The total bill came in at a very reasonable cost of $12 which is a great value in today's economy and a great deal by any standard. Relative to staff and facility, this appears to be a small family run business where the restaurant itself is located in a small strip mall at the corner of Franklin and Square Lake Rd with an equally small footprint for the restaurant. This is a very unpretentious business (think hole in a wall but in a nice way) with a limited number of dining tables and small staff. Having said that, I had no problem in getting seated and getting my order taken and food brought out in fairly quick order! I have been on a kick for a while now trying to find the best taco joint in the the northern Oakland county area and have to say this is as good as I have come across up to now and am a big fan of this business. Service is always fast and friendly, clearly built for a big lunch crowd. You can see the kitchen staff cooking, which adds a welcoming, family-style feel. On my return visit, the owner remembered my order and personally whipped up the same El San Diego breakfast plate for me again. It was just as incredible the second time.
