The fries were hearty and not greasy at all. I would've asked for a more crisp fry but that's it. My only "complaint" would be to give two sauces for a 10 piece wing.

I was hoping the guy from Bar Rescue would barge through the door and save us. And the price isn't cheap and they still ask for a tip when placing an order. For that kind of money I should have peace of mind.... Go to Portillos. There are more of them and better all around.

This place is always bustling and always busy so I understand why perhaps the employees here seem a little frazzled so maybe they need to hire more people or maybe they need a bigger space or maybe corporate needs to give them more payroll so they can hire more people. Quality of food here still remains really good really fast and consistent however, I will say again just the overall experience gets diminished by the crowds, the lines, the lack of organization, etc.
