Don't order delivery from Wendy's at 1201 W Patrick St for delivery. Eating at the restaurant they have to give you what you order. Half of my deliveries from this store , something is almost always missing. I order the same thing 2-3 times a week and it is rare to get everything. Today, no tomato on my burger and no crackers for my chili. Also, no napkins. Grub Hub orders are printed out at the store, so either they are careless in their preparation, or, more likely, cannot read English. As I sit in the drive-thru around 11:45pm before closing, a young man asks me for my order. I tell him my order, to which he replies "we don't have any bacon" - as I begin to tell him my revised order, I hear very clearly thru the speaker "Ayyy look at this b*tch!!" followed by about 45 seconds of silence, then a young man with a headset coming outside to my car and saying "it's going to be a while. When I tired to order, the lady kept interrupting me, asking if I was done ordering, and overall rushed me. we asked for no Cesar dressing on the salad and they still gave us some (we also asked for ranch and they gave us none). i asked for chicken in the side and (they did put it on the side in a box) the box was wide open and it spilled all over my car floor. they didn't get anything right and kept rushing me. never coming back here. read more

Stopped at Sheetz for gas in our way through. Needed some quick grub. The Wendy's was so new it didn't have a sign and we didn't know what it was. Went to the drive thru and realized it was a Wendy's. I usually would prefer this over McDonald's or Burger King.... The sign showed the Hot Honey sandwich. They didn't have it. Hubby ordered the pretzel chicken sandwich and my usual - the spicy chicken sandwich. My bun was dry and chalky. My chicken was overcooked and dry. Hubs didn't elaborate on his other than "it wasn't good". BOTH or orders of fries were cold. Thinking they don't do enough business yet to make necessary corrections.... But cold fries are unacceptable. read more

I am highly disappointed in the service we received at this location. My husband and I were rudely spoken to by the manager on duty after an accidental mistake. We were charged too much for our meal and when it was brought to their attention, her comment was "Sorry we don't live in a perfect world." Everything is expensive as it is to be charged wrong for our food. I understand things happen, but there was no need for this attitude at all. We will never be returning here for food. read more

Honestly I'd recommend you avoid this particular location. Bad service, and everything inside was dirty (tables, chairs, floor, etc.). We had an incredibly difficult time ordering 3 items from the cashier inside, due to her inability to effectively communicate. Had to repeat our order many, many times. Luckily we did end up with what wanted in the end however the fries supplied were clearly very old. It was then that I looked up and noticed they had ready made boxed fries sitting on the warmer, and those same fries continued to sit there the whole time we were in the restaurant. I tried to ask for fresh fries, but she just didn't understand what I was trying to say. I eventually gave up and just ate my old, cold fries because I was so hungry. Also, just to give you an idea of the quality of the employees, as we were waiting for our food one guy behind the counter kept very obnoxiously boasting on and on about how he was "only 45 minutes late today", apparently we was an hour late yesterday, so he was quite proud of this. We have gone through the drive-through here (98 Monocacy Blvd.) at night (in the 9pm-to- closing-time window) and not ONCE, not EVER, have we been provided a receipt for our purchase. This matters, transparency with ANYTHING to do with our credit card matters, as it should to anyone reading this review. So when we came in it was a long line. They got the line down pretty quick. I got the #6 my fries had frozen fries mixed in with cooked fries. My spicy chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way through this was just a big disappointment. I'm so tired from shopping etc I don't have the energy to complain. I just won't come here again. I usually really like Wendy's food, but this particular store is really not worth the time. Tonight was the second trip in a row where my order was not correct, though at least this time everything was a good temperature. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger with pickles added, and received a monstrosity with ketchup, mustard, pickle, onion, and bacon- no cheese, mayo, tomato or lettuce, which is what is supposed to be on a JBC. On a third trip before, I ordered the same sandwich and when I pulled it out of the bag it was literally dripping water through the wrapper from the toppings. The bun was soaked and nasty, and it made the whole sandwich terrible. The customer service here is also very lacking, the employees are almost never friendly, really don't bother greeting you or saying goodnight, which takes almost no effort. I also don't receive a receipt half the time, I think they may be aware of their shoddy service and don't give them out on purpose since there is a survey to fill out with the receipt. It makes me sad, but I may not ever be going back to this store. I'll just have to get my Wendy's fix if I ever go out of town. read more

I truly cannot understand what is happening. I have been sitting in the drive-through for 19 minutes with two cars in front of me and one car behind me (thus why I can't leave and go elsewhere) I arrived at 8:58 PM. The second car in front of me is just now ordering and we are at 20 minutes. [Edit: by the I ordered it was 27 minutes] This is the second time I have come around this time and sat in the drive through for this long. I really hope there's not some crazy thing going on inside but it seems like it's just the way this Wendy's is run so if you're in a hurry don't come here. Ever. read more

I went through drive through and got my food. Never got a receipt and will have to check my bank. They failed to give me back my debit card. I got home and realized they didn't give it to me. So I had to drive all the way back and they gave me my card and didn't apologize for this. Will definitely give my business to someone else. read more

We ordered in the restaurant "to go" and discovered the errors in our order about 15 miles later. First, my husband ordered cheese with his chili and was told, "We aren't doing cheese today." Second, he ordered the Baconator which came with no bacon. Third, he ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato. It came without the sour cream or the processed buttery spread. What was right? you may be wondering. The classic single appeared to be okay. Getting the order right is the cornerstone of the fast food business. It would behoove management to find out where the communication breakdown is taking place. read more

I thought to check my account later in the day and saw a charge that it was at least three times what it should have been. I don't think a biscuit meal is $20.30 even with today's prices. When I went into the new Wendy's, I asked for the 4 for 4 and my order was wrong which is ok because it's common in fast food restaurants. Then one worker asks if I want a free frosty. The service is really good and appreciated the worker who not only gave me a frosty but a new sandwich to replace the one that was wrong. Really good service. read more

This is usually a consistently good place for a burger. Not tonight. Just went thru the drive-thru....Didn't get what we ordered. One baconater, son of baconater, and large fries. Got two sons, both very dry - very little sauce/ketchup/mayo. Both on the chilly side. And very cold fries without a lick of salt. Definitely didn't get our monies worth. I could not believe the horrible service I received when going through the drive through. The woman taking our order was rude and snapped at my girlfriend and I for ordering Frosties 30 minutes before they were to close. She then decided to shut down the Frostie machine when we got to the window and did not give us any Frosties. I had also ordered a Baconator and when I opened it after getting home, it had no bacon on it. It was overall a horrible experience and I will not be returning the this Wendy's. read more

Food is fine, that's the only reason it got 3 stars. Customer service is terrible. Jada took our order, she is mean and rushed on the intercom. Monotone voice "welcome to wendys do you wanna try a combo. K, is that all, is that all, is that all? K. IS THAT ALL? K. $14.87 next window" When we got to the window she was a little more pleasant. Still monotone. The girl at the second window had her name tag covered up. She had a nose ring and purple maroon hair. Dark skinned. She was rude. As soon as she opened the window with our drink my boyfriend kindly said hello how are ya? No response and just handed us our drink and shut the window. Then after handing us the food and re-asking for all the nugget sauce (as you have to do with most fast food places) she didn't say anything and just grabbed a bunch of honey mustard. Then we noticed there was no straw so he said oh one more thing can I have a straw please? She said "it should be in the bag" well it wasn't just like the sauce wasn't... He opened the bag and checked and shrugged his shoulders, and then she huffed and puffed as she got a straw, handed it out the window and then shut the window, no thank you no have a good night no nothing. read more
