First time that I've been in a Wendy's in years, and it was nice. Had a bacon jalapeno chicken sandwich, which was terrific. Most of the the five star ratings are for the woman running the register. As far as my interaction with her, it was transactional, nothing special. But as how she handled the one, then the second, than the third young woman who came in while I waited for my food. None of them were wearing a mask as if they haven't heard that there is has been a pandemic on for nearly a year. She loudly, but not aggressively, let them know that they need a mask to be in the store. Handled stupid and/or inconsiderate people professionally. read more

DIRTY! The trash cans were ALL overflowing, flys flying around, the lemonade behind the register looked like dirty dishwater, ketchup on the wall, and every single table was dirty. And to top it off when I took my toddler to the bathroom there was no toilet paper and there was some weird contraption connecting the trash can to the toilet using a trash bag. The can was full of water and an empty vodka bottle. It's safe to say we won't be coming back anytime soon. Gross. read more

It was good for what Wendy's does. The customer service was nice. Prompt service. We asked for new fries and got them with no problem. Seemed very light on salt but that was fine with me. I use to love eating here but it's really went down hill. The hamburger i got looked pink inside and was cold. The fries were also cold and soggy. I ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato but had to go back to drive thru because no sour cream in bag and the lady taking our order seem to be angry that we came back for it. What a terrible experience. I moved from NY to Front Royal a few months ago. I do not typically go to franchise/ fast food restaurants. However, Wendy's is the favorite if I do. This is the first time in 7 most that I went . Customer service was fine. The chicken nuggets I received were ice cold. Not just kinda like warm...ICE COLD. The chilli... When I opened it up...was 2 /3 of the way full and lacking substance. It was more like soup. Sad. read more

Went through the Drive-thru about 3:50. Order taker woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Forgot that he's there to serve the customer. We ordered three small Frostys and a kids Frosty. The small Frostys were 10 oz. and cost $1.59. Are you kidding?! It would have been cheaper for me to order one large Frosty, ask for empty cups, and then divide it up among the family. read more

I was very upset when I came through the drive thru last night 12/15/11. All I ordered was a large Cobb salad minus bleu cheese and I asked for regular ranch dressing. I have to admit it all looked good and I seemed to get my order fairly quickly. I got home and about 20 mins after I ordered the salad I started to consume it. I was initially appalled with the taste. It had a bitter taste and smelled like mildew. I thought to myself that maybe it was just that piece I ate. NOPE the whole salad was the same way, that is when I wasn't eating the frozen lettuce or tomatoes. I was extremely disgusted with this salad. I have never received a salad of this nature from this Wendy's before. This was just a lack of customer service and laziness. I will NOT be ordering from the Wendy's again and I will BE telling my family and friends of my experience. read more

I am writing this review because of an extremely pleasant experience with a customer-oriented manager named Hector. I don't eat at Wendy's often. In the past, I often avoided them because of frequent errors in the drive through. Now, I avoid Wendy's bacause I just don't eat that kind of food much anymore. But I will admit, I succumbed to that stupid "Jury Duty!" commercial for the pretzel bacon cheddar burger. I ordered a meal, and when I was served my food on an eat-in tray, I went over to get some soda. At first, I thought, this soda machine is ridiculous - only one spout, and there was a line of 3 people waiting to get drinks. Why did they get rid of the old fashioned several line soda spouts? Then I realized the new machine was a touch screen with over 100 soda options. No matter how obscure the Coca-Cola product may be, you can order it. Orange soda? Yes sir. Caffeine-free Diet Coke? Check. Cherry Coke Zero? You got it. Seagram's Diet Ginger Ale? Fill'er up! When I was seated, I began to chow down on my meal, and realized it tasted delicious - like meat. Novel for fast food, right? The "pretzel bun" however, really wasn't worth making a special trip in for. While looking down at my sandwich, I saw that I had a single when I had ordered and paid for a double (Hey if one is going to cheat on one's diet, one might as well cheat right). I had already taken two bites before I noticed. I brought the remainder of my sandwich to the counter, and before I could even get to the cashier, an observant manager was quick to check on me. He was courteous, professional, and most of all, he hustled. He hooked me up with a brand new order, so I didn't even have to lament my fries getting cold. Once I was seated with the correct order, he came out from the back and checked on me, asking how everything was. Again, a really decent manager who cares about guset satisfaction. If I could give this O stars I would. Totally a new low in fast food. Filthy bathrooms, disgusting floors, overflowing garbage cans, empty condiments, dirty trash strewn area for napkins and straws, rude staff (the cashier asked the guy ahead of us "are you a racist" because he was wearing a camp hat). They charged us for a club and gave us s plain sandwich, then were pissy about replacing it with what we ordered. AND THE. CHICKEN WAS HARD/dry. Nd the fries were cold. I drive through this location at least once a week to pick up some chili....at 2.50 with tax,,,,its a great deal.......BUT.........the people working the drive through always seem really annoyed and grumpy as though we are interrupting their day....The food is consistent, always seems fresh and the inside seems clean and nice. Absolutely awful!!! The workers are so incredibly rude. As soon as I pulled up into the drive thru and started ordering and they lady was already extremely rude. She didn't say hello through the speaker or anything she literally said, "what do you want?" So I brushed it off and began ordering. I pulled up to the window and it was 9.01 or something to that effect, so I said hold on I have a penny. It took my two seconds to pull out a penny. She rolled her eyes and said "whatever". So she did give me my food in a timely manner, but she practically threw it in my car. She gave them to me and said "have a great day" in a very clipped tone and I politely responded asking if I could have a few packs of honey mustard. She looked at me, scoffed, and said "you really need honey mustard?" Oh my goodness!!! I said, keeping my cool, "yes please, my daughter loves honey mustard." She rolled her eyes and slammed the window. She came back out with two packs of honey mustard and said "here, now please go have a nice day." Terrible experience. read more
