First of all, I do want to make people aware that I do take into consideration the fact that we are still dealing with employee shortage amid COVID-19. Unfortunately this Wendy's restaurant has done nothing to improve their customers experience. I order from this location a couple of times per month. Every time I order & get home with my food, I think back on why I shouldn't have stopped there in the first place. Their employees are rude as hell, when they make a mistake with your order, they treat you like it's your fault. I actually just ordered from their about an hour ago and of course, Tory had my order wrong....again! So, I got the lady's attention, then she motioned the manages over who practically yanked my bag out of my hand. It wasn't my fault he had to remake 3 plain double cheeseburgers I ordered it my brother. When they were done, he did the same thing by practically throwing the bag at me. The manager of that store seriously needs some anger management therapy! I've had enough bad experiences at this location. So, at this point, I will not be back until I've heard that things have improved with this store. Beware of the bad service at this location! STAY AWAY!! read more

The crinkle fries were crisp but just were not hitting and I like the crinkle style. The toast was properly cooked but was limp. Ok Guthries is a known tradition, people like, but it is not for me.
