Dave's Single is probably THE reason we stop at Wendy's whenever we're on the road, and this was another perfect pit stop recently. The store was quiet and so was the kitchen, but the order took its time to come out. - The burger was flawless and had all the elements that make this such a classic favourite of ours - whole leaf lettuce, simple ketchup and mayo, tomato, onions, pattie and cheese all on a soft bun. 5/5 - Frosty: can't go wrong with this classic. I just wish it didn't melt so fast. 4/5 - The pocket for our large fries barely half full, and we were forced to take it back. Somehow the fries weren't as good as at other stores. 3/5 - Love free WiFi! read more

This Wendy's has been updated with the newer dining room concept and a proper Coke Freestyle machine. When I was here at lunch time, the tables were clean and the place was quite busy. My salad was ready for me quickly and it had the right toppings. No problems at all. read more

Solid Wendy's. Food has always been hot, and they haven't gotten my order wrong after 3-4 visits. Staff aren't exactly friendly, but they aren't rude, and they get the important things right - your order, fresh food, and a reasonable wait time. Valid location. Normally when I go to lunch and decided to go to Wendy's I have a pleasant experience. The staff is polite they allow me to speak my order without getting interrupted and fortunately today was not a day I was impressed with my food. One of my pet peeves is paying for food that is not made to the way that I have requested it. I placed an order today for lunch and had to make a quick because I am on a lunch hour and pressed for time. Not only was the meal $10 but it was $10 worth of crap. The bun was soggy, I asked for no tomatoes and there was tomatoes on my burger. As I was trying to state what I wanted, the person taking my order was so quick to cut me off just to get me through the line. The only thing I ate out of my meal that was worth it were the fries and the strawberry lemonade. I could've save my money read more

All staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional for no reason. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there was no excuse for the attitude

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional especially towards fellow co workers and customer. Also lies about inventory.

This Wendy's is one of the busiest and best locations I've ever been to. They are packed during lunch but are still fast and accurate. The staff is mostly ESL but that is not a problem at all. They are friendly, efficient, and get you in and out sans hassle. Other Wendy's, take note! Despite my inside info from years ago on how the Chili meat is selected, it's still one of my go to, cheap but healthy meals. read more

ate here at lunch. had the grilled chicken wrap. pretty good especially for fast food. staff were friendly and restaurant was clean.

I don't have high expectations for fast food outside of Chick-for-a however I am disappointed when the chili has hard beans, the guy at the counter doesn't ring up the right size drink and his response is 'you can just refill it'. I came past peak lunchtime and they moved like they had concrete shoes on. I just moved jobs to this part of town and am sad I don't really want make this Wendy's a regular quick stop. read more

I've been pretty patient with this Wendy's because the people that work here are very nice - - that ship has sailed. It never fails with this place that every time I order from here - they screw it up. The only reason I come to this location is because I don't feel like driving further to the other location. Today, I ordered 2 salads, 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers, 1 large fry and 1 6 pc. nuggets. When I drove up to the window to pay, the guy asked me to park on the side and told me they would bring out the order - ok, right? Well, having had prior negative experiences, I knew to make sure I checked the order before driving away - but I didn't have to. The girl who brought the order to the car came out with 1 small bag - in it - nuggets and fries - half of my order. I told her and she snapped her fingers almost as if to gesture that she forgot it. When she came back - she came back with the salads but no jr. bacon cheeseburgers. Finally, I stepped inside, showed my receipt and they gave me the 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers without a problem. The whole time, they were very polite - that's not the issue. If this review was based on how nice they are, they would get 5 stars. Today, I finally learned my lesson - I'll never go to this Wendy's again. read more

They gave me a burnt hamburger bun this visit...the last time i went they gave me a limeade full of syrup. This Wendy's is horrible.

