He said it was okay -- not the best, not the worst -- but it wasn't fresh and hot when we got it. There was only one worker trying to handle the drive-thru and the inside orders at the same time, so I'm sure that played a part. The fries weren't hot either. For me though, I only go there for the strawberry shortcake, and that's still worth the trip. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the service was decent. Other than that, everything was lukewarm. Some of the cooks were outside smoking right outside of the entrance with aprons on, which is a health code violation.

Was not told about any specials or anything like that. Got home every wing we got was scorching hot. Called and talked to Stephen tonight. The manager supposedly. Told me every wing they sell is rolled in ghost pepper, even garlic, Parmesan or anything they don't have a wing that doesn't have ghost pepper on it. nobody told me this. I have them all here in the box and receipts, etc. He refused to do anything. Would not give me corporate 's phone number. Told me there's nothing he would do about it. Very very poor customer service. Will not get mine ever again and will tell all my friends and coworkers about it. And I stopped payment on my card for their mistakes. He should be fired. Obviously, he knows nothing about customer service, and satisfaction. But he will learn from this episode. I say we all vote out Popeyes & vote in Chic Fila !!!
