I had ordered the 6$ online meal deal for the Big Mac, Fries, a Medium drink, and to my absolute pleasure and surprise, I got a large drink, had a conversation with another customer while I waited (about 6 minutes might I add... that's like Waffle House efficiency), then got my food in a timely manner and went about my business. Well seasoned fries, 100/10. Of I could score this 6 stars I would. The parking lot is enormous for a MacDonalds, so if you have a bus or a rig? Stop by: you'll get more than your moneys worth! Went through the D.T. And questioned my two $5 meal deal's that came up $10.81? The gal at window said the drinks were upgraded to M - I didn't ask for the upgraded, but ok no problem she explained - and as she hands me my change a GIRL behind her says out loud "Some Fucking People" I ask the gal at the window if that's how the Employees are allowed to talk to Customers? She didn't respond - I went to next window to pu my food and asked the gal there who the Manager was - she told me and then I told her what the girl said and she seemed shocked? Said she would look into it?? I called the next morning to report to a manager - I'm no Angel and I use that word myself but I work for myself, not at the McDonalds on Linden rd where I guess they Allow the Employees to tell the Customers off if the see fit?? I pulled up to the drive-through around 7 PM and it was busy. I waited in the line until it was my turn to order. I sit there for a few minutes. Nothing a car pulls goes to the other line and passes me after I've already been there after I've been sitting there 10 minutes there's no other people trying to order and I'm just being ignored and when I pulled up to the window and asked if I could just order there, she said "oh yeah" and laughed like they knew I was there. horrible service, management and overall a ghetto dysfunctional place until the sun goes down and adults come work. read more

The food is good service is great so nice. The atmosphere is so nice seating is so beautiful highly recommend this place.

The dining room is very clean, but if you're getting fast food, you want it to be fast. This isn't fast. It's pretty far from that. The lines inside spill over into each other and nobody knows who is waiting on whom in which line. It's stupid. The last time I ran in here for a Big Mac combo meal to go, I waited about 15 minutes to get my food after ordering. That is not fast, that's ludicrous. My food was hot, but that is a long time to wait after placing the order just to get a burger at a McD's. The drive-through lane is equally long. It's a bottleneck. The only thing like it is Detroit rush hour traffic on the expressway. I've pulled out of the line after ordering before because it's a hassle. The orders are usually done correctly, it just takes forever to get your food. They have a big playscape area for kids, TVs overhead to watch the news and a nice remodeling job, but they need better management and organization. This particular McDonald's has been often quite good of all the local McDonald's. I can even go as far to say that regionally this is one of the better McDonald's I've visited, and is my preferred McDonald's of the greater Flint area. I visited recently and ordered fries and a drink, which was 100% spot on. Hot, fresh fries, and a great tasting drink. Now it may not seem like it's much to base a review office of, but it is the small things that matter. If they can get the small and easy stuff right, then there is good potential for more in the future. I have visited previously visited, several times, and that does hold true. I would very much recommend this local McDonald's. read more

We went through the drive through on Friday and it took almost 20 minutes to get out food. Then when we got home there was no toy in the happy meal, our burgers were burnt and over salted, and the chicken nugget's were chewy, all of our food tasted like it had been left out for hours then microwaved. After eating here we got sick. I would not recommend coming here. read more

When they brought out our food we asked about our drinks and she looked liked a deer in headlights. Always slow and making people pull ahead into spots to wait, then you get half full fries every time. They must think they are saving money by doing this. No it just pisses people off that wait forever. Got something omitted from my burger and ended up with a sloppy mess thrown in the bag, and a rude employee always seems to be working when I go through. Flint Michigan had a very rude and disrespectful young man working at the drive thru window early this morning when I got off of work at 6 and I called several times today to talk to a manager but I can never get an answer. No employee have a right to raise their voice and curse at a customer. Just because I couldn't hear him on the intercom. So I didn't get to order my breakfast and pulled off. I will never go there again when that was the main one I would often go to. They have lost a customer and I will tell my family and friends not to go to that one on Linden Rd. Staff is unpleasant and slow. The few times I've gone through the drive-thru the staff will have you sitting without saying a word and then ask you to begin the order as if they weren't the ones delaying the ordering process. They take the fast right out of fast food as you will also wait a good 20 minutes for your order. I usually will only go to this location out of convenience, as it's closest to my house. My last visit was pretty disappointing. The associate working the drive-thru was polite enough, but the associate that gave me my food was rather rude. Having learned from past trips, I made sure to check my order before I left and found they had forgotten to give me the fries that came with the combo I ordered. Unable to go back through the drive-thru, I pulled around to the other side of the building to park and go in. When I walked up to the counter the on duty manager/crew leader already knew why I was standing there. He just looked at me and asked, "Fries?" There was no greeting, no apologies, nothing. He just handed me a bag with an order of fries in it, turned and walked away. After this experience I'll be driving a little farther when I decide I want a cheap burger. read more

Went through the Drive though and my dad started to order and when he was done nobody answered he said hello and the cashier said wait a minute and during that time three cars already went by with their orders. Then we finally got our order. we went home and found out that my moms specialty sandwich had nothing she order on it like instead of grilled chicken she got fried chicken also she wanted no cheese and she got cheese.
