I went to Wendy's for one of the few times in my life. I wanted to try their famous Frosty's. I don't like chocolate ice cream so I ordered a large size vanilla thin mint blended frosty and a chocolate frosty for my mom. When I got to the front of the drive though they let me know they were out of vanilla ice cream and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked what the options are and he said the only choice was to make it with chocolate. Given I don't like chocolate ice cream it kind of put me in a pickle but he said I had no other choice. So they ended up making it with chocolate ice cream and I didn't like it. Would've been nice if they had offered either a refund, a coupon, another item of the same value... something? Unfortunately I knew I wouldn't like the ice cream but there was no other choice. Totally not their fault that they were out of vanilla, but just an unfortunate situation especially given this was my first time trying. Oh well! read more

I have been here 3x for pick up orders for myself. Each time the staff has been extremely rude. They made me feel like nothing. The last time took it over the edge. My first time I picked up my order I went through drive through and was meanly told pickup should be done inside at the kiosk area. Second time they barely looked at me and didn't say a word when I asked for a straw they didn't put it in the bag. Third time my order was ready but not at the pickup kiosk. I went to the front asking where my food was. They then asked for my confirmation to pickup the food. They accused me of trying to pick up an order that wasn't mine. Like I went to steal it. I gave them my name but they still wanted to see my confirmation. Poor service every time I visit. Get new people trained that are front facing, because the current crew needs serious help. read more

Just went there December 10 at 630 pm. No one inside eating and we were only ones in line. Ordered a Dave single combo and Dave Double. While ordering they said gas only. Asked why ? And got please wait. After awhile came back said card machine is working. Places first order. They said please wait. Came back and ordered my double combo with Root beer and no onions and lettuce. Again hold Came back repeat the order again. Then says diet cook. No root beer. Get to window and the cashier looked confused and kept walking away. manager kept coming up to the cashier. Got the order and fries were ice cold. Got home burgers looked burnt and dry. Like they have been sitting around. They were. Probably the worst burger I've ever had. Not a good burger blend. Waited forever in parking lot, finally brought bag. Should have checked was given wrong food. Instead was burger & chicken. It probably sat too long waiting for a pickup & they grabbed it. I've never had anything so disgusting. The smell & taste of meat was revolting, like decay & mushy. Had half ring raw onion, tiny slice tomato, dark wilted small circle lettuce. I'm only one light away from home but it wasn't very warm. I'm shocked how Wendy's changed. This is one even my parents came to way back. The chicken was hard & chewy also old, probably been sitting. On Saturday, April 6, 2024 at around 5:30 pm I ordered from Wendy's drive thru. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget while the rest of my family ordered cheeseburgers. While eating the chicken nuggets, I noticed they tasted different and though maybe Wendy's changed their recipe. Then, I noticed some of the chicken nuggets were warmer than others. Since I had to wait on my food, I assumed maybe some of my order was made fresh while others were sitting around. Then, at 2 am, I began uncontrollably vomiting and had several episodes of diarrhea. The vomiting continued for another 2.5 hours when I told my wife I needed to go to the E.R. I went to the E.R. where I was still vomiting and they gave me an IV and Zofran. Two doses of Zofran were unsuccessful at stopping the vomiting. I was then admitted and given Benadryl, another medicine for nausea, and a shot for abdominal pain. After getting these medicines my body was able to stop vomiting, but I still felt very sick to my stomach and ill. I was discharged from the hospital with the belief that the cause was food poisoning. The only food I had on Saturday that no one else in my family had was the chicken nuggets. I believe they were not kept at a proper temperature to prevent illnesses. read more

I love this Wendy's! This is one of my favorite Wendy's. All the years I have been coming here I have never had any issues. The prices are very good. I love the frosty. There is a selection of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and other quick meals. The food is always great when I go. I love getting the spicy chicken sandwich with the spicy nuggets. This fast food chain is a good place to eat. The employees are accommodating and hospitable the food that they sell is good as well. Ambiance is very relaxing, with fast service and respectful staffs as well. I come here all the time and they never mess up my order. I just want to say that the Bacon Bourbon Cheeseburger is one of the best burgers I've ever had. When I got at to the Drive Thru lane we where the 4th car In line and no cars at the window it still took forever. Tried the new jalapeno popper chicken sandwich and wasn't good.. Chicken was dry and what put on top isn't a jalapeno poppers. It's just jalapenos that would go on the chili. Pretty lame imo. While I was giving my order to a woman at drive through around 4:45pm 10/17/18 half way someone else finished taking my order and never repeated the order back to me. When I got to the window a man handed me my bag, I asked if he could repeat the order, he told me I was getting exactly what I ordered, so I repeated my order to him, he responded with an attitude "YES THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED RIGHT!!!!" This is a middle of the road Wendy's like others I have been to. Never received a mistake in my order which is a pretty simple one admittedly. I stop by there for lunch at least once a week and always eat in. I order a "Crispy Chicken Sandwich" with no mayo and a "Senior" Diet Cola. You can't beat it for the total price of $1.09 including tax. You get a protein, chicken, a veggie, lettuce and a carb, the bun. They DID try to scam me once at the Drive thru when I gave them a 20 dollar bill for that same meal and was given back change for a ten (I even mentioned the twenty when I paid). I complained and the manager did a trial balance on the register and, sure enough, gave me the $10 that they scammed. The cashier probably takes the "extra" money out of the register at the end of his shift. I DID notify the police in case this is an ongoing occurrence. read more

Can't seem to have consistency with the orders. 1/2 the time, the spicy go wrap is 1 scrawny piece of chicken. There is no fast food that is good. There will always be greasy burger joints. I would say Wendy's is one of the better joints out there where there food is of quality. They freshly make their food and there seems to be no preservatives or anything added to it. There has always been great service at this location. I am not worried about eating there burger because I know they make it out of decent meant. read more
