This is the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. They always take forever and I swear the cashiers don't know how to use the cash register cause they always mess up with change. Today I went in and they messed up the order, they also didn't give us our receipt or change! We had to ask for a new frosty and our change, which was also wrong... it was 43 cents and we only got back 23 cents? They also had to get someone with keys to even get our change?? Coke freestyle machine inside which is cool and the new frostys are really good but avoid this location is a nightmare. My friends have also complained of long wait times and wrong orders when using the drive though so I think this place needs some new management. read more

If I could give half a star, even zero I would!! I try to avoid this particular Wendy's at all costs. They take forever and when you finally receive the food, it's lukewarm or cold. Using the drive thru lane, the person taking my order was likely multitasking and I had to repeat the order three times. Get to the window and see 4-5 people standing around. I asked the worker to repeat my order to me and was met with an attitude. When I asked for a receipt (to leave corporate feedback), I was told they were out of receipt paper. My food was barely warm and I decided to trash it. This place would be better off closing and letting a better chain move in. read more

I ordered a regular 6 piece nugget and a chocolate chip cookie. Instead they gave me a COLD 6 piece SPICY nugget and a STALE sugar cookie that looks and tastes like it's 2 weeks old. I honestly don't understand how you can mess up such a small order. Also, the workers seemed so high out of their minds. My worst Wendy's experience yet. There has been times where this place has had phenomenal service but today was the worst service I have ever received. At the speaker we sat for 20 minutes before our order was taken and the lady working the speaker was clearly not listening and made several mistakes which were corrected and not made. She was unbelievably rude and made us sound dumb for ordering. At the window we payed for food quickly, but then proceeded to sit there for 30+ minutes while listening to the workers argue over nothing of importance. By the time we got our food she included an extra of an item we specifically asked to remove from our order at the speaker. Overall the staff was rude, slow, and exceptionally impatient. The absolute WORST in the fast food industry along that stretch of Pierson Rd. Every single time, and I do mean every single time, they f*%k something up. Today, no salad dressing or walnuts. How disappointing when I got home. But, I should've known better to look first before I left. Last time, they didn't give me my chili. The drive up window is always run by kids who don't know anything and toss change back to you like you're irritating them by buying food in the drive up lane that they work. Please. Started door dashing last night to see what it like (I have two day jobs 1st SOM M-F and the 2nd a homeless shelter S-S, so this was just to see if it could pad my savings more since COVID sort of drained it). Got to Wendy's and it had a line around the building- ok cool right it's COVID so it is what it is. Get close to the speaker to let them know who I'm here for and hear the people inside cursing and throwing things. Start to order and guy says closed. Mind you business is open for a few more hours. I say I have door dash. He repeated me with a child like mocking voice. I asked for the manager she asks me who I'm here for and I tell her (it's two orders name and name). She asks me probably at least 3 more times for the names and I give them to her over and over again. She lets guy get back on speaker and he says we out of this, this and this (chilli - the persons entire order) and (bacon, and something else) didn't really hear him at this point because I'm pissed so I ask for manager again and she's dealing with the delivery of the truck so won't come back to the speaker. I told them I'm coming back for the district manager name and number. He mocked me again. So I had no choice but to cancel the orders which is not easy with door dash. I got a violation with door dash which can end my contract I guess. To say the employee whom mocked me and manager who allowed it to happen then disappeared need to be fired would be the least. The last time was they had no baked potato (this happens alot) they didn't have any chicken nuggets and they told my door Dasher that they had to pour the iced tea out because it was bad? And I was still waiting a while I said hello agin then the lady said I can order I was int he middle of ordering and she asked if I was done wouldn't even let me say if I was done and told me my total then I said I was done and I got two chicken nugget meals and asked for bbq spice they don't have any so asked for sweet and sour for both of them and for a Dr Pepper and they don't have that either. Waited in the drive-thru in silence for so long without a greeting that I was left wondering if anyone was inside. Out of nowhere a voice in a monotone voice simply said, "Order when ready." I gave my order, and silence again. The same monotone voice finally came back to dryly ask, "Anything else?" No, no thank you. "Second window," was the extremely unenthusiastic reply. When I approached the window, no one was there. Is this sad, reclusive "man behind the curtain" even real? Without greeting or acknowledgement of my existence, and without eye contact, a price lazily drooled from his mouth. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST fast food establishment in Flushing. Every time I've gotten food from there it has been undercooked or old. I've tried giving them multiple chances since I love the food Wendy's offers, but they fail to deliver every time. The last time I ordered from there I only ordered a simple frosty, and when I got it, it was liquid and foamy throughout the entire frosty. The service is so slow and the employees are rude. Awful to the core! I worked here and we've been extremely short on staff. I have athlete's foot now because I've had 0 breaks! (Only one in the beginning). I've recently decided to give this Wendy's a try again and glad I did. Management seems to have hired new staff who are very efficient and friendly. The last two times I've been there it was fast service with virtually no wait. I'm so glad to see this place starting to come back to the way they used to be. Probably the slowest service ive ever received like im pretty sure they have 3 people working here. Ive waited more than 20 minutes just to get the wrong order. Ive even waited inside only for them to have completed forgot to make what i had just paid for. Not to mention how disgusting the tables and floors are inside. Im pretty sure no one cleans off the tables because ive never seen such poor management of keeping a small space inside clean. Every time i go i see cars in line that leave after waiting ten to twenty minutes. Even when its not busy. I look across the street at the McDonalds with a line wrapped around the building and they manage to have everyones order taken care of within half the time it takes for me just to get to the window with only 2 cars in line. Wendy's in general is a decent fast food chain. This particular one is horrible. Besides the mediocre temperature and quality of the food, the staff seem incapable of getting an order correct the first time. They often will not look at you or speak directly to you at all. They refuse to say even the most basic customer-friendly phrases (have a nice day, for example). Today the manager even rolled her eyes when I pointed out MULTIPLE missing items from my order. Clearly customers are an annoyance so I will go elsewhere. I'm not sure how they expect to stay in business. read more
