You get your order within 5-10 minutes, depending on how many things you order. What was odd though was them shutting off their mobile order before they closed, which subsequently disabled all customers from using any promos or rewards. I was hoping to redeem a coupon for $1 fries and could not use it all... Kinda disappointing when we all know McD's is expensive without the coupons. In any case, servers were okay. I came in towards closing time and they surprisingly still had their slushie machine running. The girl was nice enough to give me my slushie, so I didn't end up leaving empty handed. The other customers and I watched as the crewmembers remade the bowl, scraping out the white rice that now had a 20 minute wait time and putting what looked like two dollops of queso into the bowl. When it was my turn to pay for my food, all customer service was paused yet again when the customer who just had his bowl remade approached the counter, revealing his barely half-full bowl. The crew members' responses to this were quite slow, they stood there and looked at each other, taking no action and still holding up the customers' time. There was one apology, yes. Now back to when I was paying... My half-steak half-chicken bowl with a cilantro lime sauce topping came to a total of $15.91, which is the most expensive a Chipotle bowl has ever cost me. The bowl should've been $12.31. When I asked for a receipt to check why the bowl was so expensive, the cashier told me she threw it in the trash. I asked again, and she said it's in the trash, so I simply left. I really care about this Chipotle location because I've been eating here for around 6 years now, and I'd love for you all to use this at your advantage to improve your customer service.

This store does not have super late hours like Wendy's, but it's still a good place to go when you want your fast food fix. The staff is nice enough and the orders are usually expedited quickly. The seating area is nice but nothing fancy; most of the times I go through the drive-through. They have the RFID card readers on the outside of the drive-through window so that you can swipe or tap your own card. This is great for those who don't like people touching or scratching their credit cards, although one of the attendants tends to be "pushy" for you to hand him the card. As of late Burger King has changed their menus by adding new items to attract and maintain patrons. Their fruit smoothies made from real fruit are really good, can't vouch for the validity of their advertising but it has a nice fruity taste and the strawberry-banana or raspberry smoothies make for a nice meal when I am on a rush and want something filling without making my stomach feel heavy. The sweet potato fries are a good alternative to the standard fries, but don't expect them to be better than those of a restaurant. On a few occasions I have had their croissanwich breakfast items, which are tasty to have occasionally. While most restaurant employees become irritable and short when someone attempts to order right before close, each member of the CFA staff was happy to take my order and actively engaged in conversation with me as they prepared my two sandwiches. I did not get the impression that I was at all an inconvenience to them (which I was), but rather that they were very appreciative of my business. And, of course, all my food was delicious.
