I LOVE World of Beer Burgers, but not many around. Yet...Nick's Guinness Burger with sautéd onions and mushrooms and a thick slab of Guinness cheese was mouth watering!!!! A thick, very juicy, cooked to medium perfection that had me eating the whole thing rather than planning to take one half for later. And Sheila, my waitress, very sweet and attentive and with a winning personality. As for the rest of their menu, every prepared meal that pass by me (I was at a seat where I could see them) looked great with awesome presentation and a delicious smell. There were about 6 chips and the queso had a thick skin on top and the "guac" was just bland avocado. The mains were not great overall the food was so mid and our bill, for 2 drinks an app and 2 mediocre entrees... $300 Please do better. Just because you are in the resort does not mean you need to charge out the ass for mid food and poor / unprofessional service. For dinner there are tons of places in town and around the corner that are worth your time and money. For breakfast we didn't even give them a chance, took it across the street to juniper cafe for a much better time.

Their outdoor space seems like a bistro for entertainment. The main dining space has high and low tables, suitable for larger parties. It's a really cool restaurant to dine in esthetically. Let me move on to the exceptional service! We walked into the restaurant about 20-30 minutes before closing. We asked if we were too late to order and to dine in. We were assured we were not. When reading the "fine print" on our receipt, I see the "health tax" is actually a 3% charge put on meals by the *restaurant* to justify their insufficient pay to the servers! Basically they are passing the cost of providing health insurance on to their customers. SHAME on this tax, bill, law - whether it's by the city or state!
