I've been to this Taco Bell many times. The staff are consistently polite and they always get my order correct. In terms of ambiance, the modern Taco Bell decor leaves something to be desired. Seating is uncomfortable and color pallet is drab. That said, i usually get my food to go, so I'm not that pressed about it. I just wish Taco Bell would go back to their old colorful self. I wish they would bring back the pepperjack steak burrito they used to have on the value menu. read more

$30 for 4 chalupas isn't a bad price IF you were getting a better portion. Can easily go to a sit down restaurant and pay the same for two people, but the convenience is good which is why lll pay it. Portion is horrible though. read more

Taco Bell - $7 + tax (x4) for this steak Chalupa. Maybe 3-4 small strips of Steak is crazy for the price. Maybe portion control needs some help idk. - Fast Food Near Me - Camp Verde, Arizona

We stopped by this Taco Bell on the way back from Sedona, it's located right off the freeway so there is easy access as well as plenty of parking. So this place has great service and nice employees, unfortunately my fries were way over seasoned and tasted stale. Wifey's bean burrito was just fine "typical" Taco Bell fare. They have plenty of seats inside as well as a drive through. read more

I usually never have a complaint about this Taco Bell but tonight's order was the worst I've ever had. My meal was not cooked everything was cold. Meat was cold beans were cold Even when I picked my items out of the bag It was cold nothing was hot. Total waist of my money. Definitely wasn't satisfied. Just some very half assed work. read more

How do you take 20 minutes for two burritos bro that's insane I was the only one here, workers are so lazy atp I wanted to ask if they wanted me to do it. Never again dude read more

Takes forever! Don't dine inside. Over 20 minutes for 4 crunchy tacos. Only about 6 other people in dining room. It is obvious they prioritize drive through. read more

terrible service. Stood at the counter forever as employees walked by looking at me and not helping. I won't be back

Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. The food was so poorly made. They were not even busy, there was no excuse

Horrible service. Got several orders wrong at the drive thru. Stated to me they get orders wrong when they get busy. Um, 3 cars is not busy! Better options are available nearby. Rude employees. Avoid if possible. read more

My wife and I wanted to try some of the local cuisine. Since we are the in Southwest we thought we would try this fine establishment. It was amazing. They actually put meat inside a crispy shell that they call a "taco". For just a little extra you can get it with tomato AND sour cream. We decided to splurge. The service was impeccable. They also even let you order without getting out of your car! What convenience! Talk about safety, there was a police cruiser in the parking lot! We felt safe and well fed. Thank you Taco Bell! 5/5 we will be back. read more

Shouldn't even have 1 star, food had BARLEY any toppings and we ordered supremes... no sauce when I asked for 20, and they hoed me out of solid trustworthy packaging when handed to me. Not so chill Taco Bell, not so chill... read more

The food is still Taco Bell food but the biggest gripe I have is the self-service punching numbers on a box to make my order . They have to have someone there to help people anyway so why not make it easy on us and just take our order . It's ridiculous and other than drive-thru I will never sit down in another Taco Bell if they have this apparatus . read more

I will never again step foot in taco bell in camp verde.my order was incorrect but the night manager tried to fix the problem..but I was never so appalled by her staff not only were the rude they also gave me the wrong order again.and began laughing..this made me feel like they did something to my food.so I threw it away.in fear I might get sick. The most disrespectful bunch of employees I have ever met.never agsinl read more

I went there yesterday, 1/24, and ordered some soft tacos and found out they have downsized them. They are now tiny little tacos in a smaller soft shell. That's the last time I'm being ripped off by Taco Bell. I won't be back. read more

Whoever manages this particular restaurant needs to put someone else at the counter...good grief. The miserable older man (Mark?) that's been there for several months needs to find something else to do. Horrible customer service. Nothing like getting barked at while trying to order. Whatever lady that was working the drive thru tonight was SO RUDE...started raising her voice and getting attitude because I was asking for something that was right ON THE MENU and decided not to serve me because I was doing it right back. What a shit show. I'm guessing that no one here knows how to take an order because during the busiest time of day they have everyone using the kiosk. Last I checked I don't work for taco hell. Should be giving everyone a code to get a employee discount for doing their job they get paid for. Don't recommend this place. Get it together Taco Bell. Wow. Not sure where to start. My question is does this establishment have a manager? If not; it shows. If so; are they trained. Do they have a process or a plan? Always dirty, trash is always full, employees sometimes wear fox sweat shirts or some non company dress attire. This place really needs improvement to meet the standards the cottonwood location has. It's worth the drive to Cottonwood in my opinion. read more

