Unfortunately my burger was a little more rare that mid rare the closer I got to the center of it and under seasoned there were some Thai flavors present but most of it was taken over by the slaw, so you did not get much of the peanut sauce, the crunchy noodle part of it go more soggy and so did the bun. I think it's a wonderful concept, I think there may be a better bun to use to not let it get so soggy, and I think there are some amazing Thai spices you can get with the protein. My wife got the Greek Tacos and they were ok too, I love the concept but I think instead of corn tortillas I would do some thin naan , I would have more Greek style seasoning and some kind of sauce with some heat with it and you have a winner.
