We ate here (12/1/25) by way of the drive thru after coming from Strawberry, AZ. We ordered ahead via the APP and our food was made fresh and accurately by the time we arrived. Very quick service, clean and pleasant lobby and seating area. We got our food before we finished getting our drinks. The large family in front of us was also served quickly. Trash cans were emptied regularly and so had room for trash. The burgers could have been warmer. read more

This was the worst hamburger I've ever eaten! What the hell happened to the Whopper?! I thought the Whopper was flame broiled. When did they stop? This was a disgusting burger that was cooked on a flat grill and obviously under a heating lamp for awhile because I received it in under two minutes (already made), and all of the condiments (lettuce, onions, pickles, cheese) were wet and runny to the point of the old bun was soggy. The patty was a rubbery slab of tasteless crap. What a train wreck of a burger. And my experience at this drive-through was topped off by an ignoring, young, worthless employee. No "hello", no "goodbye, thanks for coming", no eye contact. Just handed me the bag (without napkins), and closed the window. Shame on you for hiring this waste of space. $13.00 for this nightmare. Well today was a weird visit to BK. I went because it was Whopper Wednesday. I ordered off the app because I like the way the loyalty points add up. I decided to take advantage of a $10. Off coupon on the app and get get the Southwest bacon whopper with cheese . My number was 86. I didn't hear my number called and became concerned when I heard number 97, 98 and 90. I enquired about my oder. A Conference took place between 2 gals at the register. A bag was produced along with a cup. I took said items to my table. Looked in the bag there were onionrings in place of my fries. No big complaint Iike both.the sandwich was just a regular whopper, so I realized they gave me the wrong order. I went up to get it straightened out. As it turned out, the didn't have all the ingredients to properly assemble the sandwich. On the positive side the sandwich was was well-made MINUS some key ingredients. My fries were hot and drink was cold. The manager was nice in apologizing. Food was ok. Gave my credit card to pay and stated it was declined. Have them a second card and stated that was declined too. Apparently they don't know how to operate the machine. I have to thank Allen, the manager, for honoring my phone request to let my family order breakfast just past the 10:30 a.m. cut-off time. My family and I were on the road traveling home from Arizona to California. Going home after vacation is always hard enough but throw some picky-eating kids into that scenario and imagine how ugly a road trip can get! McDonalds and Burger King were the two closest places on our route when we were ready for breakfast but one of my kids will not eat McDonald's. I didn't realize Burger King doesn't serve breakfast all day and has a hard 10:30 cut-off time. One of my sandwiches was not in the bag, but I'm giving five stars anyway because the customer service was so great! Sat in line for 20 minutes and when we got up to order she had us wait another 10 minutes. No explanation as to what was happening just "I'll take your order when I'm ready". Got up to pay "we don't have ranch" we ordered ranch with several chicken nuggets meals and could have been told at that time. On other occasions when there is a long line in the drive thru there are numerous employees outside smoking and talking with their buddies in and around their cars behind the store. Stopped in today to try the new $1.00 toco. It was the most awful food ever. I ordered extra cheese. They charged 79 cents extra and there was NO cheese at all on the taco. We saw Burger King has an app now (because, there's an app for everything nowadays), so we downloaded it. Took a while to download. Then we went to use it. Apparently, it is so new, they didn't know how it works! So we waited, then the manager helped the cashier, then said something like the app's coupon wasn't good at that location. We eventually got it squared away. The cashier wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu either. My husband asked for the Rodeo Chicken sandwich AND a regular Rodeo Burger, but she kept saying "2 Rodeo Chickens". There were no apologies for the inconvenience of the app. I mean, it is Burger King, and it's fast food. Could I expect more? read more

Stopped at this Burger King on our way to flagstaff, and have never received such horrible service. We had to wait 15 minutes at the counter to get our order taken, and had to ask one of the workers to take our order. They acted as if no one was waiting at the counter waiting even though 3 people were behind us. When we asked Wesley if he could take our order he responded by saying "I can take your money but you are still going to have to wait for your food." He then took our order and instead of handing us the cup for soda, he decided it would be smart to throw it at us. He was extremely rude and continued to tell my mom she was rude when all she asked was for someone to take our order. I hope Wesley's boss sees this and tells him it is not appropriate to throw cups at paying customers. read more

This was the most unusual experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The pregnant person attending to the window got upset because I asked for a receipt and said, "Are you f..... kidding me?" I have to agree with the other reviews, this store is terrible. Went here this past Sunday and I knew better as most locals here never use this store. Its a dirty kitchen operated by untrained unprofessional people. They are slow, rude at times, and we've looked at our food in the past and said omg who wouls eat this.
