Checked in today and everything must be broken down. Soda machine in the dining area was down, or they haven't paid the soda bill, LOL. The temperature was seemingly 2 degrees less than outside because it was hot as hell in the dining area. The chili was fine but don't be afraid to add mire then a tsp of onion to it, and my single was over $6, crazy. I need to rethink coming here when in town. When I want a fast food cheese burger, I intend from now on going to Wendy's now instead of one of the other fast food burger franchises. The people behind the counter at this Wendy's make eye contact and smile, not something particularly common at a fast food burger franchise. At Wendy's, you get sliced tomato, onion, and lettuce, which is unusual these days as most places pull up a single pickle inside the bar - think Chick-fil-A for instance. The hamburger itself tastes like hamburger, not sawdust so common at other typical restaurants. Despite the better quality food, don't expect to be paying more. This is not five guys where you have to pay an arm and a leg to eat a meal the interior is clean and sunny. read more

This was one of those "it's so bad I wish I could give you a zero but I can't. So I give you a one." situations. Although I understand how much it sucks to work fast food while busy, there was seemingly no reason why this establishment needed to deliver the chaos that it did. They do not have a cashier as you order on one of four machines (one of which was unresponsive) then you are asked to wait for your number to be called. They have a TV overhead displaying the orders in progress as well as the orders that are completed. First, my friend's order was displayed and when we went over they did not have the order no biggie. However, instead of the employee saying anything along the lines of "hey sorry about that let me get that remade" the employee just looked at us and said "I don't know where it went." They proceeded to stand around with her other coworker and offered us no information on what was happening. After about ten minutes or so, my friend finally got her order. In this time, my order number as well as my other friends was said it was completed however there was nothing announced from the employees. We continued to wait, understanding of the fact that they were in a rush and wanting to be patient. After five minutes or so, my friend asked for a refund and he was told he could not receive one to his card, only cash because they were busy. He politely told the employee "i'm not mad at you but can you get your manager please." The manager was both rude and unhelpful. She told him there was no way of getting his money back on his card and offered him cash. He said he doesn't use cash and that if that wasn't an option he just wants his food. She was rude however, she said that she would get that taken care of. It was another ten minutes before we finally got our food along with another lady waiting for food for her family. Keep in mind, the past fifteen minutes, there were no orders coming out except for one order who ordered after all of us. When I finally got my food, the sandwich wasn't even right. Like I said, I understand how stressful working fast food can be, but this experience was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. The employees at the front sat around the whole fifteen minutes refusing to address anything that was happening. We all felt both ignored and disrespected. I was trying to be understanding but it was like trying to ask someone violently stoned a favor. The manager was unprofessional and rude. Although the experience was unprofessional with the employees, the real problem is the manager. I have witnessed this manager screaming at employees in front of customers before and her interactions with customers is also highly inappropriate and unprofessional. i hope ur pillow is forever warm. read more