Front lady running the cashier, Jessica, was extremely rude. She acted irritated, mumbling under her breath, rolling her eyes, and sighing. We asked for sauce packets, cups, and napkins, all requests were immediately reacted with rudeness. So much so that we were afraid to ask anything more of her. Other customers were not treated well either by any means. This is situated on the highway coming from Sedona, you would expect employees to be kind to the many traveling customers. By far the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to... read more

I was so tired and hungry on my drive up to northern Arizona last weekend so I decided to pull off in Camp Verde. I looked at the clock and and it was 10:40 and Taco Bell closes at 11. I almost decided not to go here because I thought well it's the end of the night and everything I get isn't going to be fresh and the employees are going to be grouchy because they probably want to go home. But I decided to go anyways and to my surprise I had some of the best service I've ever had and they started all fresh stuff for me. The food was perfect and the cashier Jessica was beyond kind and helpful and gave stellar service. A great place for a pit stop. read more

I ordered my food on the app and chose to get my food in the drive through. When I arrived, I was told that I had to go inside to get my food because online ordered have to be picked up inside. I did not want to give this death trap any stars!! If it was possible to give a NEGATIVE 5 star review this Taco Bell would deserve it. Not only did their food make me entire family sick, when we called to let them know they were rude and argumentative and treated us like we were lying. They even tried to educate us on food poisoning. The manager too!!! When several people all get sick after eating at the same restaurant it doesn't take a genius to realize it's food poisoning. Shut the doors on this place before they put someone in the hospital. read more

EAT SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE, ELSE!!! This is quite literally the WORST Taco Bell in Yavapai County, & quite possibly the entire State of Arizona. I have NEVER ordered there & received the correct order on the first try, and just recently, they completely screwed it up on the second try as well. How hard is it to NOT put sour cream on things??? I request "NO sour cream on anything", and yet they slather it on like it's god's special sauce & it will make it the best meal ever. But the problem is I have family members with allergies, & one drop of that spunk will send them into anaphylactic shock, & since we lost our mastiff just before X-Mas, I can't even give that crap to him, I just end up chucking it in the trash (which, considering the overall quality, is really where it belongs anyway), and then when I call to inform them of their mistakes, they say come back in & we'll replace it. The problem there is that it's a 30-mile round trip, and then the most recent time, after Rachel apologized for her 2-week-old staff & promised to remake the remake, I show up & get Jared, the guy who dicked it up on the first go around, and HE states "management" changed it's mind & they will be "unable" to replace the 2-time screw-up replacement, so not only do I NOT get my correct, properly-prepared $35 order, I also waste a gallon of gas & almost an hour of my time in the process. And for that kind of money, I could take the family to a REAL restaurant. Next time I'll drive a little farther & go to the Taco Bell in Cottonwood, where they have NEVER messed up my order. So take it from a local, if you feel the need to Make a Run For The Border, run a little farther & go to the Cottonwood store. THEY know what they're doing... read more

Took forever to get our food and it was all incorrect! It's the same at the one by my house too ! I can't resist I guess I'm sure I'll still be back because they have me hooked but it would be nice to get what I ordered once in a while! It is nice inside and very clean! read more

T-Mobile Tuesdays brought me in. Kindest and most patient Taco Bell staff ever! Food was great too!

Monday, June 4, 2018, 2 pm: service fast, restaurant clean, 5 other customers. Eat in. Ordered the $5 meal: burrito supreme, hard taco, soft taco, cinnamon sticks, drink. Drink good unsweet tea. Hard taco good. Soft taco wrap like 3 day old stale bread hard to bite, dry when chewing. Told employee he said he would tell the back. No attempt to replace, I had made 3 bites just to be sure-it was yuck. Should have made another and provide it to me. The cinnamon things they make (and not only this store-but all of them) are really a disgrace. I had looked forward to this $5 mail for about 4 days, so I am really disappointed with the store for not correcting the problem. It is not like I ate the whole thing. read more

I have never in my life waited this long for food. 30 minutes....isn't this place a fast food joint? Hmm. It's mild busy but when the line is out the door and a couple employees are milling about and only one register is open I'd say there is a deficiency somewhere. Maybe my expectations are a little too high but if I had the time like this to wait I'd opt for a nice sit down restaurant. This is ridiculous. Fingers crossed I get served before they close and the food is edible. read more

I had ordered online on the app, and it was a rather large order. When I came in, they were so polite and sweet, and were willing to go the extra mile to make it an enjoyable experience.
