I have previously had issues with cross contamination at this particular Taco Bell. Unfortunately, yet again, there was cheese on my cheese-less tacos. Other than that, the food otherwise tasted ok. I had explicitly ordered sauce packets in my mobile order, and they were not included. I had to go back through the drive through and order just sauce packets. It felt kind of silly, but at least I had sauced tacos in the end. As the reviews that are 1, 2, 3, and even FOUR years old now; This place is an absolute embarrassment to the Taco Bell franchise. Workers aren't even workers at all. They're slow and lazy. Half of them if not more or high. No matter their state of mind, they just don't give a shit. Orders are constantly wrong, they take extensive periods of time, and nearly every order comes to you freezing cold. Avoid this one at all costs and find another one along your route. It's quite surprising this one hasn't gone out of business, but hopefully it does sooner rather than later. read more

Went to the drive thru at mid-night. The lady working the window is apparently too stupid to realize the glass windows aren't soundproof. While I was sitting there waiting for my food she was trashing Flushing about how she thought she saw it all being here but now this guy is praying over his cardboard dashboard (not that it matters but I was actually just sitting waiting with my hands clasp together). Then I could hear the others ask what he's praying and all laughing. Then she comes to the window with my food and acts polite with here you go sir. lol read more

All of the other reviews were once right but they've fixed the the issues like workers being lazy and orders being wrong and the food is good and the ambiance is good the bathrooms are clean and nice they keep the restaurant clean read more

I have never been disappointed in Taco Bell and was super excited when I heard that Flushing was getting one. What acwaste of business. I have tried this place a handful of times since it opened and it's awful. It's a waste of time and money. The first time, they didn't know how to make their menu items. They have left out order items and double charged us for items. Very recently we spent a full HOUR in the drive thru. Why? You may ask? Because the drive tgrough is curbed in and my Grand Prix wouldn't jump the curb if I had tried. There were only about 5 cars ahead of us too. Today we attempted it one last time. We were charged $30 for items we didn't even get and when my boyfriend questioned it they said he was lying. I am absolutely done with this business and specifically added them so I could warn people not to waste their money where a bunch of idiots (really!) who can't do their job right. It's a waste of time and money. I urge the franchise owner to find people who actually want their job and respect their employer. I have heard other people complain about the same things. It's absolutely mind boggling and tidiculous that this place can't keep their shit together. If I could give it 0 stars... I would. read more

Its been about 35 minutes, as there are curbs and other obstacles around the drive through, once your in line you apparently committed with no escape. This will be my last taco bell flushing attempt. Worst and slowest service ever! In the drive through, we ordered and waited in line for 20 mins. Finally, they handed the bag out and I went through it. It was missing a couple things. They continued to walk back and forth away from the window. I was trying to get their attention. The boy walked to the window (with eye roll) asked if we needed something. Explained to him that we were missing food. He had to look through the order and I showed him my receipt. He said, "Oh you didn't get that?" Took another few minutes and we got the rest of our order. We get home with our food and it was poorly made. My son was afraid to eat it, fearful they had done something to it. This location has great promise... New management/workers need to make it happen. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have been to, and I've eaten a LOT of Taco Bell. I have had 16 consecutive orders messed up. 16!!! Something is either forgotten, made incorrectly, replaced with something else, overcharged, etc. It is also the slowest "fast" food place I've visited. They run out of the basics like beef or chicken all the time. I've tried contacting the manager numerous times and was encouraged to take photos so as to show them my experiences, but I am unable to reach anyone who is willing to do anything about it. read more

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell ever. I had not eaten all day, and was in the area. The service was fine, and the building was clean. But its fast food, I only care about the food. I ordered the 5 dollar chalupa cravings box, and a 2 pack of rolled chicken tacos. The box was handed to me half opened, and the chicken tacos in the bag weren't in the wrapper. When I opened the cheese sauce to dip the tacos in, it was maybe a quarter full, and had a hair in it. Disgusting. The food in the box was freezing cold. I had to go home and microwave it. Absolutely dreadful. I will never go here again. What a waste of space. I don't even yelp. I literally just made one so that I could complain about how horrible this taco bell is. Please avoid going here at all costs. The one is Clio is so much better. read more

The service is horrible, it took them an hour to make our food last night, my buddies ordered something very small took them 20 minutes, and than my other buddy ordered some twists and took them 20 mins to literally give him them because there were 5 packs of em on the rack. Also they messed up 3 peoples orders while I was there and when they messed up ours, he asked if we wanted to reorder sounding like we has to pay again. I have a semi truck that I haul heavy equipment for the installation of septic fields, that physically can not get threw the drive through and so I politely walked up and asked if I could please just order food threw the window and she came and yelled at me to leave saying that I am a security threat and that she is going to call the police. All I wanted was something to eat after working 12+hours trying to make sure people have working septics while they are being locked at home during this pandemic. I'd say there's about a 60% chance I actually get what I order as it was ordered. It's always correct on the screen but it seems like the people making things aren't actually looking at the screens. Been there probably 20-30 times since they opened and it started a few months afterwards and has been pretty consistently around 1/3 visits they get something wrong. What happened to the taco salads? A robust fellow such as myself could stuff himself on one. Now....it's like a spoon full of lettuce and you need a microscope to see the chicken. Call them and confront them about it? They will kindly tell you that you are wrong and it's perfectly fine. "We portion everything sir, so it's not possible that there is no chicken or lettuce in your taco salad, but if you wish to drive back up here we are happy to replace it". NO. I can see. Clean out front dirty in the kitchen. 15 minutes to change out the empty pop machine bag for a customer. 15 minutes to get our food after we ordered and then another 15 minutes to get our correct food after they screwed it up. I can fully agree with other reviewers that this location is horrible!!! Don't waste your money here please. I have visited several times and there has been a problem every time. I will never go here again and I have advised other to avoid it. For the safety of everyone DO NOT TURN LEFT OUT OF THEIR DRIVEWAY. One 20 something chick pulled out and right into my lane almost took out my front end.
