The Rajun Cajun featured an impressive amount of thin cut avocado slices and bacon, although I really did not taste the Cajun seasoning. My favorites were the crispy sweet potato fries and Reuben sandwich with homemade sauerkraut. The brisket had great flavor but it was more of a lean brisket, so take a peek as you're ordering to see if that's what you prefer to avoid disappointment. Sausage was a good size. Mac and cheese was hearty. The potato mac was noodle based, reminded me of the potato salad you get a lot in Hawaii. You definitely leave as full as you want to be. They didn't have desserts (which was not our compliant but rather a woman in front of us who couldn't believe they didn't have a cobbler or a banana puddin of some kind). As we were sitting and eating, a constant stream of people came through and they did run out of the brisket and some side dishes.
