It wasn't bad but it wasn't great and I didn't feel worth $42. I was looking for that great foot and leg massage and taking more time on the polish, which I felt was a little rushed. At best, I received a $25-$30 pedicure. It was very clear that at 7P, they were ready to go. They were not rude at all, just standing by the front door. Lol! Nonetheless, if I'm on this side of town again, I'd give them another try. P.S. this is not your big nail salon with a dozen stations. They do not serve complimentary drinks (or maybe I just wasn't offered) rather I didn't see any. And there are only 5-6 total pedicure tubs with 4-5 mail stations. It's safe to say, make an appointment although I did walk in right before closing.

I went back and forth on writing this review but ultimately wanted to share my experience. The…read morepeople at this salon are nice, but I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I just wanted an update to my gel manicure, and to round out one of my nails since it had broken. I wanted to keep the length of the other nails the same, but the tech wanted to cut them so I said okay because I figured they must not have been healthy/strong enough for her to work with if she was making that request. I like to keep my nails rounded but she left them as she cut them, with a square shape, and then didn't really fix the shape of my broken nail. The square shape of the other nails is uneven, and the gel polish is uneven in places as well. I totally acknowledge I should have asked her to fix the shape again, but I was already sad my nails were shorter and I just wanted to be done with this place. I reached the point where I didn't want to ask for anything else because I just wanted to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I'm hoping this was just a one time not so good experience as I did think everyone was very nice here.

During my service the lady seemed to made a comment to her coworker about me being indecisive whether I wanted a manicure or not. Which I ended up saying no due to her behavior. I had one mimosa while having the service.. while I was waiting for my friend I asked for another (thinking I was paying for them anyway), they seemed to have ignored me. After a long time passing by, I asked to purchase another. Lady acknowledged me, telling her team member to get me one, which they ultimately ignored me again. This place is always misleading customers about their prices. They should clearly post their…read morepricing instead of changing it during the service. I asked for almond-shaped acrylic nails with a French tip and, before we started, I specifically asked how much it would cost. The technician told me the French tip would be an additional $20. However, when she was finishing my nails, she tried to charge me more, claiming that because the French tip was on almond-shaped nails, it cost extra. That didn't make sense because I had already told her I wanted almond-shaped acrylic nails and asked for the total price beforehand. She then tried to say that a French tip with a straight line on my almond nails would have been $20, but because my nails were almond-shaped, it was more. That was never explained before the service started. If there are extra charges, customers should be told upfront instead of being surprised at checkout. Actually a list with the prices and the add on costs should be implemented.

The man who helped me was nice, but used his nails to push back my cuticles. He also cut me a few times (nightmare when thinking how germ-y the place was).
