We stopped at McDonald's during a full convoy run from Phoenix up toward the Grand Canyon. Multiple cars, extended family, four kids rapidly approaching meltdown status. This wasn't a culinary decision. This was survival. I don't usually go to McDonald's, but in that moment it made perfect sense. Quick, familiar, no thinking required. Inside was clean, which honestly goes a long way with a place like this. It wasn't chaotic either, even with a decent crowd moving through. Orders came out without issue, everyone got what they expected, and the kids went from borderline mutiny to quiet in about five minutes flat. That alone earns points. What stood out was the digital ambassador. Extremely friendly, actually engaged, not just going through the motions. We ended up talking for a good twenty minutes before getting back on the road, which is not something I expected walking into a McDonald's in the middle of a road trip. Food-wise, it's exactly what you think it is. No surprises. No letdowns either. It filled the gap and kept the day moving. Three stars feels right. Nathan really is the reason this particular location can provide great service. There are too many women that work here that aren't capable of providing decent customer service and act childish to customers and it really bothers me to point that out, but it's the truth. I've also noticed the employees that seem to find it the most difficult to act professional never wear their name tag. read more

I just went through and she gives a ton of attitude when you ask her a question bc you did not understand what she said due to mumbling. Here is the deal, if you like want to deal with customers in a food handler/customer service role. It is not the customers fault you chose the wrong job. The young man that brought our food out was lovely. Very respectful and friendly. Too bad he cannot be the one running the drive-through. People in public facing careers. KIOSK ORDERING SUCKS. The future is here and it doesn't work. By resolutely IGNORING customers at the counter, this location forces customers to use the digital ordering kiosk. What's the problem? First you have to navigate a system that takes no less than 10 button presses to order an apple pie and a coffee. Only when they call the order do they inform you that an item from your order is missing (because, of course, the kiosk system can't keep track). It blows and I hate it and the four people in line next to me hate it. read more

On our way to Williams for the weekend, we stopped at McDonald's to use the restroom and have a quick breakfast. I was very impressed by their restrooms, especially given its a publicly used restroom. The restrooms were super clean and all of the stalls did not appear dirty, not even the toilets. The restrooms did not disappoint at all. The service and the food were also on point. The cashier, an older woman, was very nice. She took her time entering our order in the system, which I appreciated because we had multiple orders with substitutions. Our orders were on point! Not to mention, our breakfast sandwiches were freshly made and tasted great! It's very rare that we come across a nice McDonald's, but I felt it was appropriate to ensure this McDonald's had a an excellent review! Thank you for the great service and food! read more

We stopped by for a quick meal and our sandwiches were cold and so was the coffee. There were in between shift change and there was 8 crew members standing around I was 2 feet away from all of them and could not grab anyones attention. I finally asked for a manager and I had everyone's attention. When I spoke to the manager she apologized and started a new pot for the coffee. We got into town early and figured we'd stop in to grab a bite. Everything was on cars outside, walked right in. It was about 4:45am (at the time we didn't realize it opened at 5 because we walked right in). Two women were behind the counter talking both looked over at me and continued their conversation. The heavy set women then walked from behind the counter between me and the order station at the front (maybe 4feet apart) didnt acknowledge me and continued in her way. The other girl stood behind fumbling with I don't even know what. We noticed after looking up that they opened at 5, which wasn't the problem we would have gladly waited, however the fact that they didn't even think with the small pea brains that the two combined, to acknowledge us standing to order is beyond me. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you're not open don't open the door, if your door is open and you aren't accepting orders tell us! So incredibly rude. Pit stop and coffee stop on our road trip. Great and fast service getting our coffees while we checked out the bathrooms. Women's restrooms were large and clean. While the men's on the other hand...looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.( no pictures of the men's one). As far as this McDonalds goes for the food, it's alright. J and I were at this location on a trip back from the Flagstaff area. Stopped in around 10 pm. The person working the register completely disregarded that I was there with my husband and baby (standing right next to them) and was about to ring up just J's order. She seemed to get easily flustered and sidetracked as the line of people forming increased behind us. When we got our order, we realized it was wrong. So J took the bag back up the register and got our correct order. I ended up ordering a cheeseburger and the bun was so dry...it could have very well been stale. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1....there was a changing table in the ladies bathroom. So I was able to change baby C's diaper there instead of in the back of the suv. read more

7/7/23 @ 1:30 pm I stopped at this McDonalds to get a Diet Coke and fries since it was free fry day. The drive through was busy but not slammed and the inside probably had about 6 people waiting. I used my app the McDonald's so wants you to use and stood waiting. Saw my number up on the board along with several others. 10 minutes later I am still waiting and so are several others. Asked a young lady and she told me I didn't have an order my number wasn't up on the board. I showed her my phone and she just shrugged her shoulders. During this time a gentleman walked up and wanted to know how much longer for his order. He was here before me. The young lady turned around, mind you without asking about his order and told him she had no idea. Omg I about lost it for him, the look on his face was priceless and I told the girl that was an unacceptable answer once again a shrug of the shoulders started me to boil. I look around at all these people waiting and McDonald's has a crew that does not care. Now I am not your typical customer, I have over 100,000 points and I travel all over the United States. But I have to say this is one of the worst. So if you are near Finnie flat 1-17 and want a good laugh at the ineptness of the staff stop and place a mobile order and see what you get. Oh by the way while I was standing and waiting for my order I watch an employee walk over to the fries and take a container of fries (which a lot of us were standing there for) and begin to eat them while others were around her handling food. Like I say stop if you must but I won't be stopping there no matter how hungry or thirsty I am. I know I am just one person and probably won't hurt their business any but shame on the management staff. You allowed this to happen, you were right there in the middle of it.
