The Hudson truly fit the bill and lived up to the hype with its food and experience. Fortunately, we were able to have our meals outside on the back patio of the restaurant with amazing views of the beautiful red rock mountain formations that Sedona is known for. We started with a fresh and delicious salad. For the main dish, we had the 22 Oz. boneless ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was amazing. It was ridiculously tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes complimented the steak perfectly. The restaurant is classy and very well decorated. There is a bar in the center of the dining area as you enter the restaurant. Our server Zabdi was a pleasure to deal with. She was pleasant, friendly and always had a smile when serving us. For dessert, we had the banana cream pie. It was not too sweet and was chock full of freshly sliced bananas. The restaurant is located in the very busy downtown Sedona atea. Off street parking is ample and free. For the quality of food, pricing is appropriately priced, averaging approximately $80 per person. This was by far the best restaurant we dined at while in Sedona. They brought the check to the back and voided our first charge, then recharged the right amount. It's only a $1 difference but it's the ethics. Just double check the final check before paying.

I think it's a wonderful concept, I think there may be a better bun to use to not let it get so soggy, and I think there are some amazing Thai spices you can get with the protein.