Been a regular here since 2009 and went here a lot when I was a cashier at the Walmart Supercenter on Shiloh Glenn Dr. Usually good service at the front end and a nice clean restaurant but it can get kind of busy at peak times and customer service slightly declines during those times, so I come here when it isn't too busy. Love their frostees and their fries. Great place to eat a cheap meal but not the healthiest food choice so I recommend you don't eat here on a daily basis. It is fast food. :) read more

Zero Rating....I ordered a #1 single burger with only mayo, tomatoes, and no cheese at 11:30 pm on a Thursday at the drive through speaker. The total came to $4.40. Upon paying at the window I repeated to the cashier to make sure they do not put cheese on my burger; she walked towards the prepping station and told them I assumed. The cashier later me the burger and I drove away. After arriving to work and preparing to eat my burger, I opened the wrapper and double cheese was placed on my burger. Friday Night at 11:35 pm, I returned to Wendy's drive through window with my receipt, explained what happened, and asked for a replacement courtesy burger, and indicated no cheese please. The cashier took the receipt and told the prepping station to make me another burger with no cheese. She then told me to pull forward and someone would bring the burger out; it took about 10 minutes. I got the burger and drove off. Upon arriving to work, I opened the wrapper and once again I had double cheese on the burger. Again I saved the burger and receipt as proof of purchase. Saturday Night at 11:22 pm, I returned to Wendy's and pulled to the drive through window. I explained to the cashier what had happened the two previous nights. I then asked to have a replacement courtesy burger. I then asked for the manager. When the manager arrived to the window, I explained to him what happened. In disbelief he displayed an unconcerned attitude, no apology whatsoever, and said,"different people work here". I asked him was this a corporate store, he replied yes; I then asked for the store's number (6314) and his name (Mike). The manager then walked away. Believe it or not, the cashier did not know what to do and was about to charge me an additional $4.40 for the replacement burger. I told her to call the manager again. Instead another employee comes over and I recognized her as the cashier whom waited on me the previous night. I told her what happened and asked for a new burger. She disputed me and said the burger did not have cheese on it because she looked. I reached her the Wendy's Bag containing the burger and gave her the receipt to look at. She took the bag to the prepping station and returned to the window. She said the burger did not have cheese on it last night because she checked. In disbelief, I said you are indicating that I am a liar and the proof is right in front of your eyes. I said so explain how melted cheese got onto the burger. She repeated the burger did not have cheese because she looked at it last night. Unbelievable, I asked her was she a manager; she said no, just an employee. I asked her for her name, (Kerri). I said call the manager because he should have handled this anyway. When the manager returned I asked him why is she arguing with the customer instead of trying to satisfy the customer especially if it is not the customer's fault. The manager only said he was the one that brought out the burger and no cheese was put on it. Two minutes later I was presented a replacement burger with no cheese this time. I asked for my receipt and Keri said I could not have the receipt back. She then printed a blank receipt and handed it to me (blank piece of paper). I asked her what happened to my receipt, she said they threw it in the trash can. I said well can you find it, she said, " we have been getting in a lot of trouble lately for giving away food, have a good night," and walked away. With that said, I was smart enough to take a picture of my receipt with my camera phone. I went to work two nights straight without anything to eat. I was not offered any apology, no courtesy Coke, or fries to go with my burger for the inconvenience or anything. A very bad display of customer service, I will never patronize this location again. This Wendy's is a joke. Tried to go threw the drive through and 2 different people where speaking on the ordering window. The boy on the other end was like "I got you".... CRAPPY SERVICE. They said our total was $26 and we only tried to order 2 kids meals and a #4.... Which when we asked them to read back they where wrong. What a nightmare... I drove to this Wendy's restaurant last night 11/16/2017 around 6:10 pm and I waited in the drive-thru lane for 35 minutes. Cars were leaving upset since no one was taking orders. I approached the drive-thru window and had to press the horn for someone to speak to me after 15 minutes of dead silence. There was no welcome to Wendy's, there was no our apologies for the inconvenience, NOTHING!. But an extremely rude teenager named "Alexis" who didn't let me speak and instead told me "what do you want me to do?" Then had the audacity to tell me that I was rude for pressing the car horn... really? how am I suppose to get someone to talk to me after several hello, hello, anyone there?. So I go inside to place my order since Alexis dismissed me by telling me Bye... Once inside Alexis, who by the way is an unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and confrontational girl, speaks to me as if I was bothering her or asking her for a favor. I guess she forgot I was a CUSTOMER, who was politely trying to order a meal for my kids. Her tone and demeanor were extremely impolite and I would NEVER visit this location. People like Alexis should not be speaking to the public and management should look real close who they hire to service the public and represent their restaurant. read more
