I wanted to update and give these guys one more star. What I want to give them a special shout out for is, they kept their healthy options (grilled chicken sandwiches and salads) when so many of their competitors opportunistically used the "covid" excuse to abort all healthy options right out the window! :-( Since these guys actually allow us, their customers that keep them in business, to continue to have healthy options, this place will absolutely be my go-to fast food when I am out. Absolute disaster of a business. 20+ minute wait for drive through order, confronted by extremely rude staff that forgot and didn't care about my order, it was cast aside and never brought out. The entire time I waited I saw 2 customers (lobby is closed in the morning). What could have taken so long that so few customers came through yet they still couldn't get my order right. Horrible. Didn't give us ice, spoons for our frosty's, no napkins provided no toppings on our burgers, that we asked for everything on. They just gave us ketchup on them. What happened here!? This location used to be warm and friendly. When I asked for the Senior Discount (the screen said there was a Senior Discount), one girl snapped at me, "We don't do Senior Discounts!". The girl actually taking our order told me it meant my coffee would be free. They had 10 minutes to make coffee while we were waiting for our food but instead made me wait till a new pot was brewed. Why they couldn't get me some from the drive-up, they couldn't explain. The dining room was stark and cold in top of being grimy. The soda machine looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a week. First off, It has taken me almost a week to write this review because they ticked me off so bad (I would use rougher language but I won't). I haven't eaten at Wendy's in at least 20 years. The last time I ate there, the food was horrible and the service sucked. Stupid me, I was craving a burger with their chili with french fries and my wife wanted a baked potato so I downloaded their app and last Sunday, February 5th, I placed an order. When I arrived (I was on my way when I ordered) they were not busy at all so I figured that I would have no problems. I told them at the drive through that I had placed an app order and they told me to pull forward which I did (there were only 2 cars ahead of me so I figured that it should be quick). 12 minutes later I finally made it to the window and they guy said "Doordash order?" I said "No, I placed an app order and he said "Ya, it's all the same." I didn't really think anything of it, took my food after sitting at the window for another 6 minutes, and left. Since I only ordered 4 things I didn't check the bag. When I got home and looked, low amd behold, NO FRIES and the baked potato looked like someone ran it over. I called the store and asked for a manager. THEY ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I couldn't believe it, so I called back. I asked to speak to a manager. THEY HUNG UP AGAIN. Now, I was getting pissed and I'm a pretty calm guy. I called back again and this time they didn't hang up on me. I spoke to a Jesse who was supposedly a manager and told her that #1 they forgot my fries (remember, I only ordered 4 items) and #2 the baked potato looked like it had been ran over. She said "Uh... Do you want to come back and we'll give you the fries?" I said "I live 20 minutes away so that's not an option". Now hold on to your hats. Kid at the window talks to the manager, asks if they have it (guess he's new) manager says "we have apple pay but I don't know how to use it." I told the kid how to do the transaction with apple pay & he seemed happy to do so. He tells the manager he did it & I can hear her say "I don't have a clue how to do it, & I don't want to use it" Meaning she probably did know how but could careless to help. This is the worst Wendys I have ever been to. Even before the pandemic this was the worst fast food restaurant ever. The line is consistently long and slow. I waited 40 minutes in line, paid for my meal and then they informed me that I had to wait 7 minutes for my chicken sandwich. When I got home and unwrapped the chicken sandwich wrapper it was a hamburger with extra pickles. I asked for an original chicken sandwich with no pickles and no lettuce. Atleast they answered the phone when I called to inform them of what happened. I suggest management re-train the staff. There is no reason for the long lines and level of incompetence. read more

Avoid this location if you can help it. Horrible service. Took forever and then they gave us the wrong order. When I got my fries they weren't hot like I asked for. The half asleep guy behind the counter argued with me they water right out of the fryer. They weren't cause I watched him. There are at least sixty flies in the place or more. Everyone was disgusted and stating they won't be back. That includes us. All this place needs is better management. Get rid of the current manager who obviously isn't training or overseeing anything. I'm not sure what the problem is here. The tiny little kitchen and work area is full of employees and one manager. They all appear to be moving around really fast but none of them seem to know what to do. It's like they are in crisis mode trying to fix all these little problems. There is clearly a leadership problem here. I ordered a burger and fries. The wait was extremely long and painful. That's when I noticed how unorganized they were. The burger was dry and it didn't have that signature juicy Wendy's taste that I find at most Wendy's restaurants. The highly touted "Preztel Bun" was visibly over cooked but it was cold when delivered to me (I opened it in the dining area immediately). Not only was it cold it was chewy. The fries were also over cooked. I didn't finish my meal and I left very disappointed. I like Wendy's but this location needs to work on some things. read more

I'm getting tired of them charging me for stuff and then forgetting it. The last time I had to go back in the restaurant to get something they forgot, (sour cream), I mentioned that they had charged me for it but not given it to me. They said "Sour cream is always free." However, they still continue to charge me $.30 for it every time I order. This time, the chili was only about 3/4 full, even with cheese and onions added AND they forgot my sour cream again. read more

Don't go here!! I have gone here multiple times and it always takes so long. I wait in line like 30 to 40 minutes sometimes with two cars in front of me. I give it the benefit of the doubt every time but it always fails me. What put me over the edge was that my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and his first bite was so squishy. We ended up going somewhere else to get him another one. I tried it too and it was bad. I love Wendy's and I hate to not go here but that was the end. Every time I've been to this Wendy's the service is absolutely horrible. The first time I went I waited at the order speaker for five minutes, literally, and they never took my order. I drove up to the window and said they never took my order and they looked at me like I was stupid and then said they forgot. Today when I went to give it another change, the lady in front of me had a long wait before ordering. When they took my order the woman working was very snippy and rude. I ordered a chicken BLT with no tomato. She repeated no tomato but there was still tomato on my sandwich. She asked me what kind of sauce and I said honey mustard and she croaked "WHAT?!" At the pay window she stood talking to coworkers and then proceeded to hold my bag of food and just stare at a screen for about three minutes like she had no idea what was going on.
