I was craving soup on a cold evening and this place hit the spot. We came after a long day of hiking and were looking for a casual eatery that was fresh and healthy. Inside was very spacious. We ordered at the counter and couldn't help but notice all the beautiful breads and pastries behind the display counter. The menu was extensive- breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, pastas, soups, small bites, and a kids menu. Soo many choices but I ended up ordering half soup and salad and my hubby got the steak torta sandwich, the advertised special. The meals were brought to our table. Spicy chicken soup/strawberry spinach salad without bleu cheese- delicious! The soup was VF/DF. Very tasty with a little kick. I didn't see any chicken, but nevertheless it was still good. The salad was fresh and I enjoyed the various textures with the strawberries and nuts. The dressing was nice and light. It also came with 2 pieces of their sliced bread. The steak torta sandwich- yummy! Hubby enjoyed it. It came with a side of sweet potato chips that were to die for. Oh and I almost forgot! Their outdoor seating faced the gorgeous Sedona rock formations. We ate our dinner facing the beautiful views and watched the sunset : ) Great food, friendly service, and gorgeous views! The atmosphere was a little chaotic (screaming kids) and I miss the comfier more cozy feel this location used to have. It feels cheapened and more bare somehow. There was no plant based milk for my husband at the beverage station. The oat milk was completely empty and the station was messy. I think they only tend to it when someone complains truthfully. Speaking of cheapened, the matcha tea latte was totally not worth it. It was over 50% ice and had such a scant amount of matcha I'd be hard to tell it was in there drinking the beverage blind folded. 100% do not recommend. Not sure if this was made to standard or not, but it was not to MY standards. We each ordered different sandwiches, but when it came to the ones with sliced meat, the meat was center loaded to make it look like much more in the sandwich, with very little being at the edges. It feels like the sandwiches have about 25% less meat. Potato soup was how I remembered it and probably the best deal out of the group and it came with bread. My BLT was so so. The tomato had zero taste, the bacon was a little thin. This last visit was really off, and it wasn't sitting well. I couldn't believe my beloved Wildflower had changed THAT much. I'm not sure if it was an off day, a new team, or what. I took it upon myself to reach out to guest services direct as I thought they should know. Haleigh responded within hours and said she would share the feedback with the team to improve things at this location. I was so impressed with the quick and sincere response. 4.5 Got here by 9AM and were able to get a table for 6 on the outdoor patio. I recommend getting here before 9AM because immediately after it started filling up and line was longer by 9:30. Parking was easy to find at 9AM, they have a lot behind the building. Staff were friendly and kept checking on us and were prompt with cleaning the table and providing extra napkins. We had the breakfast burrito, smoke salmon bagel and banana walnut pancakes. The walnut pancakes were amazing! And the bagel was very filling. The latte was mid, but did the job. We spoke with Scott the Assistant Manager who walks table to table ensuring customer satisfaction and answering questions etc. What a terrific personality. The ambiance is always positive and uplifting with breathtaking views. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich with celery potato sour creme soup and I had the turkey avocado with the same soup. So so good. I also had a glass of the dragonfruit iced tea, yummy! My wife took a second sandwich and some bagels back to the resort and we were bad and split a royal chocolate chip and nut cookie. Hubby & I was visiting Sedona from Cali & tried this place after it was highly recommended by couple of YouTubers. Hubby ordered the bacon egg cheddar on bagel & I had an oatmeal. The bacon egg cheddar was so good! I can honestly say that I've never had a bagel that soft before & I'm not even a fan of bagels. The eggs & bacon were cooked perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised how delish it was. The oatmeal wasn't anything special but obviously better than instant oatmeal. This place was packed on a Monday morning which goes to show how popular this place is. Ambiance is pretty spacious with gorgeous outdoor patio seating overlooking the Sedona rocks. The egg breakfast is simple, but satiating - 2 eggs cooked your way, home fries, and a side of buttered artisan toast. The buttered toast was toasting. On a bachelorette trip and came here for brunch! It's in the touristy part of Sedona, so during the weekend, it's a pretty busy area. Lots of parking lots, but they tend to be full so you'll be circling around a few times. Service was okay, nothing special. Here you'll order at the counter and sit anywhere (outside or inside) and they'll bring you your food. Food was good! My bagel sandwich was tasty and home fries (potatoes) were good as well! I would