What started as a friendly conversation about football with an employee quickly turned into an extremely unpleasant situation. We had been casually talking and even buying each other drinks before things escalated over a disagreement about Tom Brady. The employee became verbally and physically aggressive toward me, and a manager also became involved. Both appeared heavily intoxicated. What disappointed me most was that the owner was present, witnessed the confrontation, and, from what I observed, did nothing meaningful to intervene or de-escalate the situation. I have never experienced anything like this at a bar. As a paying customer, I should be able to enjoy a night out without being subjected to verbal aggression or unwanted physical contact from employees. I will not be returning, and I certainly would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable night out.
