It took about 40 minutes to get our food on a Friday night, when the restaurant was half empty/full. Kelsi, our server, said the kitchen was bottlenecked. She was fantastic in taking care of us. No issues there. For me, the chicken was undercooked and cold in the center. I asked Kelsi about this, she took it to a manager who looked at it, then walked over to us. For the manager, (I don't remember their name) an individual in a beanie and "The Shire" sweater, we had a negative interaction. The manager said this was how the food was supposed to be served. That she checked with the chef and this is what it should look like. I get bone in chicken has a different look or cooking, but I'm not sure about cold (pink, gelatinous, translucent). Either way, loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Did not love the unsafe food. Added the day following: Got food poisoning from this chicken. Was sick around 2 am or so the day after. My grandma had questions about what breads were made that day and the one lady's responses were as if she was annoyed by the questions. She continued to be short and rude when my grandma asked for samples. Mind you my grandma alone purchased 4 loaves, so it wasn't as if she was asking for samples and not purchasing anything. The lady that was helping my mom (who purchased 2 loaves), was very short with her as well. Although I enjoyed the bread, I wouldn't return due to the disrespectful treatment of your customers. I'd suggest some customer service coaching for the team members that worked this past Wednesday!