definitely order again. We did opt for specialty drinks ( teas, lemonades, etc). My mango lemonade was pretty good, however, the teas were just regular, they weren't sweetened. Even though we've been to Sedona a few times now, we never got to try Wildflower until recently. We were in Sedona for July 4th weekend and decided to have brunch at Wildflower before heading back home. They are dog friendly, which is great since we had our dog with us. It wasn't too hot that morning and they had shaded areas to sit at outside. Wildflower is a very casual place -- you order with the cashier, fill your own drink, take a seat, and they will bring your order out when it is ready. I decided to get one of their blueberry muffins and their everything smoked salmon, which was capers, tomatoes, red onions, arugula & garlic-scallion spread on an everything bagel . My husband opted for their protein breakfast bowl, which had sunny eggs, organic quinoa, sausage, slow-roasted tomatoes, spinach, scallions & served with buttered artisan toast. The blueberry muffin was good -- nicely done. I kind of wish it was fluffier. The everything smoked salmon had a decent amount of salmon to it. It was filling and their bagel was dense. The flavors were a little on the light side even though you got a little bit of everything in one bite. The protein breakfast bowl was really good. It had everything you needed for a balanced meal. It was also extremely filling! I'd say that this bowl is absolutely worth it especially at its price point. I got to try my friend's jalapeno cheddar smash browns and it had a good flavor -- might need just a tad bit more salt for my preferences though. Overall the food was great for the price. CHIPOTLE CHICKEN MELT - swiss, poblano peppers, caramelized onions, pepper relish, arugula, tomatoes, avocado, chipotle sauce on grilled sourdough, served with a side (i picked chips) LOTS of ingredients in this sandwich making it actually confusing on what flavors were coming through. The sourdough bread was really good though. JALAPENO CHEDDAR SMASH BROWNS - crispy hash brown potatoes with jalapenos and cheddar This definitely SOUNDED better than it TASTED. Bit underwhelming after getting hyped by the waitress who delivered the food. May need a little bit more seasoning, and crispier. Tried my friends EVERYTHING SMOKED SALMON. Had capers, tomatoes, red onions, arugula, and garlic-scallion spread on an everything bagel. Good amount of salmon. Garlic-scallion spread was a little lighter than I had expected but the tomatoes, red onions, and arugula are all things i liked so this was a great brekkie item ! We tried a special chicken sandwich and loved it. Reubens good also but chicken was the best. Served with just a few chips but wanted more. Regular soda drinks and also some teas and Lemonade. Food is a good change from Mexican, Pizza, or Hamburger in the area. Cookstaff seemed alittle unorganized getting orders out. Most customers are visitors so we shouldn't be in a hurry anyway. One of the most beautiful picturesque location you could find, this place truly stands for food with a view. We went in for a late lunch, they honored the dinner menu for us. The food is made fresh to order and really good, I loved the forest mushroom soup with salad. The lentil soup with coconut is alright. Rosemary chicken lacks flavor but the pesto chicken is a winner, loved the flavors popping in my mouth. Overall, we loved the food and the view that came along. There's something magical about this place. Located right in the heart of uptown Sedona, they have it all from breakfast to dinners. The menu looked fun and if we were staying any longer in Sedona, 100% would have been back at least 3 times. My friend and I both saw the Ciabatta with "Taylor Ham" (I told the cashier where I'm from it's good ol' Pork Roll) with egg & swiss. It was a delicious sando. This is the type of restaurant where you find your own table and order at the counter. The ground was a little messy and it was crowded but overall a nice place to sit down and eat. The bathrooms were clean too. There were a bunch of options, some of them being exclusive to a certain time of day. My brother got a BLT sandwich and I got an Italian one. They were both pretty good, enough sauce and the bread was delicious. I never thought I would drop to 2 stars for Wildflower, but here we are. The management apparently is not aware of trends, but breakfast bowls are hot these days. And they provide a complete meal in a compact form factor. Wildflower used to have a lovely Baja Bowl. Gone. Not replaced, no bowls for breakfast now. For midday, they used to have small bowls: elote, hummus, mac'n'cheese, etc. now, mostly gone. The latter is ostensibly still here, but not today due to "supplier issues." The others are fully RIP. I realize that they have a (lovely!) bread baking operation, but if you eat bread, bread, bread, you will get fat, fat, fat. No not guaranteed. A tiny fraction of us have an industrial-scale metabolism, but most of us do not. If I wanted a sandwich for lunch, I'd go to Subway. This small chain has lovely staff and I presume lovely owners...but hey, two very big steps backwards is not okay. read more
