Food: the Dave's single was delicious! It was juicy and cooked to my liking . It actually was the first time ever trying a Dave's single. It was made messy. Well put together. This Wendy's is the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever ate at. My family just stopped for lunch right before what would be a lunch rush. We were the only people in the restaurant. They were out of ice, the pop machine was covered in sticky mess, and the napkins were gone. The seats looked like they hadn't been wiped down since the remodel years ago. Sadly, I was terribly disappointed at this location. When we walked in, there was only two kiosks working and the girl behind the counter was absolutely uninterested is speaking or helping us. Not sure if she was terribly timid or just not interested. Ordered a vanilla frosty among other things. Lots of stuff was missing... It was on the receipt, but not on tray. Fries were cold. No vanilla frosty, they were out. Went to the fancy drink machine, only diet is available, all standard drinks were totally out. Thank goodness for Coke Zero. It's better than diet. The trash was packed, and hadn't been attended to in a while. Not sure why the gal behind the counter could grab that... Finally before I left, I went to use the bathroom. I NEVER write bad reviews because I always try to have the most respect I can for those working in fast food industry but I've had too bad of an experience here. I am an avid user of the Wendy's app but at this location it is always a struggle. One night I placed an order on the app to pick up in the drive-thru. I waited in the line in the drive-thru for almost exactly an hour. When I get to the window they tell me they don't have my order. I show them the order on my phone on the app and I had already been charged for it, it showed the order was submitted at least an hour ago. They say they don't have it so they can't make it. I asked if I could just tell them what was on the order so they could make it. The worker tells me "I don't know what to tell you, but I guess if you want you can pull around again and maybe when you get to the window next time we'll have it." Lol I didn't want to wait another hour to see if "maybe" they'd make my food the second time around. So I left without any food, no $$ back, and over an hour wasted in line. I hope they are able to hire more staff to meet the need. read more

We ordered through the mobile app and chose carry out. Waited for a long time and decided to call and were told that we had to go through the drive thru by a very rude employee. He wouldn't step outside and hand us our food. Carry out shouldn't be an option if you don't do it. We ended up leaving with out our food and now I have to call and try to get it back. Not much has changed since the other reviews were written. Wish I would've consulted these first. Our kids were just overdue for dinner and this was the first recognizable brand after a long detour. This Wendy's takes the 'fast' out of 'fast food'. 21 minutes after the time stamp on my receipt, we finally got called back to the counter to pick up our food. And what was on the tray... 2 burnt potatoes. When we pushed back, they said this was how they came and these were the last two in the store. My husband declined his and received a refund; I was hungry enough to try mine. As you can see in the picture, it was inedible. I also tried to get online, per a "Wendy's wi-fi" sign on the wall, but iPhone couldn't find the network. Went through the drive through on the 10th avenue location at 10:36 and they informed us it was closed due to no product or employees working. I understand times are hard but that needs to be rectified. You had at least 8 cars behind us. Having worked for Wendy's before, I love their food and service. But this was unacceptable. The reaction from your employee about being closed was also a little out of hand. Although polite about turning people away informing me "it wasn't her problem" is unsatisfactory. I hope you guys staff and stock better for the future. If I could leave negative stars for this location and visit; I would. Not the greatest experience at this location. Their dining room is currently under renovation, which is understandable and not the reason for this post. Because of the dining room being closed, you would expect that the drive-thru would be significantly faster since those are the only customers they are catering to. This was not the case at all. After waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru (with no way out in our little car) we received our lukewarm food. I would have been much more understanding had I not seen 6 different employees goofing around in the kitchen, including one who seemed to be a manager. After pulling into the parking lot to check if we got everything, I noticed they had forgotten forks for our baked potatoes. Required me to get out of my car, walk up to the window, and wait for someone to open the window just to give me some forks. The employee responded with, "They didn't give you any forks?" as if they weren't taking any responsibility personally, and to which I replied, "If I did, I wouldn't be waiting in this line for a second time." Although we are not from this area, we do travel through to Fruitland quite often. I know now that we will not be returning to this location because of this experience. I love this restraunt, maybe not the food too much, but I don't hate it. I like the fact that on my journey to find a restraunt with free wifi near me they seem to be the best and the closest. I also like the promotion where they give you a free shake on your birthday, If they still do that. Tonight was at least the tenth time that for whatever reason other than pure laziness have the staff not provided lemons when I've requested them for my iced tea. I understand that this is not a huge deal, but rather a constant annoyance. I know that Wendy's has lemons and they have knives in which to cut said lemons, but when asked (and mind you I check my tea every time) there is some excuse as to why I didn't receive them so I end up waiting while someone cuts them.
