Im going to cut some slack since it could've been rush hour moments before I got here. But firstly, there was a man shaving his beard in the bathroom... anyways, I ordered a whopper with cheese meal, and a classic chicken sandwich meal, as well as cheesy tots. There was no ice coming out of the drink machine, and most of the flavored drinks were out (people who asked for ice did receive it from the drive through machine). My whopper didn't have cheese, I did get it when I asked for it. But I should not have to ask for a $1 slice of cheese that's worth 2 cents... the chicken was already prepped 20-30 minutes before so it was pretty stale. The classic cheesy tots I ordered were not correct, they were the limited ranch edition. They were cold, and stale. The fries were good, not fresh but not old. Gave this place a few chances and not once did they ever get my order right. They always give me less than what I ordered. Double Whopper Jr? Only one patty. Ask for cheese, get no cheese. Chicken nuggets, specify sauce, get no sauce. Once they gave me a burger with no toppings whatsoever. It was a bit busy but the guy working at the register was doing great! he was everywhere at once and so kind to everyone. His energy was great. I recommend this place if he is working. I had asked for Buffalo sauce and he didn't have any but a while after he found 2 at the windows sauces and brought me them just in case I still wanted them. It wasn't a big deal but honestly him taking time out of his busy shift to do that said a lot about him. 2 stars because the food was good. Not 5 stars because the drive through person talked too fast. She clearly wanted to get rid of whoever was in the drive through as fast as possible. I couldn't understand a word she said. I asked for a chocolate shake. She replied something. Who knows what. I gathered from her tone that they didn't have those for some reason. "Do you have the Oreo shake?" I said. She said, "we don't have shakes today." Okay. Either whoever closed the store last night didn't clean out the shake machine, or this shift doesn't want to do THEIR JOB and clean out the shake machine. I got to the window to pay for the food I was buying. She stared at me and I gave her my credit card. I was taken aback by the cold demeanor. She ran it and returned it with the slip and I swear she glared at me while returning it. I am a friendly person and I was surprised by how rude she was. Stopped here while traveling to see the National Park. The woman (no name tag) working the headset and the window was so unnecessarily rude. I actually had to take a breath while she was telling me what they were out of at the window because she just stopped and glared at me after. She forgot my sauces and utensils and I had to remind her I got a drink. She also got pretty frustrated at the card reading machine because it took a while, and I felt really uncomfortable. I got the impossible meal with no bun (gluten free). The patty was cold but the fries were good. They gave a lot less lettuce than other burger kings for the bun less. While traveling, this is the only rude person I've met in Virginia - I'd recommend the Burger King at the opposite end of the park. read more

Ok so out of pure boredom I decided to try this Burger King Taco I've been seeing on the commercials. So after driving to Burger King, I placed my order a chicken sandwich meal, some chicken nuggs, cheese sticks and a large fry and the Burger King Taco. Why all this food you ask, simple, apparently I enjoy gorging myself on fatty food and then head back home for some self loathing. Anyhow, I digressed, so the Burger King staff was polite taking my order, it did take a bit to get my food but I also ordered a random assortment of goods. After they called my number, I got my smorgasbord of food and skipped to the table so I could try this taco. First bite in to this taco that had turned the taco world upside down, thought ok it's exactly as I expected a taco from Burger King to taste like. Crunchy the "meat" actually wasn't bad if you like the Jack in a Box tacos from your late night drunken galavants then this could also be your taco. All in all the Taco wasn't bad, service was surprisingly nice order a little slow getting there and the food wasn't too bad either. The Walrus gives it a tusk. I've had a different experience than the other reviewers... Twice I've been here - once went through the Drive Thru, the second time ate in... Both times I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese (low carb) - no bun. Cheese, onions, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and mustard, with some mayo on the side. What a turd hole this burger king was despite the newly renovated interior. We placed an order with the cashier and turns out he completely misheard our order resulting in my boyfriend receiving a tiny jr. burger instead of the burrito he asked for. Not entirely sure how that could be mistaken. My sad whopper with cheese looked about as dry as sawdust. I only wish I was given a grease filled sandwich but no, just a sad leather flap upon a bun. The bathrooms made me rethink using as two of the toilets were sitting un-flushed and the 3rd occupied. So we were about 30 ugly bikers on a road trip stopped in a town we didn't know. We were tired hungry and needing to use the restroom. Of course every place is closed but as we walked passed this closed to dine in Burger King. A little lady popped her head out and asked if she could help us. She took our orders at the door and let us in one at a time to use the restroom. Now half of us are military and a few retired military but the way we were dressed you would never know it. Obviously i like the food, and this review isn't about the food, it is about the service. Ordered the new little burgers. I think they are a little plain, so i usually ask for them with extras. Which they always do, without a problem. Asked the woman who took my order if i could add onions and cheese. She told me she added cheese, but it was not possible to add onions! what! They sell burgers with onions! Makes me feel like they are boxed up hours before i even order. I asked if it was possible to get a side of onions, she said no it was not! Very rude! I had ordered 2 value meals. Asked for bottled water with one instead of soda, she told me they were out, but would give me the normal (tap) water in a cup. fine. So i get my order, driving away i check out my receipt. She went ahead and charged me for the bottled water they were out of, and 15 cents for each slice of cheese on the 6 mini burgers. I don't mind paying extra as long as i am told before hand. Forgot my ketchup, that I asked for twice and did not give me any straws. Needed a quick bite at 830pm on a Sunday before hitting the road. There was only one car ahead of me at the drive thru and all I ordered was a Whopper Jr. no tomato, no onion. It took over ten minutes to get my food. Initially they asked me to pull up and over to wait, but having asked the car ahead of me to do the same, I couldn't. So we all collectively sat there and waited, and waited... I can only think that they have so little business that they don't keep food ready which is good in a way, but that kind of defeats the purpose of fast food. read more

Very disgusted with the service, the food has been terrible the last few times i have been in there. The trash bins were over flowing with trash they were told by numerous customers and they took their time taking out the trash. The soda area was a disgrace they never cleaned it up. Water was all over the floor. They were told about that and just came out and looked and went back to the back. I guess when someone falls and gets hurt, maybe they will clean up. I sat in there for 1 hour and no one ever came out and wiped a table off. The place is a disgrace and would not recommend it to anyone. I live in town and I wont even go to Burger King if I am in a hurry and haven't ate all day , the manager there is really unprofessional . The employees are going in and out of the back to smoke non stop I promise you will see them do this at the very least 3 times while your eating in . We had asked for two double jr bacon cheese burgers and we got 1 double and 1 single and they were COLD! Do not recommend this location. Order a fish meal with bottled water. Was charged for whole meal and handed a cup of water. When I asked why the charge I was told bottled water cost the same as a coke. I responded that they were out of bottled water and the experience went down from there.
