Comparatively one of the worst locations compared to others, avoid this one and the other one next to the wawa on griffin at all costs. The drive to another one will be worth it. Better yet maybe just don't get wendy's read more

There is no indoor dining apparently even though the signs on the door say the dining area is open until 10. The staff was very rude when I asked them if I could eat inside as I did not have a car and just landed from the airport after a long flight. Went to the Dunkin across the street and got way better service. read more

Poor Management for employees, fist fight broke out this week between employee and manager while store was open. The Management is very poor to new employees as well. The milkshakes gave me upset stomach the foster time and scone time I ate there and the chicken sandwich was under cooked and disgusting. read more

The customer service here was disgusting. Me and my friends are staying in the hotel across the street and we have no car. We tried to walk in the front, but it was closed. So we proceeded to the window (bc the drive through was empty) to ask if we could order there. When the window was slammed in our face and we were blatantly ignored for at least 5 minutes while the workers inside were laughing and cuddling knowing we were standing there waiting for assistance of any sort. Finally when we got their attention they were very rude and left us with no helpful information at all. Even if the answer was no, it would've been nice to respectfully get this response. Every single one of the workers there were disrespectful and should be trained properly when dealing with customers. Wendy's is the only food place available in a walking distance from our hotel, and i will not be going there again. read more

One worker in particular; Hunter, had the best service I've experienced here, was able to order and eat in the most efficient time, never had such a pleasant experience at fast food returaunt, thanks to him I will definitely be going to this Wendy's rather than they one near my house read more

Absolute rudest staff I've ever encountered at fast food. Staying at the hotel next door. Same parking lot. No car. Tried to walk up and order food, but they refused to help us feed our 3 children after a long flight. Absolutely LOCKED the door on our faces. I wish I had a video of it! But, would take the order for the people in the car behind us. Understand late evening walk up policies, but locking doors in faces and refusing to feed CHILDREN is unacceptable. read more

This restaurant was a bust. Place is dirty, tables need bussing. Cashier was rude and needs to learn respect. Corporate hasn't added this location to their database, so phone app coupons won't work here. The soda machine leaked all over floor, the whole floor is wet with soda. The building is new, but it appears that its never been cleaned after opening day. If I was not on foot, I would have not eaten here. read more

Epic fail. This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a Wendys. It is fast food so there is no dillusion of grandeur, but come on. The girl at the register was AWFUL. No greeting or at acknowledgement that she was ready to take our order. We had to ask her if she was ready for us. She barely looked at us. Was she new? If you are new and in training, ok, but it was like she didn't know the menu, and she spoke with such a meek inaudible voice that it made this a frustrating experience and not once did anyone from the back come up front. It should not have taken us so long to order and if you have a struggling employee, back her up. If she isnt new, retraining is necessary stat. With so many positive ratings, I can only assume this is an exception, but it stunk that it happened to us. We waited an unusual while for our order and sadly, she didn't get any better. When the food came, it was good so one star. One other star for convenient location. That is about it. Ugh. The restaurant itself seemed surface clean, but the floor stuck beneath our feet. Ewww. Maybe something spilled, but the clean up was sub par. Come on. Get it together. I get that you are located next to a hotel where people are coming and going, but at least try. We won't be coming back to this location. Too bad. We would have spent more and would have come back, but... nope. read more

This was the worst Wendy's in the world. Service was terrible. Goofed up order 2 times. Staff not friendly. They didn't care. Hamburger tasted like it was pre made last week. I would never go back there. The person who took our order had blue or green hair and mumbled- I could not understand her- no thank ypy read more

ordered two items have $2.00 and some change and never got a receipt as I was sitting in the Drive Thru I asked for one never got one. I said I ordered two items and they said I had to pay very upset and disappointed. read more

