I was very impressed by their restrooms, especially given its a publicly used restroom. The restrooms were super clean and all of the stalls did not appear dirty, not even the toilets. The restrooms did not disappoint at all. The service and the food were also on point. The cashier, an older woman, was very nice. She took her time entering our order in the system, which I appreciated because we had multiple orders with substitutions. Our orders were on point! Not to mention, our breakfast sandwiches were freshly made and tasted great! It's very rare that we come across a nice McDonald's, but I felt it was appropriate to ensure this McDonald's had a an excellent review! Thank you for the great service and food!

I know, I know... PETA won't give it a stamp of approval because it runs through the same 500-degree grill as regular meats, but I say, "Way to go, BK, for listening to the consumers who want choices on the road! Thank you!" Okay, reason for deducting a star... We arrived at 12:30, prime lunchtime, and there was only one poor girl at the front doing EVERYTHING! She was trying, so it's not her fault. But...where was the manager??? Managers, you should be upfront and paying attention from 11:00 to 2:00. You're number one concern is the customer, not whatever paperwork needs done. Also, check out your entry... it's very grimey, a little cleaning goes a long way. First impressions are huge in the restaurant game. People already expect a greasy hamburger; show them you're more.

I was in the store already waiting and quickly asked the lady who seemed to be the manager if one of the subs could be toasted and apologized for the late message. By the time I had asked one of the Italian subs had already been completed and the second Italian sub was about to be, the manager didn't hesitate to tell the worker to scratch off the toppings and toast the sub and then to redo the toppings. This seemed to have bothered the worker assigned to the task, Annabelle, as she had to redo the toppings she began to make smart comments about me asking to toast the sandwich using the phrase "before she tells me I forgot." As she made this comment she happened to look up at me as I already heard what she said and was looking back at her. I did not appreciate Annabelle's unnecessary comments that were snarky and disrespectful. Do not work in customer service if you are not friendly and kind to customers and get frazzled at their requests for the food they are paying to eat. Had it not been for the manager doing her job well, I would've rated this subway 1 star. The sandwiches themselves were well so 2 stars I feel is deserving.
