Yet another negative review...what a surprise, it's about their horrible service and attitude. Wendys needs to train this team again. I was trying to get a $2 Dave's Double from a Wendy's app offer for March Madness. I have never dealt with so much eye rolling, sucking teeth, and slamming of drive thru windows in my face from this rude service who did nothing to honor and fix this problem. After placing the order in drive thru, I pull up with my offer in the wallet and barcode ready as I have many times before at a Wendy's. My rewards balance was at 50 credits and after her scan, she mentioned that the sandwich was still $7.48 instead of $2.14 for the promo code because the register is not changing the amount. I am showing her the app and coupon and she mentions well the register isn't recognizing it. Ok I get it, so I politely ask for the manager to see if they usually override it and honor since customer is always right or satisfaction guaranteed at these places. Well, manager comes and scans in the code but mentions, the code can't be used now because it's been used. I tell her that it must've been from first scan we just made and now I see my balance has gone up to 120 credits meaning that I've made a purchase of $7 for that credit increase where they may have charged my mobile app digital wallet credit card on profile. She puts in some code and gets her first employee to come back at window and tells me $5.35...so manager solution may have misunderstood and just took $2 off instead of what the deal is for a Dave's Double for $2, not $2 off. I respectfully tell the drive thru attendant, no thank you, I'm not paying $5 for something that should be $2. She sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes for the 5th time during my time there. I figured it's just a waste of time and energy at this point so I say no thank you, its ok. She says "OH MY GOD!" and slams the window in my face. Very rude and disrespectful, doesn't honor or have trained their service properly on handling customers or handling app promo codes. Both my wife and I love Wendy's. They serve the best burgers right behind In'N'Out (too bad they have not open one in our area yet). The burgers always tasted fresh, unlike other places like MickyD and Burger Hell. So when they open this location right across from our complex, we got really excited. Even we do not eat fast food a lot, but sometimes when you got hungry and wanted to get food fast, this would be a perfect place. We have been here many times since it opened. We even walked to this location from our place in one occasion. Overall the food quality is pretty good. The same burgers we tasted at other Wendy's tasted the same here. The only thing I think they still need to improve on is their service. Maybe since the store is still new and the staff are still being trained, a simple two burgers order took forever. Other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say about this place. The restaurant seems to be clean when we were there. The staff at the registers were friendly, I only wish the staff preparing the food could just try a little bit harder to keep up. read more

I watched them interact with other customers, and never said thank you or your welcome. They just weren't friendly at all. I received no sorry for the huge delay. We dined in bcs we were at hotel nearby, Most every coke was out at self-serve machine, napkins were empty, ketchup was empty, had to ask manager for items. Approaching the Wendy's, there were a line of cars and four people standing in the middle of the drive-thru. Took about 20 minutes to order food, spent $21 on three meals and not one of the orders were correct. Nothing special with the orders. You can tell there is horrible training bc they couldn't receive or deliver orders correctly. read more

I out three stars because this is a fast food place and I have realized that Yelpers in general are not fans of fast food. However Wendy's is perhaps the best of the worst, and their nuggets are superior to their competitors IMHO. And thus I offer 3 stars for the nuggets. A criticism that I have is the strange toy selection for the children's meals. I walked inside to order two sugar cookies, there 5 teen age looking kids gathered behind the counter, they disperse like cockroach after I approach the counter. The manager takia, was covered in tattoos like a hell's Angel biker, took my order with an attitude. To begin with, the gentleman cleaning the place is putting his cleaning supplies on the food prep area and spraying cleaning fluid over the wrapped burger buns. The place is being cleaned but this isn't right. The fries were cool at best and soggy. The burger had a little too much of the condiments and it made the bun soggy. There is no indoor dining apparently even though the signs on the door say the dining area is open until 10. The staff was very rude when I asked them if I could eat inside as I did not have a car and just landed from the airport after a long flight.
