Edgewood Maryland 21040 Wendy's is the worst Wendy's in Maryland. The Employees are rude. All on their phone while im waiting just to still get cold food. paid 20$ almost for cold food and sarcastic employees. ‍ they were literally DANCING in the window I am waiting for cold food. had to ride back around the store and wait in drive thru again. edgewood wendy's need to get the employees in line. read more

Terrible. Workers clearly don't care. Cars wrapped around the building, a line out the door, and only 1 cashier open and the ladies making the food were strolling as slow as possible in the back, looking at the customers with a nasty expression, and throwing the food into the serving area. Would go out if my way to avoid ever going back again. Steer clear. read more

Painfully slow drive thru service and they weren't even busy. The fries were barely filled halfway. Our sandwiches had no lettuce. I ordered a premium lemonade but it certainly tasted like a regular minute maid lemonade. I received an extra cheeseburger that I didn't order and it was ice cold as if it had been sitting out forever. Thankfully I was just passing through, so it's very unlikely that I'll be back. read more

Pretty standard Wendy's fast food joint. My food came out fast and hot, though it took a minute for them to take my order and to pay. They seemed a tad disorganized, however, I'm giving 4 stars because the sweetest older woman took my order and her attitude just immediately made the experience a pleasant one. They could've taken 10 mins to get my food, but they'd still get 4 stars because of her. :-) read more

Tried the drive through, waited there for 5 minutes with three cars ahead of me waiting to place an order. So I went inside and waited on line with two people ahead of me for 10 more minutes. One person on one register and about 15 busy looking employees doing nothing to better service customers. Dont stop here at store 7. They don't value customers time. Nuggets were overcooked- burned. 40 minutes from time I stoppedy car to food on tray. 5 minutes after my first item was placed only tray, true other sandwich, then 1 more minute until the first fry and 2 more for the second. Unbelievable. read more

Zero stars would be more appropriate. The fries were hard! The burger was cold. No bar bbq sauce for the nuggets. Top it off the soda machine overflowed and wouldn't shut off. I am a Wendy's lover but this was the worst ever. When I spoke to the manager, her name is Shannon, she said "sorry". Nothing else. Someone needs to teach her how to be a manager. The bright spot was the cashier - Destiny- who was knowledgeable and courteous. Maybe a switch of positions should be considered! read more

Just stopped thru on road trip, they were super busy and had some technical difficulties (water spickett super slow and ketchup pump out of ketchup), but so it goes at fast food joints sometimes. I'm giving five stars because I really appreciated cashier Charles' attitude and politeness when rolling with these punches. read more

Absolutely disgusting. We stopped here on a trip to Philadelphia because I was starving. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cold and looked like it was a week old. The fries were greasy, cold and soft. Ended up throwing everything away. What a waste of money. read more

nope! save yourself the agony of a 20min wait in the drive thru. the fries are NEVER salted, ALWAYS limp. the chili is so watery i think its technically soup with like one bean in it. plenty of warm mayo dumped on the sandwiches tho if youre a fan of that. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have been in. There was not a clean table in the place and there were no customers. The girl that took our order acted like she didn't won't to be there. Definitely not a people person. After she took my order she didn't wait on the person behind me. They got tired of waiting and left. I will say the food was good. However I will not be going back there again. I will have to give this a O rating. read more

The worst fast food ever at this location. Got a fried chicken sandwich before work and ended up in the Emergency Room. Chicken was raw in the middle but cooked on the sides. Unfortunately I ate 3/4th of the sandwich before returning it to the manager. She denied it was raw but the young male employee standing next to her admitted the mistake. Fries were also raw. Ended up with severe stomach cramps and had to call for an ambulance. After sitting in ER with diarrhea I was finally released but felt the effects for nearly a week. Corporate office would not accept responsibility and said yes the chicken was not right but claimed it was "grit and muscle" and offered me a $100 check to make up for my poor experience. Have trouble eating chicken to this day. Shame on you Wendys, used to be such a good restaurant when Dave was alive. read more

Always a fan of this Wendy's rarely is there ever any mistakes with my order and when there is they fix it without question. My most recent visit was for some late night snacking and I thoroughly enjoyed my caramel and apple parfait. The apples were crisp and my free junior frosty paired nicely with it. My only complaint is when I ordered cheese fries and asked for the cheese on the side they should have told me it would cost extra. Not that it would have made a difference in me ordering it but nobody likes finding out later that they paid more than they thought they should. read more

Absolutely THE WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. We stopped here on a road trip home from South Carolina and it was absolutely disgusting. Dirty bathrooms, tables, and terrible customer service. The two cashiers up front were bickering with each other while the manager just stood there. The food was standard Wendy's fair but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant were the worst I have ever seen. read more

We stopped here on our way home to NH. This has to be the best Wendy's. The staff was so kind and the restaurant was very clean.
