My first time trying this Wendy's. I was originally going to go to the Sonic across the street. But, I made a last minute decision to grab a Wendy's burger instead. They got my order wrong. When I got my new hamburger, it had so much sauce on it that it was difficult and messy to eat. Horrible when your burger is dripping every where and the lettuce and tomato slide out of the bun. I will take my money elsewhere next time. It does not take that much effort to make sure that your customers get good quality food. But, it looks like that's what we get from now on. (Higher prices and poor quality food / service.) I am glad all these people are getting paid more money. But, it's sad that they don't seem to work any harder at making better food. read more

Apparently it is okay for associates here to take your card for payment and not give it back, then when you go there to get your card back they have no idea where it is. Jokes on whichever associate stole my card because it was a prepaid card to do Postmates. If I was an actual customer you would not have been able to shrug your shoulders and tell me you had lost my card. This is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I hate to complain, but I placed a simple order using mobile ordering and they seemed annoyed with that - when we got our order, there were no straws and my five-year-old was not given a toy in her kid's meal AND she had an empty fries container in her bag - a few tears from her after two misses for her order alone. I know I shouldn't expect too much from Wendy's but three misses in a single order is completely unacceptable. I'll pass next time and recommend you do as well. read more

Don't come here. Especially later at night when you're craving a midnight snack. The web says they'll be open till 1am when that's clearly a lie because you can sit in front of the window for 5 minutes (did that) and you can wait in front of the order kiosk (did that) asking "hello?" If I could give this place a zero stars I definitely would because this is the worst Wendy's I've seen in my entire life. Visited this location while innDenver for a convention. We were happy they were still open because at the time Denver was impacted by winter storm Kayla. The staff were friendly nor jus too is while ordering but to customers in general. Good was hot and fries fresh Clean location They shoveled the sidewalks and I watched one of the staff go out to check the sidewalks while we were there . They really paid close attention to present themselves professionally and not talk amongst themselves. Very impressive. read more

Went through drive through, no pre warning signs that it's cash only, ordered my food went to first window and handed my card over. Now I get asked if I have cash, not warned hey our card machine is down, let them know no I only have a card. They take my card use it, then inform me that I need to wait for a bit, comes back and tells me that it's CASH ONLY for the order. Again no details given, tell them again that I only have a card. I ordered from the drive thru on 4/2/22 at 3:20PM I bought a classic chicken sandwich, Large fries and Large HiC Fruit Punch drink. Once I got to the 1st register didnt get receipt drove to pick up window a lady at the drive thru window handed me drink with HiC fruit punch dripping all down the side of the cup, no straw, the fries were greasy I got to work and tried to call the Wendys location the phone rang then the fax machine picked up , I called 3 more times and still no answer. I rarely review national chains, but someone should warn people about this Wendy's. It is pretty standard food for the chain and maybe prepared a bit nicer. However, when my brother and I ate lunch here, we were subjected to a manager screaming at an employee for over 30 minutes straight in the middle of the dining room. This employee has apparently not cleaned up well enough the night before. The manager announced to the dining room all of the food that had apparently been on the floor for days, and kept talking about how the doorway smelled like mold. I lost my appetite. I would not come here again. It was stressful and disgusting, despite the food actually being better than normal. read more

The only reason I give this place more than one star is because if you like Wendy's...the food is just as good as you would expect. POORLY run kitchen. Lukewarm food took a long time to get, which was a surprise for a slow Sunday evening. "Wiped" tables are sticky. Food & wrappings littered the floor... (See uploaded pic.). What a poor reflection on "management". In addition, when the guest in front of us changed her order, she handed the (now handled) cups back to the Wendy's employee. The employee put the handled cups back on the cup stack, ready to be given to the next guest. When I was handed a glass, I asked if this was a cup that the previous guest had just "pawed" all over. "No", replied the employee. "Those cups were mediums. Your cup is a small." In other words, it didn't even dawn on the employee to have disposed of the handled glasses in the first place. Again, a poor reflection on "management". Given how dirty the store was, not to mention the obliviously poor personnel training, there are much better dining choices than this store. What a shame - great location, smart, up-to-date decor... But with such poor management, & an obviously uninvested owner, I'll be stunned if this poorly run store survives being open another year. What a disappointment! We stopped in midweek, in the early evening. We decided to dine in, it took 10 minutes just to get our order taken, I was a bit impatient but we were tired and just wanted a burger. Sadly we waited 17 minutes before our food was ready, burgers did not have correct topping, one order of fries was completely cold and missing a frosty. There were so many unhappy customers who were waiting for their orders and getting very vocal with the employees because the wait time was so long. The manager on duty was working the drive thru and was not directing employees or pulling together to get orders done. We decided to just walk away. If anyone from corporate reads this please help and train this store! We will never go back to this location. read more

WORST WENDYS EVER. Service is close to non-existing. Some of the most rudest, slowest employees I have seen. From drive-thru to front counter to even the manager (if they even show up). It's like that place doesn't have a manager or anyone who cares about the business. Honestly hope they tear it down or at least get new management. You know when you have been traveling and you just want some food, no hassles. This was a good Wendy's visit. I got the Asian Chicken salad and it was really fresh. The spicy dressing that comes with this salad is yummy too. Food came quickly and the service was good. Good find for a weary traveler. read more

This is a good Wendy's located in the Montbello neighborhood of Chambers in Denver. The service was really nice; last time of coming in, I ended up going through the drive thru, and a saw some old high school classmates working here and thought they cooked the dollar bacon burgers with love. Thank you Bryce and Victor. The new remodeled look of Wendy's is a lot fancier than the old style. They did once close this location for some time now and it looks fantastic. I enjoy it. Service was good. Very helpful staff and food was very good. I enjoy going to places that remember my name and is clean and efficient. I do believe that they need a bit more help in cleaning the tables and caring for the trash take out, but we were there for lunch and they were very busy. Terrible customer service at this location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru the guy didn't say a word for almost 7 or 8 mins, that's after waiting in line behind only 1 car for almost 10 mins. So, sure, whatever, I ordered and they managed to forget the pickles on the spicy chicken sandwhich I ordered. No big deal, jump back in line to get the pickles from the drive-thru, waiting behind only maybe 3 or 4 cars, and I wait for close to 40 mins to get to the front of the drive-thru and that is absolutley ridiculous. It was 12:15 am when I got there initially and I didn't get up to the front until almost 1:00 am. So, of course my food gets cold. So when I finally get to the speaker to get my pickles, I explain that I have been waiting to get these pickles for almost 40 mins and now my food is cold, and rather than just recook the food because THEY screwed up my order, the guy at the drive-thru and I guess the "manager" that he went to go get, decided to argue with me about why they need to recook my food. Sure, so they refuse to recook my chicken nuggets (which were freezing cold when i got home), but agree to recook the rest of the food, and they forgot to put the dang pickles on the spicy chicken sandwhich again! This Wendy's always gets my order wrong at the drive-thru, they never have baked potatoes, and they never have their chili available, and on any given slow night, weekday or weekend, you can expect to wait behind one or two cars for close to 20 or 30 mins to order food.
