Located @ 4680 Memorial Dr Stone Mountain, GA They Apple and Pineapple Pies. I ordered the $1.99 Tuesday Special that's includes a thigh and a leg. Customer Service wasn't great but you have to consider the area. The ambiance was busy with customers in the dining area and drive thru. The chicken was fresh and hot so that was a plus. It was the freshness for me. read more

They took overly long with my food and didn't even tell me they were dropping anything that I needed to wait for. I was confused at the same time because people were coming in after me and still leaving before me. I waited for 30 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken. Ridiculous. read more

This place needs to be close , we went in and ordered at 5:15 and waited for 55 minutes, order are not giving out by order, people here don't know what they are doing. How can a fast food take so long to get your order? They lied " we ordered 20 pieces and was only given 18, also told us for taking so long to give us 5 more pieces, and that was a lie, don't waste your time here. If you ordered here, make sure to count it and see they will always short two or three. read more

There's not a lot of Church's Chicken locations around...not nearly as many as their used to be years ago, and this one has been here for a while. I paid them a visit on a Wednesday afternoon for a snack and things weren't bad. There were a couple of customers in line in front of me, but I waited in line for all of 5 minutes before my order was in hand. I got a 3 piece snack mixed (about $5) to go. Chicken was crispy, tasted fresh and not any more greasy than fried chicken usually is. I thought this was classic Church's. I also asked for an order of corn nuggets but they said they didn't have any today. Was actually pleasantly surprised with the visit, considering most of the reviews complain about bad attitude or extended wait times. I didn't have to deal with any of those. Located off of memorial drive, about a mile or so away from I-285, Church's has a private parking lot, with limited parking in front of the store, and parking along the curbs. There's a drive thru too, tho it can be more slow than going in (fair warning). Decent experience that left me satisfied. My only other complaint is that I haven't written the review sooner read more

TO Whom It May Concern, I would like to let you all know that Chasity is a great worker. She's always smiling and making sure that everyone is happy with whatever they purchase. I really could see her as manager and go beyond that as a General manager. My food was hot and fresh. That is my pet pea with fast food restaurants when it comes to hot& fresh. The main thangs is she didn't have US waiting for over 45 minutes for your food. There are other employees that work there should learn & train from Chasity. Please let her know that you really appreciate her because she works SUPER HARD! Thanks So Much Chasity For Your Great Service Sweetie and I Wish You The Best In The Near Future! FYI! I think that it would go much smoother and way better if there would NOT BE A LONG WAIT if y'all get the drive Thru order machine working, instead of drive up to the window to order. The 5 stars are for Chasity and the hot fresh food she presented to ME! See you Soon As Long As Chasity is taking my order!!!! read more

Don't go. Don't waste your time. Service took extremely long, I first went to the drive thru and no one responded and when I went to the door, they were locked. I was then told to return to the drive thru, which was already a twist of the arm, and ordered. My wait time was 45 mins. Don't go to this church's chicken. read more

I ordered a 3-piece mixed with two wings and one leg. After waiting 30 minutes and being told to pull up and over to the side, I received a two breasts meal. I didn't notice that until I got home. The window attendant was overworked, impatient, unpleasant, and at the end ( when I mentioned that the wait was "not right) just rude. This location seems to only care about the money, not the customer. Zero stars. I won't be back. read more

Please don't visit this business. I was standing in the lobby and the manager and crew person refused me service. They said three were closed and then escorted me to the door. But there was customer coming in behind me who was told the same thing. She was also turned away with her children. It's not our issue you didn't lock your doors. I bet you I will not patron your business probably forever. And I will spread the word. I writing this for my health because you all never follow up on your customer complaints. It's a shame. read more

If you're hunting for good fast food chicken, Church's is about as good as it gets. I stopped by this location to pick up lunch through the drive-thru. Naturally, as I am pulling up to the squawk box to order, an employee ambles out and starts up his leaf blower. Are you kidding me? So the poor girl inside could not hear a word I said. At her insistence, I drove around to the window to order instead. The young lady at the window was apologetic about Mr. Leaf Blower. My food came quickly and as usual, it was fresh and tasty. She even put coupons in the bag. I must point out something else. The cost of a two-piece all-white meat chicken meal was around $5. At the other closer location I frequent, they charge $7 because of the white meat. This drives me crazy that another location is charging $2 more for the same meal. I think I've found my new location! read more

Sometimes you know when the end is near. There's very little signs of life. Maybe a little too much emphasis has been placed on life support when you know that the end id nigh. It's almost painful to watch. I pulled up to this Church's (heck, even the apostrophe is missing from the Yelp location) this evening and it looked really dim. The sign was dim, the interior was dim and the parking lot lighting was dim. Even with that, I was not to be deterred. I pulled up in the drive through line and started to patiently wait. After 5 minutes passed, I pulled up one car length. Another few minutes passed and the car behind me turned around and left. I finally got up to the menu and noticed that several bulbs were out. The funny part was that they didn't even take my order. They just asked me to pull forward with no explanation. So, I pulled forward. And waited... I waited some more. After 25 minutes in line, I left. There were only 3 cars in front of me. The store looked deserted as I drove past. I'm sure there were one or two souls in there doing their best, but management/ownership isn't doing their best with this location. Church's either needs to pull the plug on this location, or invest in it to make it viable and enjoyable to go to. read more

Had to go back in twice because my chicken was burnt, dry and greasy! The staff are rude and get mad at you when you complain.

I get very good service here so I'm surprise others have left reviews saying they didn't. Food is always fresh and hot here. I've been to other locations and this one is the best. read more

The single most absolute worst fast food experience of my life. I waited 20 minutes at the drive they window then decided to go inside. 15 minutes later I told the manager, Luis, my order had been placed 30 minutes ago, he walked away. 35 minutes and no food. Meanwhile the drive thru attendant, Jessica I believe, was making snide remarks to the manager about him and the customers. Never again will I come here! read more

Disgusting. Soggy okra. Said he was about to close... Then said he was going to re do it. He just put the same old okra in the pan. And re fried it. It was even worse. Never again this location. read more

Chantelle was extremely rude. We waited almost 20 minutes after she told us to drive around she still didn't bring the food out. Then she made it a hassle to get sauce. I believe they were understaffed but I just hope they work on their attitude for future references. Considering the fact that their boss was rt there and ok with it all. I'm saddened by this store period. I definitely won't be coming back. I will say that the biscuits and jalapeño poppers were amazing. Chicken not so great. read more

Horrible service !! The Manager of the store is sooooo rude !! She was being very obnoxious and rushing my order barley got to speak she was cutting me off when I was trying to speak and alsoi asked for some hot sauce and she said "err thang is In the bag and slammed the drive thru window in my face. It was the most worst service that I have ever received in my life DO NOT EAT THERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!! Food is nasty !!! Horrible service !!! I have been in customer service for years and she made me feel very upset to the point where I was crying because people are not supposed to be rude to you and make you feel bad !! Please if you want to have a bad experience you can go there but that place is not for me. read more

I really just want to respond to the dude who was upset that they didn't serve him after they were closed. Like, how obtuse do you have to be Douglas? Like for once can you and all the other people who seem to be incompetent put yourselves in their shoes? Jesus. read more
