waste ur time or money... cold fries AND burger. Stale bun .. "junior frosty" was the size of my finger (literally) . Not worth the $19 i spent read more

The closing shift today (6/1/25) was screaming and being so loud, on top of acting like they were on something. They gave me each piece of food in an individual bag and couldn't remember what they gave me!! Very unprofessional EVEN FOR WENDYS. I normally have an okay time at here , other than it being always slow, but tonight was ridiculous. read more

Do not waste your time or money at this location! Wait time was forever, they had the drive thru backed up all the way to the street and the order area was packed! My chicken sandwich was cold and tasteless. They need to get better! read more

This was one of the cleanest Wendy's locations I've been to and my food was fine, I wish they cut the chicken on my salad better because a lot of the pieces weren't cut through. My cashier was a bit awkward but nice read more

DO NOT CONSUME FOOD FROM HERE!!!! Kids working the window handed us our food laughing Drinks were warm! Like legit they pour hot water into them. The food is disgusting! Place should be closed and the punks working the window should be out of a job. Don't eff with peoples food!! Charged us like $10 less than it was supposed to. When I told the kid about it, he said "it's not a big deal. I don't think Wendy's will notice." Ended up throwing away our drinks and food when we got home. Will never go back here again. Franchisee should be ashamed of this place. read more

Absolute disaster of a business. 20+ minute wait for drive through order, confronted by extremely rude staff that forgot and didn't care about my order, it was cast aside and never brought out. The entire time I waited I saw 2 customers (lobby is closed in the morning). What could have taken so long that so few customers came through yet they still couldn't get my order right. Oh, and there is a deep pothole right out front of the drive through window. Go literally anywhere else for food. read more

Horrible. Didn't give us ice, spoons for our frosty's, no napkins provided no toppings on our burgers, that we asked for everything on. They just gave us ketchup on them. On top of all of this, the drivethru took forever. I would recommend going to either the In N Out, or the McDonald's that are down the street. Would have given it a one star, but my family voted for two stars. Don't go here. read more

Ordered on Uber eats and and received a burger that wasn't anywhere near cooked all the way through. Wasn't even edible. Drink also had no ice or carbonation whatsoever. No napkins, no fork... by far the worst experience I've had ordering food. read more

What happened here!? This location used to be warm and friendly. When I asked for the Senior Discount (the screen said there was a Senior Discount), one girl snapped at me, "We don't do Senior Discounts!". The girl actually taking our order told me it meant my coffee would be free. They had 10 minutes to make coffee while we were waiting for our food but instead made me wait till a new pot was brewed. Why they couldn't get me some from the drive-up, they couldn't explain. The dining room was stark and cold in top of being grimy. The soda machine looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a week. They get 2 stars because the salad was very good but, overall, NOT a good experience. Valerie read more

First off, It has taken me almost a week to write this review because they ticked me off so bad (I would use rougher language but I won't). I haven't eaten at Wendy's in at least 20 years. The last time I ate there, the food was horrible and the service sucked. Stupid me, I was craving a burger with their chili with french fries and my wife wanted a baked potato so I downloaded their app and last Sunday, February 5th, I placed an order. When I arrived (I was on my way when I ordered) they were not busy at all so I figured that I would have no problems. I told them at the drive through that I had placed an app order and they told me to pull forward which I did (there were only 2 cars ahead of me so I figured that it should be quick). 12 minutes later I finally made it to the window and they guy said "Doordash order?" I said "No, I placed an app order and he said "Ya, it's all the same." I didn't really think anything of it, took my food after sitting at the window for another 6 minutes, and left. Since I only ordered 4 things I didn't check the bag. When I got home and looked, low amd behold, NO FRIES and the baked potato looked like someone ran it over. I called the store and asked for a manager. THEY ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I couldn't believe it, so I called back. I asked to speak to a manager. THEY HUNG UP AGAIN. Now, I was getting pissed and I'm a pretty calm guy. I called back again and this time they didn't hang up on me. I spoke to a Jesse who was supposedly a manager and told her that #1 they forgot my fries (remember, I only ordered 4 items) and #2 the baked potato looked like it had been ran over. She said "Uh... Do you want to come back and we'll give you the fries?" I said "I live 20 minutes away so that's not an option". Now hold on to your hats. "She said "Well, you can call tomorrow and talk to the manager, Brandy" then hung up. I will never, and I mean NEVER, attempt to eat at another Wendy's again. read more

Service was bad. We were standing at the counter . Only 2 cars in the parking lot just us inside, and 3 cars at the window and employees being non productive . No " sorry we will be with you shortly or nothing. After 10 minutes of the total lack of any sense of urgency. We told them we were leaving. They had no response. read more

The service here was terrible, it took 15 minutes to get my food even tho the place was empty, there was a fly in the soda machine and bathroom, there was missing items. And the smell of the place made me want to throw up. read more

