Verde Brewing is located in an industrial business area. There are signs to guide you to their parking area. We stopped in for a beer after a long day of hiking and thank goodness the beer here is icy cold. It was so refreshing! There were plenty of choices of beer on the menu for the day and we were able to taste a few options before getting a full pour. Our server was very nice and helpful. I ended up having 2 pints of the gold buckle honey lager. All the beers I tasted were fairly light flavored, which was great. Super cold and refreshing. The beers, I definitely enjoyed. We also decided to try some food as well. I noticed their kitchen is a place where they just prep and reheat items, and most things seemed microwaved. I'm sure the food was cooked somewhere but it just wasn't my cup of tea. Other reviewers seem to enjoy, but everything just tasted okay, a little bland, but we ate everything, it just wasn't my favorite. This is really the only "brewery" in Camp Verde. Small place, but they do brew right on site. The staff is very friendly and service was great! We really enjoyed this hidden gem. It's not off the main road so it gets missed by a lot of people, but it's hidden in the industrial area only 2 mins away. They have a great covered outdoor patio with some games and picnic tables, and then inside they have high top tables or low tables. The available beers are all written on the board behind the bar and I tried a beer flight for $14. Great deal and they were large pours. You can sample any of them prior to choosing. I loved the watermelon sour!! So good! As for the food I thought it was great. 3 of us ordered the prime rib beef dip and it was awesome. It comes with onions and horse radish on it and was so fresh and delicious. My boyfriend got the meatball sub and he loved it. I stopped in with my friend who owns EmpoweRanch. We were on a mission to find a good spot to eat after our long but enjoyable traveling up north. I got the beef sandwich with au ju!