where do i start, the order is always wrong. they will charge you for items and not give them to you. if you bring it up they speak to you as if you are lying. they tell you they put it in the bag even though its not in the bag. if you have a mobile order when you go to pick up they will tell you they dont have it to which they make you show them your phone to prove your order than its attitude as if its an inconvenience to prep and make the order. if you try to bring anything up all of the employees are rude, disrespectful and have poor attitudes. you cant ask for a manager because every drivethru employee will tell you their the manager. just recently my card was left in the drive thru as the window cashier erica was rude and disrespectful. she had an attitude from the minute i ordered and all the way to the window again as if i was an inconvenience. practically threw bag out the window, no receipt, no card and slammed window shut. i left without realizing she still had my card because i was taken aback by the way she acted. i got to work called the location same lady answered still with an attitude, i proceeded to ask for a manager to which she replied i am the manager! so i asked youre the manager? at which point she put the phone down and screamed for michelle. michelle came to the phone now saying shes the manager. advised her my card had been left she said it would be in the office. her attitude wasnt any better so what was the point of mentioning ericas (one in the same attitude and disrespect). i went this morning to pick up my card, inside is closed so i went into drive thru, there wasnt a single person in line. drove up to window told the lady in the window (didnt get name long hair in a hair net, tattoos on arm) that i was here to pick up a credit card that was left she didnt even look up she just shouted what card i dont got no card. so i told her i left my credit card here and i spoke to the manager before i could finish she cut me off and said i am the manager (here we go again) so i said youre michelle? with an attitude none the less she said no shes not here today i am the manager so i said okay well when i spoke to michelle she said it will be in the back/office. again she slammed the window shut. couple minutes later she comes back and now shes talking to other people and taking an order. she screams out the window that i need to move and someone will bring it out. (at this point she doesnt even know my name how is she going to bring my card) so i tell her i am not moving up she can go to the back and grab my card and i will leave. she starts cussing and slams the window yet again. she returns with a zip bag like a bankers bag, opens the window and says i got alot of card whats your name. i provide the name on the card. i assume she finds it she comes to the window asks for id which i showed to her slams window again. she comes back ask whats kind of card (if you have found my card which was in her hand and you have already confirmed the names match because tou asked for my id why i am i telling you what kind of card and color at this point youre just being petty) i told her what kind of card it was and color she hands me my card and cusses at me telling me i have a shitty f***ing attitude and something under her breathe before slamming the window and walking away. are you kidding me?! i have given this location many chances, even through the wrong orders, the attitude, the rudeness, the disrespect but after this im done. this wendys need to reconsider their employees because every window cashier is nasty. to the lady today and erica the other day your disrespect is not warranted. and to be quite honest you both were bitches. read more

I was gluten free shamed and treated badly publicly because I asked for a food variation because of dietary restrictions caused by an allergy, which I told the cashier, Erica when I ordered. I have a serious gluten allergy so when I order a burger, I have to ask to have it made without the bun and instead of wrapping it, they put it in the plastic container used for baked potatoes. I stood at the counter waiting for my food and watched a new employee make my sandwich the regular way with a bun, wrapped. The manager Keisha was passing out food and even after checking the order on the screen ( order reads correctly with my variations) the manager still put my food on a tray and gave it to me. I let her know that I had an allergy and needed a burger without the bun. She went over to the employee who made it and told her it was wrong and to remake it. The employee made it again, also making it the usual way with the bun. I again said I couldn't have a bun and the manager poorly explained to the employee how to make it. The employee spread out the lettuce, cheese and patties in the plastic container and without any condiments, pickles or onion; the manager handed me the tray with the cold food made again incorrectly. At this point I asked her if they could please make it stacked as a burger, with all of the fixings minus the bun. It was then that the manager took it back from me and began to squirter mustard on ketchup on the messy pile of food and I told her thank you but I would just like my money back. She responded with, "no, I'll make you another". And walked away back to the prep area and began to make another, to which time another manager walked up to her from the other side of the kitchen and asked her what the problem was. In a loud, condescending voice, the original manager replied that the PROBLEM was I didn't like how she made my food. And thats when I said that I had an allergy and had asked for something to be left off but id just wanted my money back. So at this point the other manager walked away and the original manager refunded my money and loudly told me that even though she gave me back the money, she was letting me have the soda. She side this very condescendingly and as if she wanted everyone around us to know that I'd caused problems but still got a free item. Two male customers behind me made a loud comment that I was a "privlaged white bitch". I didn't evendors respond at this point, I just threw the soda in the garbage and left because I was humiliated. Thought this whole thing, the restaurant was busy and the cashier who tooky order was still taking orders but kept trying to speak to the manager over her shoulder saying that I had an allergy and that I should just get what I asked for. read more