This is the worst Wendys I have ever been to. Even before the pandemic this was the worst fast food restaurant ever. The line is consistently long and slow. I waited 40 minutes in line, paid for my meal and then they informed me that I had to wait 7 minutes for my chicken sandwich. When I got home and unwrapped the chicken sandwich wrapper it was a hamburger with extra pickles. I asked for an original chicken sandwich with no pickles and no lettuce. Atleast they answered the phone when I called to inform them of what happened. I suggest management re-train the staff. There is no reason for the long lines and level of incompetence. read more

I've paid with apple pay before. Get to the window & said I'm paying with apple pay. Kid at the window talks to the manager, asks if they have it (guess he's new) manager says "we have apple pay but I don't know how to use it." I told the kid how to do the transaction with apple pay & he seemed happy to do so. He tells the manager he did it & I can hear her say "I don't have a clue how to do it, & I don't want to use it" Meaning she probably did know how but could careless to help. Must be tough to hate your job so much you feel the need to let your employees & customer know it. Wish I could've seen her & name tag. People like this have no business working for the public. read more

I'm not sure what the problem is here. The tiny little kitchen and work area is full of employees and one manager. They all appear to be moving around really fast but none of them seem to know what to do. It's like they are in crisis mode trying to fix all these little problems. There is clearly a leadership problem here. I ordered a burger and fries. The wait was extremely long and painful. That's when I noticed how unorganized they were. The burger was dry and it didn't have that signature juicy Wendy's taste that I find at most Wendy's restaurants. The highly touted "Preztel Bun" was visibly over cooked but it was cold when delivered to me (I opened it in the dining area immediately). Not only was it cold it was chewy. The fries were also over cooked. I didn't finish my meal and I left very disappointed. I like Wendy's but this location needs to work on some things. read more

Avoid this location if you can help it. Horrible service. Took forever and then they gave us the wrong order. When I got my fries they weren't hot like I asked for. The half asleep guy behind the counter argued with me they water right out of the fryer. They weren't cause I watched him. There are at least sixty flies in the place or more. Everyone was disgusted and stating they won't be back. That includes us. All this place needs is better management. Get rid of the current manager who obviously isn't training or overseeing anything. No wonder they have such horrible me reviews. read more

We waited about 10 min to order and then probably 20 min to get our food just for it to be the wrong order. Another customer came in and asked us if we have been waiting forever we said yes and her and her husband said they've always had that problem and left lol. Don't go here unless you want a good laugh!!! read more

At 9:30pm on a Wednesday night we sat in the sixth car in the drive through and left before even putting in an order after waiting at least 15 minutes. Oh well no frosty tonight. Not sure what the problem was , but not worth the wait read more

I am giving this Wendy's a 1 star not because of these service, the service was fine. It was because I was battling 5 or 6 flies flying around my table while I was trying to eat. You all need to either get a bug zapper, a bottle of raid, sticky fly paper or something. I had to keep my fries covered up while I was swatting them with my hat. Finally I gave up, got a paper bag to go and sat in a hot car eating my food with the Engine running & the A/C on read more

This place is normally pretty decent but when it comes to one particular employee that works there it's horrible. She is always in a bad mood when I see her and she doesn't seem to respect her job in any way. I will NOT go back until she is terminated read more

Worst Wendy's Terri Mary and Blue who I assume are the managers where rude to the other staff, yelled at one of the employees from acrost the room, yelled to a customer and told the cashier (Jamie) she'll have to get someone's order herself. They left out one of our fries and when we told Blue he said "uhmm no should be in there" no it's not "uh okay so you want a fry then?" OBVIOUSLY! Horribly run, no structure. read more

Soo disgusted with the way the employees are treated by the manager nick. We Watched him belittle a lady into tears over getting our order wrong then make fun of her when she wasn't around. then half an hour or so later as we go to leave he and some younger employee start yelling Obscenities at each other, this employees stormed off with what also looked like tears in his eyes . I'm getting tired of them charging me for stuff and then forgetting it. The last time I had to go back in the restaurant to get something they forgot, (sour cream), I mentioned that they had charged me for it but not given it to me. They said "Sour cream is always free." However, they still continue to charge me $.30 for it every time I order. This time, the chili was only about 3/4 full, even with cheese and onions added AND they forgot my sour cream again. read more

Great staff and service! The lady supervisor was very welcoming and friendly. Food came out fresh couldn't ask for anything more!

When I'm stuck with the basic choices in fast food, I usually default to Wendy's - they at least TRY to have semi-healthy choices on the menu. And the service is usually pretty good. But at this location 1)There was a homeless drifter conversing with some chemical deity right behind the speaker 2) Order took 18 minutes from order to serving 3) They got 2/3 of the food wrong. So I'll go back to Wendy's, but not to this one. read more

Don't go here!! I have gone here multiple times and it always takes so long. I wait in line like 30 to 40 minutes sometimes with two cars in front of me. I give it the benefit of the doubt every time but it always fails me. What put me over the edge was that my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and his first bite was so squishy. We ended up going somewhere else to get him another one. I tried it too and it was bad. I love Wendy's and I hate to not go here but that was the end. Hopefully they fix the night shift or we will have to find somewhere else to go. read more
