Nice people!! Great outdoor space with a spray fan for moisture! Great beer, good food! We each had a hot dog and they were really good. The hazy IPA was good enough to warrant can purchase

Great spot to stop right off the highway! Went for a hike in Sedona and stopped here on the way home. Watermelon sour beer was very refreshing after a long hike. Elote nachos with pulled pork were fresh. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Elote and chips! Really good !

Small and local brewery. The beers we had were great and the food we ordered was fine. I'd come back again for beers, but a lot of the food seemed pretty mid. In our group, we all are what we ordered, but it wasn't anything memorable. We were here on a Tuesday in June, so the patio was too hot to explore. Our server was friendly, and the local patrons were all in good spirits.

Good beers I love the sours they come out with. Usually pretty quiet. Had their dip last time I went and it was pretty good

This place has been on my todo list when going through Camp Verde for a while now but it was always closed when we would try to visit. They expanded their hours recently and we were happy to try them out. I had a meatball sub which is my go to when they have it on the menu. It was very fresh and they also had a myriad of beers on tap that we unique and flavorful.

Nachos & a dog at NICE happy hour prices. Yummy Hazy IPA & a mellow friendly crowd- great stop off the road enroute to Sedona- lots of midweek incentives to play all day. Friendly staff- generous on the tastings

Verde Brewing is hidden in the back of an industrial park off Highway 260 in Camp Verde. They have indoor seating and an outdoor area. They have games you can play while you're drinking. The other night I sampled two of their beers- the bourbon stout and their sour. They were both delicious drinks, and I totally would order them again. Verde Brewing also has food. I wanted dinner, so I ordered the "family size" Nachos. It was a regular dinner plate size. Not quite sure how that fits as family size... the individual size was a dessert plate size.

We really enjoyed this hidden gem. It's not off the main road so it gets missed by a lot of people, but it's hidden in the industrial area only 2 mins away. They have a great covered outdoor patio with some games and picnic tables, and then inside they have high top tables or low tables. The available beers are all written on the board behind the bar and I tried a beer flight for $14. Great deal and they were large pours. You can sample any of them prior to choosing. I loved the watermelon sour!! So good! As for the food I thought it was great. 3 of us ordered the prime rib beef dip and it was awesome. It comes with onions and horse radish on it and was so fresh and delicious. My boyfriend got the meatball sub and he loved it. They had several items on the menu that I wanted to try and I can guarantee they will be good so I will definitely go check them out again the next time I'm in town.

Driving through Arizona and found this brewery so decided to stop in for a quick bite. Bbq pulled pork sandwich - it was Friday and their special was a discount on their bbq pulled pork sandwiches. The pulled pork was flavorful, saucy, and tender. The bun quickly got soggy so I wish it was toasted. The chips were a bit plain but still good. Overall, it was a good sandwich for its value.

One of our favorite breweries! The people are so kind and fun. We have loved every beer we've tried. I love the Spring Gold IPA - light and refreshing - perfect for summer! Food is spectacular! Love the house salad and elote nachos - such a smart idea to offer personal size nachos! My husband loves the Stadium Dog. Dog-friendly patio, kid-friendly, and bar/tables inside too!

A break from the cold weather, enjoying a Blue Sky Hazy IPA under the sun.

Ask the Community - Verde Brewing Company

    Is it pet friendly?

I think so. There were dogs there outside when we went.

When is the new location gong to open with all of the options that the other location had?

The "new" location on Industrial Drive is open. There is both indoor & outdoor seating. Food is served, although I think that the current menu has fewer options than the old location in the Boler's building. The beer is still delicious!

Three couples (unfortunately) ordered the same item - the Verde Valley Melt. Basically it's described as a sourdough bread turkey sandwich with parmesan fries. The best part of the plate was the fries. The first thing we noticed is that the bread looked and tasted like Wonder Bread. White as white can be. Not sourdough. Secondly, a Melt should come out as toasted with melted cheese. Hot and toasty it was not. The turkey portion was slim. A five year old kid wouldn't have been happy to have this weak sandwich. I hope this experience is a one off for the Belfry. If not, I expect this restaurant to disappear soon. That would be an unfortunate loss to downtown Cottonwood.

Here at COLT Grill I had The Filly, a salad the menu described as "romaine, walnuts, pears, cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, cranberry vinaigrette". I opted for the "small" ($8.50) over the" large" ($13) and it was a beautiful salad both in presentation and taste. But the salad portion of the menu also said one could "add chicken or smoked turkey" ($4) or "add beef brisket" ($5) and I did. Did you just tell me I could get a perfect, tasty, ample salad with a separate, robust and delicious side of BBQ beef brisket for $13.50? I wasn't just ready to fly to Arizona; I was ready to move to Cottonwood. This meal was delicious. A "small platter of smoked brisket" ($14.50) was enjoyed equally by another at my table but, with my bowlful of brisket, I paid little attention to that other meal. My attention instead was aimed at a nearby table's indulgence in the smoked Mac-n-cheese ($4.75) and Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Bread ($4). Jealous I was, for I had no room for anything more. What a winner. COLT Grill might be half the reason I return to this area in the future.
