First off, we were supposed to have lactose free cheese for my granddaughter which they assured us we'd have, but they didn't. Fine, she just ate a cheeseless taco. If that was the only problem I probably would have gave a much higher review. But, the people were so rude! Almost every single one of our guest had something negative to say about the catering crew. I think the only person they were kind or respectful too was my husband. It was very upsetting, especially since we read so many wonderful reviews prior to hiring them and the boss guy was so great when we met him to go over the menu and give him our deposit. A little dry without the sauce, but fine once I got it slopped. The Frescos had pico de gallo and avocado creamy, and came pre-sauced. Easily the winner of the two--crema+sauce+smoky pig=return visit (perhaps to try the Fresco with smoky chicken). We split a side (small cup) of the crisp, tangy coleslaw and wished we'd gotten two. I would say the taco/meat proportion was a bit off. The meat sat low in a large soft tortilla, and good as it was, would have been better less freighted with dough. But, I can always scoop the filling from one taco into the other two on the plate. Like I said, we're going back.
