HOWEVER, the small young girl in the back who came out with out order, reeked of weed and was high as a kite. Super slow while moving and talking, eyes blown out, and about knocked us over with the just smoked weed smell. Not too safe back in the kitchen I would think!

I ordered the 10 piece boneless meal with lemon-pepper fries and a rock and rye I split my boneless 5/5 with whisky BBQ and Asian orange. I thought these were going to be little boneless tenders, but what I got were large, chonky pieces. First impressions, great! Tried the BBQ: smoky, a little sweet, and not caked in sauce. The Orange Asian? Eh, they're good; tastes a lot like orange marmalade, but they're still good. There are bits of rind/peel that give it the character needed to be considered "orange". 4 out of 5. Potato salad wasn't that great: opened it and on first sniff I was a bit chemically. Taste was OK, but nothing over the top that would kick my socks off. Cornbread: sweet, a little dry, but would be good with the Mac & cheese. Overall, I would come back again. Good quality of boneless, sauces I tried were good, fries that came with the meal could have used less lemon pepper seasoning, but it was a good meal.

It's…read moreconveniently located within a mile or 2 of the main highway near all the essentials (banks, gas stations, etc.), and they actually have plenty of parking in the back, a huge plus. I tried the Stromboli today, which is a local favorite for a reason. Unlike most places where the fillings just crumble out, this one is built right. The edges are incredibly crispy (almost like a well-done pizza crust), which keeps everything tucked inside. It's packed with cheese and has a great hit of garlic and parmesan. I would have loved a touch more sauce, but the flavor was spot on. For $18, the "small" was roughly the size of a pizza box, definitely worth the price. The service is always friendly and comes with a smile. It's a bar, so the lighting is a bit dark inside, but there's plenty of seating and a great local atmosphere. A "go to".

1/5 -- Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience…read more I went to this establishment hoping to enjoy a few drinks, socialize, and have a good night out while visiting Michigan for work. What started as a friendly conversation about football with an employee quickly turned into an extremely unpleasant situation. We had been casually talking and even buying each other drinks before things escalated over a disagreement about Tom Brady. The employee became verbally and physically aggressive toward me, and a manager also became involved. Both appeared heavily intoxicated. What disappointed me most was that the owner was present, witnessed the confrontation, and, from what I observed, did nothing meaningful to intervene or de-escalate the situation. I have never experienced anything like this at a bar. As a paying customer, I should be able to enjoy a night out without being subjected to verbal aggression or unwanted physical contact from employees. I will not be returning, and I certainly would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable night out. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, particularly from people representing the business. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR FROM OUT OF TOWN
