Jeez, then they advertised a new frosty that I won't get to have tonight because they said "ain't no mo" literally. Also, we were missing a whole sandwich from our order and when I let them know, their response was basically "we ain't hear that, so we didn't ring you up either for it" how not??? So, I just went through the drive-through at this location (July, 23, 2021) to order lunch- a Jalapeño Popper salad. First of all, the drive-thru moved super slow, but I waited patiently. Then, I requested this salad, which was listed on the menu. The drive-thru attendant told me that there were no salads. I question him about there being no salads in the entire restaurant. I go to this Wendy's about once a month. Every time I go the employees on the speaker and at the windows are at least very unfriendly or downright rude. When you get to the windows their personal conversations, laughing and joking with each other, or personal phone calls seem to have a higher priority. I went on Sunday. I really wanted a summer strawberry salad. Before I could finish the word "summer" the voice said "We don't have any salads." very gruffly. I said "What? No salads?" This is the closest Wendy's to my home but they can never get it quite right. On drive through visits I've had to return several times because I was given the wrong order or I didn't get everything I paid for. Today my husband and I stopped for lunch. It made me think about how Wendy's as a whole hasn't seemed to be doing pretty well. A bit depressing. There was weird music, and the food was below average. Not horrendous, just below average.
