Quality of food keeps declining AND my order is consistently wrong. Meat is gritty. Tastes like it's been sitting under the warmer too long. Do better or people will stop choosing you. When I tried to order waffle fries, I was told "It's only for lunch" so I ordered regular fries. Thrn I had a coupon for breakfast only coupon, so I told them I had a coupon. They asked us to drove over to window and said "breakfast is over. It's until 10:20". It doesn't make sense and of course I left without ordering anything. Well I learned a valuable lesson in language arts today. Apparently if you order a burger and tell them what you want on it they do the opposite. So next time I'll order it with everything and I'll get it the way I truly wanted it. They should have a sign that says we communicate backward from how the rest of our locations communicate. 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon. The place is mostly clean. No trays or trash about, but a couple of the tables needed wiping down. I'm betting one couldn't see that from the counters. The fries arrived cold, and one sandwich did not have the extra cheese and onion that were specially ordered. They did bring us replacement fries and a correctly made sandwich. My biggest complaints are about the Coke machine. The cup of water was yellowish from residual syrup in the lines (I hope), and my cup of classic Coke was instantly overflowing from way too much CO2 in the mix and not enough Coke syrup. I had to wait for the foam to go down, then hit the button to finish filling the cup. Repeat until full. When I went back for a refill I noticed that several of the flavor options were blacked out on the touch screen, therefore not available for Freestyling mixes. So I went for a cherry coke, and darned, but the cherry flavor ran out and blacked out right after I hit the button. The cashier came shortly after that to replace one syrup cartridge. I do not know which as we we preparing to leave then. It just seems to me that they do not maintain the Coke dispenser very well. The best part of the meal was the sweet and sour nugget sauce, and that is a resealed item trucked in from their warehouse no cooking necessary. read more

I have only been to this location a handful of times as it's not on my normal route but it is near work and the bank and I was in the mood today. On previous visits they have been very fast which seems to be a trait of all their locations. This can sometimes result in rushed service, but not rude or indifferent, they are just busy. On my previous visits I was in a rush and had only tried their wraps and chicken nuggets. I haven't had an issue with sloppy presentation on any of those visits which is a plus. Today however I had a little more time and was going to be able to sit down and eat this at work so I decided to get a salad. I would like to point out that their salads are all in the $4 range for the half order. My specific meal was a half order of the Apple Walnut Chicken salad which is $4.19 before tax. This portion is a little on the small side for the price but this serving size was exactly what I was in the mood for as I am not used to eating before noon and didn't have a full appetite. Therefore, I would like to point out that regardless of the salad, the full portion is exactly $2 more but is more than twice the size. I have ordered a different salad in the full size before at other locations and was unable to finish 2/3 of it. I would say the full order is definitely a good deal. This was basically my test of the location to see if I would loop it into my lunch rotation. I ordered it without blue cheese. If you can't get that right, I'm not willing to try your salads again. If you use wilted lettuce or chewy chicken, I'm also not willing to try your salads again. I was impressed! First, no blue cheese- yay! Every single piece of lettuce was crisp and fresh which far exceeds my expectations of a salad I got from a drive thru restaurant. The apples were fresh and juicy, perfectly ripe and cubed for easy eating. Really loved the walnuts, hunted every single one down. They were candied but not overly sweet which I think is perfect in a salad and is a nice compliment to the cranberries. The chicken was perfectly cooked, cut into small pieces, and had some seasoning on there. I loved that it was all white meat and none of it was chewy. It came with a pomegranate vinaigrette and that is by no means my favorite flavor. I don't dislike it or particularly like it, just don't get all the fuss about pomegranates. I opened it up a little too roughly and most of it immediately spilled onto the salad. I was sad for a moment as I like to start off with lighter dressing so I can actually taste the food before deciding if it needs more. Ah well, what's done is done. I mixed it up and took a bite and wow!! That dressing is delicious enough to drink! I really enjoyed it on my salad and would absolutely order this exact thing again!! I'm not even a huge salad fan and this was a fantastic lunch. You show me a drive thru restaurant with fresh ingredients that can follow instructions and you got yourself a customer! I noticed all the reviews on here were quite old and I want you to know that this place is still great and is very fast for a meal on the go. This location is superior to other ones near by so go check it out! I certainly found it worth an extra 3 minute drive! read more

Do not go to this Wendy's the burger had mole all over it. The "general manager " Yuri said that she was leaving for today so I could not get my money back. There was no option for no stars so I was forced to give one star. Do you remember when rats were captured on video walking through the buns on the news it has to be this location. Please don't think I'm just an unhappy person with nothing better to do. I have pictures of what they gave me for my child to eat. Do not go to this location happily drive to Las Colinas or Irving if you just have to have Wendy's. You will be like me money gone with a molded burger and a "general manager" Yuri that's walking out the door leaving you stuck with a molded burger. I have been through the drive-through twice in one week and both times we've received poor quality service. the first time we were given water instead of our drinks. the second time I was asked to repeat my order four times because the young lady taking my order was too busy having a good time laughing and talking and once we got to the pick up window we waited almost 10 minutes for our food. This review is solely for the berry almond chicken salad! This is the only thing I get regularly at Wendys or any other fast food chain if they had this. I dont eat fast food but when I do, I make it a healthy alternative to the usual burger and nuggets. This salad is only available for a limited time....you betcha! This Wendy's location is clean and has fast service. Love their frosties! They have construction going on in the parking lot right now so it makes it a little crowded to get in there with a line in the drive thru but the line moves fast. read more

I was waiting inside to place my order and one of the workers was chatting with a coworker and wiping the fries station with a paper towel. She then drops the paper towel on the dirty floor, picks it up and continues wiping. She then drops it on the floor again, steps on it, picks it up and proceeds to wipe down the metal fry filler and more of the station. I look around for the manager to let him know what was happening, and he was talking to her the whole time! This place is gross. I turned around and left. Nasty! read more

Drive-thru moves pretty quick, orders are always correct. Never had any problems. It can get pretty frustrating pulling out of the parking lot during busy peak hours lunch time rush. So be careful. Most people around here honestly believe they are the only drivers on the road. read more

Have only eaten at this location once, during the day, however every other time is late night and they like to close 30 mins to an hour before the posted closing time. Worst experience here ever. Drive thru line a little long so I went in. All I wanted was a frosty for my husband. There wasn't anyone at the counter. I waited. There were 5 or so employees scurrying about, occasionally glancing at me, but no one spoke or offered to get me help. I finally started calling out to them asking if I could get help. Finally a man that was cleaning in the back motioned for someone to come help me. I continued to wait, I waved my arms, I called out for someone to help me. No one came.
